They open at 8am so we surprised to see how busy they were at 8:05am when we arrived - about 80% full inside. The hostess said that there is often a line when they unlock the door. We understand why. There's a lot to like about the Liberty Market. It's historic, the atmosphere is fun, there is inside & outside seating, the onesy bathrooms are all decorated different, everyone is so friendly and customer service oriented and the food is great!We ordered the demi-breakfast - one with pancakes, sausage and fried eggs and the other with blueberry pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. The eggs were yummy with a nice orange yoke. We are really fussy about pancakes and these are in our top three! We liked the sausage, but loved the bacon. Our server, James was terrific and we also really enjoyed talking to one of the managers named Harry. "I had heard good things about this breakfast place, and clearly others had, too. At 9:30, the place was completely full inside and the patio was just about full, too.Great, inviting decor had several tables and chairs and a few high tops with stools. There's also patio seating, surrounded by lots of plants. You order at the counter, and your food is delivered to your table. Our food came out relatively quickly. We had the Pain Perdu, which is a banana bread pudding French toast topped with sliced bananas and whiskey caramel, and served with your choice of meat. We chose the bacon. We also had the Pawtucket West, with scrambled eggs, a waffle, and two sausages. It was a pretty big breakfast - - I've never sure why two eggs look so much smaller when I make them at home. We also bought the Japanese coffee flight. They are much different than American Coffee. My son really loved them.I like the way they use local products, like Hickman's eggs and Schreiner's sausage. The service was friendly enough, the decor very inviting, and the food was good."

My partner and in particular really like the pecan praline black tea and the hibiscus black tea. The pecan praline tea is so unique. It tastes just like liquid pralines. The hibiscus tea is very strong. It has a very forward sour taste, so I would recommend mixing with sugar and/or milk.Sometimes you're given a small ramekin of their homemade granola as a snack while waiting for your food. It is sweet, nutty, and comforting.My partner's and my absolute favorite crepe here is the sweet Vanilla Bean Custard one. It comes with a flavored homemade whipped cream and the flavors all work together beautifully. You can taste the butter the crepes are cooked in too.We have also tried their Maple Butter crepe, but still prefer the Vanilla Bean Custard.Of the savory options, I have tried the Papa K and Jamaican Jerk. I preferred the Papa K more. that crispy cheese lace is incredible and the crepe itself is absolutely huge. I had to take home leftovers with the Papa K, but was able to finish the Jamaican Jerk in one sitting.I have gotten the crispy pork belly once to try as a side and while it was cooked very well, you only get 2 small cubes of pork belly.We love Crepe Bar so much and constantly recommend it to friends."

Wine and an expansive bruschetta menu with the most picturesque boards, it doesn't get much dreamier than that. We happen to come during happy hour, which was absolutely the way to do it. All glasses of wine and pitcher of beer were $6, truly an unbeatable deal. We were there for a while so I ended up trying 3 different glasses of wine, more if you count the tastes my server was happy to let me try before deciding what I wanted a glass of. To eat we ordered two bruschetta boards and an order of shrimp scampi. I was there for the bruschetta, but the scampi absolutely stole the show. There were four of us, and since the bruschetta came cut into fourths we opted to try a lot of them. We ordered as follows: 2 Mushroom and mascarpone Salami and pesto Prosciutto di Parma Burrata bacon and arugula Brie apple and fig Smoked salmonArtichoke They accidentally brought us out two of the salami instead of the mushroom, but quickly brought us out our second mushroom toast. We seemed to all have different favorites from the bruschetta, my personal faves were artichoke, mushroom, and burrata bacon and arugula with tomatoes. The reason for my 4 stars is that there seemed to be a pretty big inconsistency in the bread for the bruschetta. Some was toasted wonderfully, and others didn't seem to be toasted much at all. So while the food was good, it was a little more beautiful than it was tasty. Would still definitely come back here if I find myself near one, and would love to try more of their other menu items."

I was so happy the café was open on July 4, as my days off don't always lineup for a sit down breakfast when they would be open. I was really craving chicken and waffles since a friend told me how good theirs was. Ultimately, I ordered a waffle breakfast sandwich that had those ingredients and more. Service was great throughout my visit, I was checked on multiple times and given great recommendations on the menu. The new cheery yellow booths are such a fun addition to this great little space (I hadn't been in the area for a few years, so I guess they're possibly just new to me). There is a take away register right next to the abundant bakery case. Be sure to try some of the fresh baked gluten-free goodness!"

She told me it was and once I received my plate, I was throughly pleasedThe catfish was fresh with so much flavor. The seasonings was in the flaky crispy batter as well as the fish itself. We made a reservation ahead of time -- I recommend you always do so to avoid a long wait. Even with a res, we waited for a bit at the bar and had a drink... no big deal.Service was attentive at the bar and also once we were seated. We went with the pan seared salmon bites appetizer for the table, accompanied by some drinks. For entrees, three of us went with a Chilean Sea Bass special and my husband went with the Chimayo Chicken. Each came with a dinner salad, which was delicious. There are a variety of sides you can choose from too... We all agreed that while tasty, the entrees were all pretty rich and saucy... We are used to eating a bit lighter, so none of us could finish our food, nor did we have room for dessert. That being said, I look at this as a once in a while / special occasion kind of place vs. a regular on the rotation.I definitely want to return for brunch sometime - it's served daily until 4pm. Because I am lazy and we didn't rent a car, I am always cool hanging out at the hotel bar and restaurant for the most par. Most times I don't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and food at ZuZu, so much that this was the only place The Doctor and I ate at while in town.As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, ZuZu is an extension of the Valley Ho's Mid-Century look. The indoor décor is lovely as well as the outdoor area...absolutely wonderful, with plenty of umbrellas to keep the sun off of us, even though it was not that warm.For the most part, every meal we had there was great, and the service was excellent. There were not many times where I got to fill my own flute with bubbles, which I am used to doing. I can speak with authority that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all worthwhile. Some of the dishes for dinner are very eclectic, going from Mexican to Iceland to Asia.I am sure that there are other places to eat in Scottsdale, but as this was my first time here, this would be my go to place if we travel back here."

I walked past the several servers huddled near the bar and sat down in Last Drop which was empty. - The servers didn't pay attention to me and the bartender had to get one of them to come take my drink order- Very slow service in the bar- I think the hostess would never have come to gather us once our table was ready if it were not for me eventually asking. Turned out the table was ready. - Very slow service on the patio, although it was a beautiful morning with delightful weather. - Waters not replenishedTL;DR, food and drinks were tasty but service was notably lackluster. We were in a hurry heading up north and I didn't have time to ask for a remake as it was pretty busy. The sandwiches were fresh but nothing special. The brownies were the best part of the stop lol. "It's been a few years since I've been here, because I had moved but recently came back to the area. Sunnyside was one of my favourite places for breakfast/brunch. Unfortunately, when I cam back to this location, the service we received was quite awful. There may have only been on server on a weekday morning, but initially there were only three tables occupied at the time we were making our order. The server misinterpreted our order and only brought us a single side item instead of the meal with the side we asked for. Without checking on us, the server then just gave us the bill. We noticed the bill only had one item, so we waited for him to come back and pointed out that we actually ordered a meal. The server was not apologetic and instead insinuated it was our fault for misleading him. When the meal finally came up, he did not bring us any extra plates to help us share, which we did specify we were going to do when we ordered both the first and second time we placed the order. Our server also never bothered to come back and offer us an extra plate while we were eating and clearly having trouble over one plate. We were so put off but the poor service that we did not want to trouble our server more by asking for additional plates. It seemed like every request we made was met with a literal sigh. The food and coffee were admittedly very good, so props to kitchen for that, but the service that day was appalling. We still tried to be friendly, but our server still could not give us the time of day."

I, unfortunately, have some tummy issues, and for some reason, there seems to be a pattern that when I do eat spicy Mexican, things start to go awry. I love Mexican, but my tummy puts up a protest, so I try to limit my intake.Anyhow, I was a little worried I would have a flare up, but I tried to stay positive.What caught my eye was the special of the day of tamale de elote. I love tamales and usually can handle those as they tend to be milder and you can choose to add spicy or not. I think this dish came to $8.95 or so and came with 2 tamales, rice, beans and chips and salsa, and the portion was large.I really liked the tamale de elote and had lunch for the next day too and no tummy flareup! Rolled in a flour tortilla with their homemade jalapeño cream cheese, then lovingly deep fried and topped with melted cheddar cheese. A side of rice and beans accompanies your cheesy meal. It's a two-Lactaid-entree, but oh, so worth it!Eddy was our waiter and he was great.
