"This is our second time into the Better Buzz Coffee that just opened in Surprise, Arizona. We've gone through the drive-through both times and find it very convenient. This café reminds me of a Dutch Bros in the way that the service is very friendly and the workers are waiting outside by the to-go order menu to speak to customers and take payment. Since it was our first couple times and we asked lots of questions, we found talking to a human in-person to be very helpful.I'm seriously considering replacing Starbucks and other cafés I visit with this café because the food that is offered here is the sort of food that I would prefer buying/consuming. The choices are healthier and look more appetizing to me. They've got a really good lunch and breakfast menu . They've got a nice variety of coffee, teas and smoothies as well. We're usually coming back from the gym when we stop in so my daughter can get a nice smoothie for recovery.Baristas and staff are still being trained at this location. I think because our food was taking so long to come out, the barista showered us with gifts such as a free reusable Better Buzz reusable cup with lid. It's very nice looking with an all black cup and lid and the Better Buzz logo written in gold. She said you can bring the cup back in and get a discount on beverages. She also gave us a free stickers - yay!! Who doesn't love a free sticker? Today we ordered:- Pink Dragon Smoothie - my daughter loved this. It looks so vibrantly beautiful as well, with a strong fuschia color. You can really taste the bananas and the apple juice along with some other berries and ingredients. Bee pollen is sprinkled on top.- Small Hot Latte with Coconut Milk - they serve a nice good classic latte- Yogurt Bowl (Coconut Yogurt) - I was surprised by how yummy this was, and I ended up eating the entire bowl myself, even though it looked huge. This was such a delicious treat with real honeycomb, fresh berries and granola topping a generous portion of coconut yogurt. Greek yogurt is also available.- 3 Seed Avocado Toast - a nice light, citrusy snack toast. Not too filling, but satisfying.They have a rewards program here. I haven't signed up yet, but I need to as soon as possible because this is going to become one of my Local stops."

"We were in the area for an appointment a bit early so we did some driving around checking out the businesses in the area. Phoenix Phresh caught our eye. We decided to to check them out. Super clean establishment with so many items that sounded so good to choose from. We grabbed a menu so we could stop by for lunch after our appointment. They had to be a great spot seeing the sign people loved them on Yelp right? Thr parking lot gets busy. The service was super friendly and food came fast! We ordered a few salads and smoothies. Everything was delicious. The chicken and dressing were so yummy. Even my mom was impressed and she is picky. The drinks were so yummy. Our meals were satisfying and filled our tummies. We will definitely be back!"

We've visited and tried a vast array of Hellenic-style establishments all over the Valley, but the Palms Mediterranean Kitchen stands out as one of our top ten choices for dining and enjoying this gastronomy. The moment you walk in the place alive, whether full or empty, you feel a vibe of the vast openness, congenial spaciousness and happy brightness that exude comfortable casual. The air is alive and wafting of the aromas of unique Greek ingredients. Airborne scents of Coriander, Allspice, and Cardamom entice the senses, but when you begin the eating experience, you'll fully appreciate and enjoy the Clove, Nutmeg and Sumac on your palate. While we contemplated what to dine from their extensive and diverse menu, we sipped on a non-Greek Arnold Palmer and Iced Tea. Having taken a little time (actually more than a little time) deciding, we were set to try something other than what is your typical Greek fare in most places of Gyros or Souvlaki! We decided on a delightful lunch that included their tender roasted and juicy chicken slowly cooked on a kátheto kreatoparagogís, served with rice, a Greek pilaf-style yummy yummy rice, and an incredibly aromatic and tasty garlic sauce. I had the Lamb Chop Plate with Pita that included five (count them, five) mouthwatering French-style cut lamb chops infused and seasoned to perfection with traditional herbs and spices, and sided with rice, and perfectly seasoned and prepared grilled vegetables - really, really good. We highly recommend this fab place to anyone who gets a hankering for excellent Greek. !"

Price: The price may be a little over average for the food items at least but it's about the quality of the items and also very unique menu items. "Just a heads up that "traditional boba" here is Honey Boba. At Mochi Fresh and I-tea, Brown Sugar Boba is the "traditional" kind that is chewy and almost black. I wrote a review earlier and deleted it shortly after (before I saw the business response so I'm assuming they responded to tell me the same thing I'm saying now) because I saw a recent photo that must be on their counter somewhere saying that their brown sugar boba is a crystal boba. I think it might help if on their main menu they call it "Brown Sugar Crystal Boba" to make it more clear (the way it's written on the small sign). Right now on the main menu it is called Brown Sugar Boba so I thought I was getting the chewy tapioca kind that I am used to ordering at other places in Tempe. Now I know for next time."

The Al pastor was my favorite with grilled pineapple and porky notes playing delightfully off of each other. The carne asada was no slouch as well with so many flavors. Delicious salsa and garlic combined with carne asada on a perfectly cooked crust. Staff was super friendly and it's clear they care about the quality of their food as everything is made fresh. "After eying Zookz since they opened, I finally decided to pop in and check it out. It was close to 2pm on a Friday and I was hungry for lunch...I looked at the menu and decided to go with No 20, and I was not disappointed. I did not realize that they mix all the ingredients together inside the sandwich until I took my first bite, but was pleasantly surprised! Each bite included the turkey, bacon, cheddar, avocado and sweet heat mustard sauce. And, of course, the bread was perfectly toasted and so delicious!I went with the kale salad as my side, but admittedly, got distracted and did not get to try it. I will have to return to do so next visit, which will likely be for breakfast as No 88 is calling my name:No. 88 (VEGETARIAN)2 egg white frittata, parmesan, kale (tossed with carrots), tomatoes, avocado, and zookz zinger cream cheese sauce. I love that this is a fast, casual concept, conveniently located, with friendly service, moderate prices, inside / outside seating, and plenty of parking. That being said, this parking lot does get crowded at prime time lunch hours. Beware and enjoy!"

"This is a food truck that specializes in cookies, cookie ice cream sandwiches, and ice cream floats. They have premade ice cream cookie sandwiches where you have a large chunk of ice cream sandwiched between two homemade cookies. I bought a red velvet ice cream cookie sandwich and a jumbo triple chocolate cookie for $11.86. I was surprised at how big the ice cream sandwich was. I couldn't really taste any red velvet flavor most likely due to the fact that the cookies were frozen. It's a filling dessert. I would say it's not worth it to buy a cookie since it costs $5 and the the ice cream cookie sandwiches cost $6 and already include two cookies in it."

"With one of my all time favorites, Arcadia Farms café, officially closing, I am really sad... The only bright spot is that the neighboring sister business, Arcadia Farms marketplace, is still up and running, and it's the perfect place to stop in for freshly prepared salads, sandwiches, baked goods, amazing, desserts, hostess gifts, and even family meals. I have been ordering from the family dinner menu for quite some time now, and I have never been disappointed. I find the portion size generous, and the food is always great quality. I typically pick up a salad for lunch when I stop in to pick up the family dinner as well! If you have a sweet tooth, you cannot go wrong with any of the pastries from the marketplace. The baby cakes have become a family favorite... carrot is my absolute favorite, but coconut cream is a close second. The sprinkle cake is adorable for a festive occasion, and the tuxedo cake is always a winner as well. I recommend subscribing to the newsletter (on their website) to be "in the know" on menus and events. You can thank me later!"

Before my eyes, the dry cleaners became Tortas Manantial and boy did my skirt flipped! I had been studying their menu for like two months so when opening day came, I was ready! I shared a Cubana torta, chicharron torta, agua mango, agua guava, and Nachos con Tostitos. And although I starved myself at work all day in anticipation for dinner, I still had to take my nachos to go. Holy smokes was that a darn tasty meal. I recommend the chicharon torta hands down. If you don't get it, your mouth will never know true happiness. Don't deprive yourself. It's so good that even when I removed my contacts later on in the evening and my eyeballs were on fire from all the spices leftover on my fingertips, I was still thinking about my leftover nachos instead of flushing my retinas out with water. That burn though!I love it here. It's clean, the place is super cute, and the people are nice. Yazmine was our cashier and she was equally friendly as she is lovely!The diet will never start as long as I can double fist the chicharon torta!"

"I've wanted to come here a for a while now and I'm glad we did. My boyfriend and I got a gyro and a 10" Philly with onions and mushrooms with fries. The Philly was chalk full of meat and fillings, it tasted great, especially with the melted cheese. The size of the sandwich was "just right" as well, with left overs for tomorrow. The gyro was good as well but I think it could have had a bit more meat. It was a standard gyro, not great but not bad either. It hit the spot. The fries literally tasted like McDonald's fries. We half wondered if the vendor for the McDonald's next to the restaurant supplies their fries too, they are that similar. Next time I'd love to try a boba if the pearls are made and ready. I will definitely be back for a burger, and some different sides."

"During a random search for a meatball sandwich, I found this little hole in the wall. I did not know so much history from a small sub sandwich pizza shop name, McGurkee's.Once you step in, you can smell the sesame being toasted on bread. I personally tried the meatball Italian sandwich. The texture of the bread was crunchy and just right with the taste of sesame seeds. The meatballs were soft inside and nice cooked outside layer with warm battered pizza sauce. The price for the sandwich ran about $10 for a 6 inch. Without planning lunch I got to experience a little bit of Phoenix history and a good tasty meatball Italian sandwich."

If you have been to any of the Caldwell County BBQ locations, you know that they have the best BBQ already. So, let's talk about the atmosphere... This area is going to be like a theme park. Pecan Lake will be a very cool family hangout. You'd better go before everyone else finds out about it. Bring a group with you from the food and vibe.Finally, customer service. Steve Sellers is the manager of this Caldwell County BBQ location, and I will drive the extra miles just to get BBQ because he sets the tone. Here's the story. I roll up and see all the construction, three parking lots, and a few signs, but I'm not sure where to park nor where to enter. I called the restaurant, and Steve answered. He says, "Where are you, and I'll come get you in the golf cart?" Boom! Just like that, my friends and I are being dropped off at the front door. Yeah, I'm coming back with a large group. The food is fantastic. The complex is freaking awesome, and the customer service rocks. Thanks, Steve, for making this a memorable experience."
