"This place serves beer and that is it, but that is more than enough! (There is a restaurant you can order from next door - which we did) We came for a quick drink and stayed 4 hours! First, the ambiance is perfect. It is warm and inviting. There is a great seating area outside but also several areas with ample seating inside, as well. The bartender was SUPER friendly. He clearly wanted is to sample several beers and get the one that was just right. We were visiting from out of town and, on the recommendation of some locals, drove from east Memphis to check this place out. It was well worth it. If you like beer...and a warm, relaxing, and friendly environment, this is definitely your place!"

"Okay I've been to Huey's downtown a few times since this review. And I'm here to say I still will not agree about the world famous burger BUT they have world famous flavored catfish and really tasty wings. AND the service is definitely world famous. I went in for lunch with my daughter today and Megan was my server. She was so kind to the both of us, very friendly and she didn't miss anything. She got really busy and still gave us great service. I really love going into Huey's now and it's definitely worth the trip. One star down cause the portions on the catfish are a bit small but the flavor is so good I'll probably keep getting them! Thanks Megan. If you don't like loud restaurants try and go for lunch during the week. Sometimes they play live music as well."

"I remember when a couple used to work here.. Their names were Stevie and Chad.. they made one heck of a duo.. Stevie was so cool and easy to talk to and chad was the same but he made sure to talk to ya from the kitchen where he was putting in the work on my pasta that I miss so bad can't find anyone to prepare it like chad did. The food here is out of this world delicious, the owner is laid back and a really good guy. Can't wait for them to open so I can get some pasta in my life with the butter garlic bread!! #amazeballs"

"I wanted a good steak after my last disappointing one (Most Recent Review) Its my birthday weekend, so I decided to give Ac's a try. I had been wanting to try them for a while. I can say the ambiance was really nice and so was the staff. The atmosphere was casual/nice. I ordered a Margarita to get started. They defiantly don't hold out on the alcohol. I also ordered a shrimp cocktail. I usually receive these in a glass on a bed of Ice and some house made sauce in the middle. These came on a silver platter with cocktail sauce dollop's under them. I cant say I'm a big fan. They were not very cold and the cocktail sauce was very average in taste. The size of the shrimp was decent size.We moved on to the main orders. I ordered the 16oz Ribeye with grilled onions, asparagus, and a side salad. I asked for my steak to be medium rare. The wife ordered the Filet Mignon with mushrooms and a baked potato. She asked if we would be receiving any bread. The waitress said for an up-charge. She would bring some out. The one thing I noticed is everything is a la carte. Your meal comes with one side. The side salad is also an up-charge. I can say the portion sizes for the appetizers and most of the sides were big. I wasn't very impressed with the size of the steaks considering the prices. The steaks in my opinion should be the star of the show!The salad was good but the ranch was a little bland. I received my steak and it was cooked more medium to slightly well. I have just decided no-one knows what a medium rare steak is anymore..... As I stated previously. I wasn't impressed with the size. It was a decent steak, but after the reviews I read. I really expected much better. The taste was also very average bordering on a little bland......Not bad, but nothing to write home about. The asparagus was very bland and under-cooked. My wife and the rest of my party felt the same way. It was expensive for average food. That's why I gave them a three star for the overall experience. If Yelp had half starts it would have been a three point five, but I just cant in good faith give them a four star. The price just don't match the overall quality of the food. Based on our bill I felt a little underwhelmed. I don't mind spending a lot of money on outstanding food. I do mind spending a lot on average food.I wasn't kidding when I said they charge for everything! They even charge an extra 3% for using a card versus cash. Its not a lot of money and it is on their webpage. I just think it should be absorbed in any business. Since we had eight people, there was an automatic 18% gratuity added. Not uncommon these days and our waitress was worth every penny. She worked hard. I tend to tip more than that for a really good waitress. But if they force it. I just tip the forced rate. Would I come back? Probably not....... This place is what I consider just good to average, but very overpriced for the quality of the food you receive. There are much better steak houses out there that would cost you less."

"This establishment has been around for years and truly is a gem! I have never had a bad experience the countless times I've dined here. There are so many delicious items that you seriously cannot go wrong with whatever you choose! The food arrives quickly and is hot and fresh! Their service is always great and whoever works in the kitchen does an excellent job! I've had burgers, potato skins, onion rings, steak fries, chicken sandwiches, toasted ravioli, spinach dip, Reuben, French dip, fried mushrooms and loved every one of the items. I'm sure I've had other items but those are the ones that come to mind. The parking is a tad sparse but don't let it stop you from going!"

I went around 6 on a Monday so there weren't a lot of servers it did seem like the waitress was in a rush to get to each table and get food out but she still did a great job even if I had to track her down to get the check. Great environment. I definitely will have to go back before flying back out."

"This bar used to look really new in 2017 while the staff used to seem very experienced like they had been doing it for years. Tall boy cans seem to be the order of the day here and they have tall boys for beers I have never seen tall boys for before. The bartenders were really great, friendly, attentive, provided fast service and remembered my name every time I ordered. They have a small little patio on the side that was mostly filled with the smokers. This seems to be more of a sports bar vibe than anything else and they also have a decent menu and I've sampled some of the food and it is alright but there are way better options in the area these days. The parking lot is a bit small and often is full but it is usually easy to find street parking a block or so away. Overall this used to be a cool little spot to enjoy some sports. Back during my first few visits in 2017 I got the impression here that the staff were really nice folks and the bar offered fair prices and provided a nice comfortable venue so it was just a good spot to be if you were in the area. In the years since my first visit this bar just kept being less enjoyable to me. I used to always make sure to pay a visit to the Germantown Pub during every visit I made to Nashville but now I find it just isn't a place I want to stop at anymore as all the friendly bartenders seem to have left. First time around, I had the Italian sandwich with tots, and second time here I got the mushroom burger also with tots. Both meals were pretty decent and filling, though it wouldn't be my first choice. Still worth the try whenever you're in downtown dickson though!"

This can't be a good omen. The atmosphere was great until karaoke started, at which point we took our cue and exited (no walls were harmed in the writing of this Yelp review). However, in the earlier hours of the Friday night we were there, RC was the bartender and was super friendly and entertaining. They have a really solid music selection, pool tables ($0.75 per game), and darts (not sure on the cost).Also have a nice happy hour that goes until 10 (yay!). Were I local, I think I would add this to my rotation."

The special I have enjoyed is their Thursday steak night special or I order their Burgers Philly's & Wings. Their steaks and burgers have a fresh off The Grill taste & perfect sear with golden brown delicious steak fries. All cooked & proportionally seasoned to perfection & topped to my liking. My favorite app is their wings served hot tender & drenched in hot sauce with plenty of ranch for dipping.    Their simple selections, satisfying and I will order other menu item in my continued patronage here, The bar & wait staff, never miss their stride in service with their crowd of players attending Mon night poker they are making sure drink & food orders are fulfilled along with keeping patrons drinks supplied. The wait bar staff & cooks do an excellent I would recommend this place for a bar going experience.    Hadley's has an excellent accoustics & sound system which sounds perfectly, regardless of whose performing. There has never been a moment where the sound has been dissatisfying except if it was a band that did not appeal to me. My favorite performance here has been Cruisin Heavy they are regulars to the stage & have been consistent in their song sets. Outside of Poker Karaoke & events this is the live show I love coming to see. If you want to dance during the live performances or music they will clear some space in the dining area.
