"Happy Cinco de Mayo! I hope I spelled that correctly. It's such a fantastic day to indulge in delicious Mexican cuisine. Nectar Urban Cantina is our go-to spot, not just for their mouthwatering dishes, but also for their excellent service. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, complete with a ramp for those who require it. Plus, you can even bring your furry friends along. They allow dogs outside. And if you're lucky, you might be treated to some incredible live music. Have a great day!"
"Why do I eat any other type of food? This was delicious! This was the original Açaí bowl. I also had the Serrano avocado toast. And a regular drip coffee. I would eat here regularly if I lived here.. Definitely inspiring to eat Whole Foods and plant based as these were absolutely delicious. Wonderful staff. Great music, cute things to shop for."
"I've been coming here for a long time and I've watched it gain popularity over the years to almost an overwhelming degree. There is always a rush but if you time it right you can find parking in the lot out front or usually street parking across the street near the park. No matter how busy they get they always have time for friendly service and a smile at the register. I never feel rushed or like I'm inconveniencing anyone , as one tends to feel at hipster coffee shops. This is more of a beloved Nashville jewel. It still has the old Nashville feel. There is limited seating but there are patio tables outside . Or you can get your food to go and go to the park. I really like the breakfast bagels, and the iced coffee. They have delicious bakery items as well. I never make it to the lunch menu because I'm a breakfast all day kind of person. But I hear it's really good. Overall you can find something pretty healthy , fairly quick, and super delicious while supporting small businesses here in Nashville."
"Tip: they offer 15% Military discount!Atmosphere: very cozy, there's an outdoor seating area that looks out into the street. They're connected to a CBD store. You working today helpful in deciding The best bowl for me.Food: they offer anything from smoothies, to juices, to bowls, to super shots. They also have a variety of healthy bars and a few food items. The portion size is relatively small for what you pay for, but they fill the container to the brim!Good consistency, good options."
"This place is great. My 14 year old has a fascination with all things Asian and Boba tea is her newest thing. This was a cute find. The decor is great. The wait times were fast. BTS was playing on the televisions. They have smoothies, teas, and macaroons. They even had vegan friendly options"
"Stopped by late in the day, got a cappuccino - excellent flavor, bold, just the way I like it. Tried the orange cake omg beautiful texture, bold flavor, moist and fresh. This morning am eating this beautiful turkey pastry. Heating it up, cut open and all this yum inside. Dough is full of flavor. This places baked goods are all star. The price may appear high, but proportions are big, and WORTH it. Treat yourself to some of that yummmmmmmmm! Cheers"
"It's a cafe inside a convenience store but can offer a quick bite and some respite from the Memphis heat. Quick in a more southernly sense - of course; don't confuse this with NYC quick. Lots of salads, juices and smoothies on the menu here. We tried the tropical and the green smoothie - not disappointed in our selection. Wanted mango lassi but they were out of mangoes on this day. Smoothies were freshly made - no surprises and no added sugar. Mediterranean sandwich was big and packed with all the goodies. Blue cheese panini had grilled onions, red and green peppers, sun dried tomatoes - all good, but the flat bread for panini was so-so. They have around 4-5 tables plus stools and sidebars for you to sit and enjoy or grab and go. Prices were moderate - around $28 bucks for two sandwiches and two drinks."
"Used Cinco De Mayo to cater a lunch for one of my doctor's offices. They did a really good job having the food ready on time and they gave me a decent price.Everyone seemed to enjoy the spread of beef and chicken fajitas with rice, beans, chips, salsa, Guacamole, sour Cream, and the feast.I would use them again."
"It took a couple of visits to find the flavors that appeal to me. Now I'm hooked. The guy that works in there is SUPER friendly and helpful. I tried cookies and creams today and it will be a regular for me too. Birthday cake and strawberry banana are my favorites. The shakes are great after a good workout. Low calorie and protein is added. Yum!!!"
"I intended to visit the Poplar location but at the last moment decided to visit Cooper as I was sure one was open. Very easy to locate the trailer. Parking is breeze. Due to my early arrival I was the only customer which allowed extra time to review the current menu. I chose juices to drink while at work. Checkout was simple using card scanner. Very pleasant interaction. I love the bottle.designs. Both beverages were so delicious. $9/ bottle. The New Yorker is a great green juice which most people may be more familiar with. Two tickets to Paradise was my favorite. Has a nice watermelon base with additonal fruit and veggie flavor."

You'd never know it by the unassuming house converted to a charming little restaurant, but inside are some of the best tacos in Nashville. Middle Tennessee's taco game is very strong, and Nectar is more evidence of that. The "Nashty" with a whole chicken tender, poblano ranch, pickled jalapeño peppers and cheese is my favorite! But the spicy beef birria with its own broth for dunking is also popular for a reason! I can additionally vouch for the deliciousness of the cochinita pibil (achiote pork) and yazoo dos perros (beer-braised brisket) as well.

Sometimes it's the parking....and beyond.I've wanted to stop here and smell the roses (well, the aroma of hot dough and coffee) but have been dissuaded by the apparent paucity of parking. (Yes, big words for small spaces.)Today I figuratively bit the bullet and stopped anyhow, having first checked out approaches and parking spaces via Google Earth maps. That worked out fairly well. I got there and aimed for the empty Handicapped Parking space....only to discover as I pulled in that someone had tied their dog to the rail at that spot. (No pets allowed inside.) Fortunately for me there was an open space next to the "parked" and quiet pup. Phew!Atmosphere inside the building was lively....lots of chatter as patrons enjoyed their morning brews and bagels or waited patiently for their orders to be delivered. Judging by the crowd, I thought I might have a bit of a wait....but, in fact, I was promptly and politely asked for my order at the counter. And equally as promptly.... was handed the first part of it consisting of 6 bagels to go. I also was given an empty cup for my coffee. (Serve yourself if it's straight up brew from the array of pump-pots with Regular, Decaf, and flavored options.). The coffee was surpisingly fresh and very hot! And the flavor was a delightful treat - one of the tastiest House Blends I've had in quite a while. My Sante Fe Bagel sandwich was delivered only a few minutes later and I carried it to the car. The steaming sandwich was bigger than I anticipated.... nice since I was pretty hungry. So, I opened the tightly wrapped breakfast bonanza and attempted to take my first bite. [To paraphrase a line from the movie "Jaws"...."I should have brought a bigger mouth"....because, in an instant, the very thick (an inch+ maybe) egg-pepper frittata slid from between the slippery turkey sausage patty and the ooey gooey melted cheese lining for the bagel onto my lap. I must have had a premonition before starting on this misadventure because after sitting down in the car, I placed a large cloth hand towel across my lap and that, in turn, caught the entire avalanche before it hit my clothes or the floor of the car. Disaster more or less averted. Thank goodness I still had half the sandwich left.Taste: Excellent! Fluffy-flavored egg with bits of crunch from the peppers on a lightly toasted bun. Will I return....? In all honesty, unless I can find an alternative to the parking situation....I doubt it. BUT YOU SHOULD .... just aim for the Star. Open wide. And enjoy!

Super cute bubble tea spot. The flavor for the Horchata milk tea was kind of bland unfortunately (and I was really looking forward to it!) and the macarons were extremely overpriced at $3 each and kind of forgettable. On the plus side, it's an absolutely beautiful spot with a lovely Parisian theme. May try again when I'm in the area.

Walked in, not too busy on a Saturday mid morning. Items on display all look great. People working were nice, ordered 2 large macchiato, one brownie, one peanut butter ball, one bagel. The bagel tasted like cinnamon raisin bread. Brownie had lots of cocoa. Coffee was a little sweet for my taste. Everything together was $27. Outside patio and plenty of seating

Exactly 195 steps from the Peabody Hotel! This local corner shop came in handy during my 6 days at the Peabody, a great source for Diet Cokes, fresh fruit, salad, and snacks. I even scored a few bags of fancy local whole bean coffee to give as gifts. Good COVID precautions in place. Wear your mask. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

A solid 3.5 Mexican restaurant. Stopped in by default after discovering the place I planned on dining was closed on Tuesdays for some reason. Service here was super friendly and prices are more than fair. It's incredibly dark inside--it feels like a dive bar (which is not an insult) and for happy hour or a casual date night that probably works just fine but it's a slight bit disorienting for lunch. Chips fresh and salsa had flavor. I went with a supreme burrito, subbing chicken for the ground beef and added a chile relleno on the side (opting for cheese on the inside and red sauce on top). The Chile Relleno was delicous, the burrito totally suitable/solid. The menu seems to have most standard fare, though from what I could tell almost entirely chicken or ground beef, a bit of "steak." I spotted one dish with chorizo, but none with pastor or carne asada. No pork or seafood specialties. If you need a basic ground beef or chicken taco or burrito, some free chips and salsa, and likely a fair priced margarita, this place will do the job.

"I saw this cute little cafe pop up in my feed and decided to give it a try when catching up with a friend for coffee. When I got there, it was just the two of us, and we had the place to ourselves for quite a while. It's designed beautifully and is perfectly tucked away, quite unassuming if you don't know it's there. My friend and I both had a stuffed date, peanut butter for her and mixed nuts for myself. I opted for the Qishr with honey and my friend got the Yemeni latte. The only drawback is there aren't any gluten free options and limited dairy free. I'm not counting that against them...it's not their fault my body has gotten old and started revolting against the things I love the most. They do have oat milk but advised that it would change the taste of their signature coffees. The food looked absolutely delicious and I have no doubt that it tastes amazing. Our server was kind, patient, and informative in helping us to navigate the menu. We sat and chatted and the server brought out orders out to us in chic glass mugs on a gold marbled tray. It was unexpected but on par with the impeccable service that I'd heard about. It will definitely go back and bring hubby back to try it out!"
"This was our first time here and I doubt I would ever come back. First, the service was friendly and prompt. Second, the food was pricey for the quantity, and it lacked flavor. Third, a tip was automatically added and they were very generous to themselves with my money. Restaurant was clean but nothing fantastic. I'd recommend looking for a different restaurant."
"Very nice Dragonfruit bowl with plenty of topping choices. Also great gluten free options and allergy conscious. The low reviews are very old. Give it a try. Very nice service as well!"
"Great spot for nutritious shakes and teas. The owners are THE NICEST people!!! Lots of flavors of shakes and teas to choose from. Give them a try and you won't be sorry. They are on Byhalia Rd in Collierville behind Cheers. Get some!!!"
"Ok so dropping of my freshman at Ole Miss, what better way to treat my worker bees than with Ramen and Poke! This place was new to me but did not disappoint. Service was helpful and friendly. Ordered at the kiosk but it is available at the table via QR code. Everyone s meal was delicious and delivered by a curious little robot friend! Very entertaining and made it an enjoyable experience. Prices were fair for what we ordered. Everyone was happy even the picky 10 yr old. All in all big Recommend. My personal favorite was my Kimchi Raman it was on point. Hope you have a great experience as well!"
"Great new salad, smoothie, wrap place in silo square. Super friendly staff members and quick service. Salad and panini were delicious and full of fresh ingredients. Smoothie was perfect. Highly recommended."
"This place hit the spot because I was hungry, but I suppose I'm just used to a different taste when it comes to food that's well seasoned. Anyway, my family enjoyed the food and the drinks here. I must say that their Margaritas are pretty and also inexpensive. Once again, if I wasn't the designated driver, I would have had a jumbo size one, which are $15. They have a great lunch menu and offer some all-you-can-eat items.I'd never heard of this place, but I guess there are a chain of restaurants as I saw another off the side of the freeway in West Memphis. I will try them out if you're looking for some inexpensive Mexican food. The only downside was they didn't have a spicy salsa. Just call me the spoiled California woman. Very much had a Spanish feel but an odd smell inside."
"I wanted something light a delicious for lunch. Decided to give this a try and i was more than satisfied. When during my lunch however because the lady in front of me decided to place a huge order the wait did suck, but as soon as i got my bowl and tasted it. The wait was worth it! I really recommend it if your trying to have a small or light lunch meal or just trying to satisfy a craving. Its also in a cute location! I was only in town for work and Im glad I got to check this spot out, so if your visiting i so suggest you stop and try any of their fruit bowls or male your own!!"
"I like this place. The owner is very nice and patient. She makes suggestions. I have been here about 5 times and have tried something different each time I got. They regularly have a limited time flavor for their teas or meal replacement shakes. Prices are around $7-9 depending on if you are getting a meal replacement shake, loaded tea, or specialty tea. They offer $1 with social media check in. This is another Herbal Life nutrition stopped. I have tried a few others but have had the best customer service at this one."
"I was craving an açaí bowl and had been wanting to try this place. I placed an order for a customized bowl online and it was made/ready to pick up immediately. Upon arrival, the staff was super friendly, the store was clean and they had my order ready to hand right to me. Loved how quick the service was. I decided to drive to the park (which is super close) to relax and enjoy my bowl. I ordered an açaí base with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, honey and granola on top. It was so refreshing and it definitely hit the spot. Being that they have lots of other things on the menu, I will surely circle back and try something else. If not anything else, I'll be getting another açaí bowl for sure."
"Just decided to stop in and try a nutritional beverage.. sounds like medicine but MAN Was IT DELISH. I decided to get the Southern Belle, only after staring at the menu n chatting for 10mins. They have a punch card, so frequent drinkers earn a freebie. I harassed Cody n he was so sweet n very personable. Give them a try.. mine had protein, biotin and collagen n zero sugar.. but I dont feel I'm missing out.."
"The inside is really cute and the service was outstanding! My boba was really good and would definitely go back!"
"We are visiting Jonesboro and have gone here everyday the best fresh juice around! They are new and really good!"
"Glad to have this option in the area. Wish they had a customizable smoothie/bowl option as I don't particularly love their offerings. Also, be patient because it typically takes awhile for the order to be fulfilled, or at least on my several experiences it's always been quite a wait between placing the order and receiving the order."
"Went through the drive-thru one weekday afternoon. My order was taken pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long for my bowl and smoothie. I decided to try one of the new smoothie bowls they have and I, of course, got my favorite smoothie as well. The Strawberry Hulk smoothie is like my go-to, HOWEVER!! I tried the Go-Go-Goji Crunch smoothie bowl and yeahhhhh it's a new favorite! Açaí base topped with strawberries, blueberries and goji berries. Granola and honey drizzled on top! It was really good and as soon as I finished it, I wanted to go back and order another one lol. I can't wait to get back to order it again and maybe try some of the other bowls."
"Our grand kids got us hooked on this place! Love the drinks they make and especially the covered coffee beans! They're always friendly and fast.Love this place!"
