We were staying at the hotel next door and came over to get a late dinner. The place was busy, but there is lots of seating and we were seated within a few minutes. The interior and ambiance were great, with a large bar area and huge table area. The open kitchen is always fun to watch. Our server was attentive and everything came out in good time. We had the fried pickle appetizer, the beet arugula salad, and chicken fingers with fries. All the food was really good. The pickles tasted either homemade or refrigerator pickles. The coating was maybe a little thick, but crispy. These were chips, served with a fantastic spicy remoulade. My picky daughter didn't love them, but I did. If I was hungrier and not dieting, I would have eaten them all!I loved the beet salad. Yellow and red beet chunks surrounded a fresh bed of arugula and greens with walnut sized perfectly fried goat cheese balls and macadamia nuts. It was dressed with a light balsamic vinaigrette. The dressing wasn't strong or oily and I either could have used a little more or maybe I should have used a dash of salt & pepper. The salad was great though and I really enjoyed it. The chicken fingers were 4 big pieces of crispy breast meat tenders with good fries. My daughter loved these. This is a great place in Arlington and if ever in the area again, I would definitely stop in!
