"So we were going for sushi and this was on our route and switched it up and decided to give this place a try. I love anything healthy and protein I love. This place got it out of the park for us. From the service the staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful in helping us make choices and knowledgeable of what they had to offer. The ambiance was nice and very clean as well. Music was perfect level so we could still have conversations with each other and not have to shout. We would love if they came to Cali and opened one up by us. It would be my go to place for sure . I had the Sexy bowl which is with salmon avocado and all the other veggies I love. I was very satisfied with mine and would definitely suggest it if you like salmon. The flavors were perfect with their sauces , my husband got the new GFB Burger and my husband loved it as well. He loves pickles and they added pickles naturally my husband described it as they replaces the lettuce with pickles so he was in heaven he also did a side salad in place of a side. The dressing was delicious as well, my daughter made her own chicken bowl as she liked and was very satisfied with hers as well and my granddaughter ordered her own kids chicken bowl with sweet potatoes and enjoyed hers. She dipped away in their version of thousand island and she seemed to like it. So yes I would recommend this place for sure. So this will be our go to place when visiting Arizona in the future ."

"Looking for something healthy to eat, this place came up on my search.Most customers looked like they just came back from the gym. Amount of protein they have in each dish, I think it's perfect food to eat after workout.Manu is extensive. I spent time studying the menu before ordering "The Sexy". Hahaha I like the naming too.Salmon was cooked to perfection. They have all kinds of sauce available but it has enough flavor, I didn't add any.Fast food type setting. You order at the counter and pick it up when it's ready.It's so close to my office, I would definitely come back frequently."

"I sorta dropped in here on a whim. What a pleasant surprise to find I could have Fried Ice Cream without the guilt.It was so much more than I could even imagine, all in a good way too.From the first sip I could tell this was gonna keep me satisfied for quite a while and not leave me feeling like I had overindulged. A Peach Punch tea (?) to take home which was enjoyed throughout the afternoon.Sweet, tart, refreshing and a bit of nudge for motivation in the Home Chores Dept.I think I'm wanting to have a couple of these to have at home.Added bonus was a water cup for my girl that was then filled with ice for the trek across town.They took good care of us.I'm looking forward to coming back here again."

"This business took the place of Menchie's, which is a positive change. My friend had been here before and like their freezes, so we stopped in one evening to get some. I got their smore's one and my friend got their cookie one. My dessert came with vanilla soft serve but I swapped it for chocolate instead, and it was topped with chocolate chips, marshmallows, and granola. I love that everything is vegan! It was pretty tasty as well. My friend enjoyed her sundae and got it with a vanilla and chocolate swirl.There are a lot of juice options here (obviously) but I didn't try any this visit, maybe next time. Staff was friendly and the shop is bright and clean."

"What is the one thing that makes you want to stop in the One Stop Nutrition store... their shakes of course!I have been getting their delicious shakes for over 10 years and it still doesn't get old. My favorite is the nutritional shake with light chocolate, banana and peanut butter. Their are blended fresh!!You will not be disappointed!"

"I'm a busy gal who is still fairly burnt out from having to cook at home ALOT since/during/after lockdown. As much as I love to cook for myself, there is nothing that eases my mind and fitness goals than finding a solid meal prepper like LyteBite that also doesn't break the bank. Like many peppers, they offer bulk discounts and delivery in the area. What makes them a bit more unique is:-you can order ANYTIME, ANYDAY for pickup/delivery-they are one of three LyteBites total, with the other two in California. So it's a chain, but not. I think this helps with their pricing. -allow you to walk in and order -- like a Chipotle/Subway/etc and dine in or takeaway. -open to dietary restrictions or foods you don't like/wont eatThe only minor issue is I was told they include sauce for every meal but a few times they've forgotten, so when I order ahead I feel like I have to include a note, unfortunately."

"I got the gladiator strawberry. It tastes just like a peanuts butter and jelly sandwich without the protein blend. So good.This time I did try the protein blend but added extra strawberries and peanut butter. I need to gain some weight post back to back surgery and if I could make this every day I would. It arrived quickly and I like the sticker across to ensure it isn't tampered with, thank you! No problem with the driver but I do like the precaution."

"What is there not to love about a nutritional smoothie? They also sell an ample amount of supplements and snacks to help you achieve your fitness goals. It is conveniently located between EOS and Esporta. My go to drink is a post workout or meal replacement with blueberry and vanilla. If you order a 'split' cup and they will poor half of the smoothie into another cup. This is convenient for me because my son steals all my drinks. If you pay with credit card there is a 4% increase. They have a point system set up through your phone # so every x amount of points you will receive a free smoothie."

"I've been meaning to write this review for a while because this place truly deserves all the love.To start, we first discovered Smoothie King around the start of January, and now, it's become part of our daily routine-- the staff would recognize us at this point! Stopping in this morning and they literally even noticed that we ordered online today instead of there in store! I can't put into words how much this place has helped me. Going through chemo and taking medications has made it incredibly hard to keep anything down, but the protein smoothies here have been a lifesaver. More often than not, they're the only thing I can stomach, and knowing I have a reliable, nourishing option has been such a comfort.
