Just had lunch at Mensch's deli. Ordered some staples of Jewish delis to compareService was beyond reproach. All the waitstaff and management were helping out.Chopped liver - excellent Matzo ball Soup. while not a fan of dill in my Matzo balls it was good. The matzo balls were sinkers, I prefer a floater. It might be the matzo balls could have cooked longerPotato pancakes good flavor but over cooked. These I ordered to go. If i was served these in the restaurant i would have asked for a new order.

Julia & Henry's has over 20 different food spots to eat under one roof in dowtown Miami and Mensch is one of them. Its imperative not only the food be outstanding but also the customer service, in order to stand out from the crowd and create return guests. I decided to be a return guest of Mensch because the first time the cook was informative and the manager was welcoming and i remember he recommended a dish and it was delicious. They were attentive and I appreciated that. I decided to invite my family member this time i was raving about how tasty it was the whole way there. This time there was one lady doing the cooking, sweeping, and taking orders. It had been awhile since my first visit so I was asking the lady questions about the menu so I could pinpoint what dish it was i had last time. She had little response to my questions and kinda looked bothered. I stood by the counter waiting for her to finish doing an order and i thought "oops maybe she's trying to concentrate, let me wait till she's done". I observe her hand over a dish to the people in front of me with no utensils, no eye contact, no words. I can tell they are displeased with her service. It's my turn, I place the order for the first dish the rib eye bowl mentioning that dish is for my family member and then ask her if i could get the pita wrap version of it for myself. At that point she can rectify what is being ordered and adjust accordingly. She clearly sees there are two people ordering. Proceeds to charge us almost $50 and doesn't stop to make sure that the order is correct. She served a literal 1 piece of pita bread with a bit of dip and later 1 ribeye bowl entree and walks away. Left me waiting for my wrap entree. She hadn't even provided a receipt until i asked her to check what she charged me for. Like be so for real. Communication with the guest is important or else have Menshe place tablets so people can order their own food. Needless to say she didn't correct the mistake and left me sitting there without food. I'm never going there again. There are multiple other choices to choose from way before you get to this spot. The Asian place right next door was serving up real nice dishes. I might check that spot next. It's unfortunate because I love Mediterranean food but the service messed me up. This spot is in downtown so parking can be a bit of a mission. If you can Uber over there or take the metro mover that could be best. There is a huge bar inside the food hall on the 1st floor where I saw the bartenders crafting interesting drinks. It could be a good time.

Decent food but the boneheads who work here cannot read basic 2nd grade English or follow simple instructions. I've ordered twice via Uber Eats and both times they did NOT include the drink I ordered and paid for. Reading is fundamental, try it and do your damn job correctly. This isn't rocket science. One time is an error that can be forgiven; twice is an obvious flaw with your poorly trained employees and system.

While exploring Julia and Henry with my girlfriends for Galentine's day we decided to try Mensch. One of my friends has been vegetarian for a few months and Mensch had great offerings to satisfy her diet. We got some babaganoush as it is our favorite Mediterranean dip. The flavor was great, nice smokiness to it and we enjoyed. I would come back for more offering!

Hands down the BEST hummus and Tahini I have ever had. It wasn't like the traditional tahina but it was DELICIOUS and unique! Warm, fresh and delicious! The hummus was amazingly, surprisingly and EXQUISITELY delicous. Let me tell you, the hummus was so delicious because of it's correct texture, freshness and seasoning. I honestly did not expect such quality. I am SO GLAD I was proven wrong. Service was also not bad. The girl at the register greeted me and was helpful and kind. I love effective employees! :DI absolutely plan on stopping here every time! Yes, I said delicous a lot of times! Haha

Okay, this was probably the only spot today that had a long line so we were like, it must be good! SURE enough, it was. Ordered the chicken bowl and it was delicious. Highly recommend! The staff were nice. This place is located inside of Julia and Henry's on the 3rd floor. Love the location, easy to access and sat at the table to the left. Good food!

This restaurant is in a food court. I had a baked fish that was buttery and late with some french fries. It was quite delicious. I also had some ceviche which was equally as delicious. The woman who took my order and check me out, was quite friendly and helpful.

Probably the worst thing I've eaten in miami. The lahmacun was basically a a sloppy joe with dill on it. Wtf? The shakshuka was like canned prego tomato sauce. I feel so ripped off to spend $15 on the lowest quality tiny appetizer portion. Shakshuka is supposed to be a meal. This is like an insult to Israeli food.

Located on the 3rd floor of Julia and Henry's this place serves Mediterranean items. While the food is good it is way overpriced but I guess we pay for the location and convenience. The staff is rude and I am not sure if there is a language barrier or not. My friend tried to place an order after me and the staff completely ignored him even though he was staring at the staff. If they improve their service or reduce prices a 5th star could be added.
