"Of course breakfast in Nashville means biscuits and Biscuit Love is one of the best spots! We've previously dined at Biscuit Love in The Gulch, but this Franklin location is amazing! Built in an older home in downtown, the place is beautiful. Same as in the other spot, you get in line and place your order. You're assigned a table and the food is delivered to you. We started out with "bonuts". These are like the best munchkins you could dream of! Little donuts with mascarpone and blueberry jam were the star of the show. We ordered the breakfast egg dish which was served with bacon, cheese grits, and a biscuit. Everything was delicious but the biscuit with jam makes the dish. Easy street parking and friendly service made this a breakfast to remember!"
"Cuban sandwich and cafe with tired for beguines but they where out they have ! Waiting for Cuban and having conversation with waitress she is nice!"

"Solid and unique breakfast/lunch shop (and an institution in Brentwood) serving up crepes, Portuguese muffin breakfast sandwiches, decent coffee, amongst other (primarily breakfast-y) items.Gets busy and crowded after 8:30 am on weekends and keep in mind, orders for a crepe, omelette, or waffle can take 10-15 minutes to make, so while they do takeout, you should plan your time accordingly.Having eaten crepes in Paris, I wouldn't compare the quality here to what's available there, but I certainly thought the consistency was decent for when I really have a craving for a crepe. The sweet crepes, omelette, and Belgian waffle (which comes decadent with toppings and powdered sugar) are the stars of the menu. Nice outdoor seating that is dog friendly and private parking lot makes this a solid breakfast/brunch find."
"Came here on a Sunday morning. The line was quite long and took about 10 mins. We were able to located a table for 3. I tried the Cuban latte (brown sugar and cinnamon) with almond milk, and it was very good. Very smooth. I also tried their holiday gingerbread crepe, which was excellent. The space is very tight, so the line becomes very uncomfortable, as there are people trying to maneuver about and squeeze through. Service was friendly."
"My family and I went here on May 11th, 2024. The restaurant was very busy when we got there, so we had to wait a little bit on the wait list. Once we was notified that it was our turn to be serve the hotress told us what our table number was, and we went to the counter to order our foods. When we sat down and waited for our foods I just noticed how beautiful and clean the restaurant is. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes and Candied Bacon. It was my first time trying Candied Bacon and I was so surprised how good the brown sugar goes with the bacon. The Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes was just freaking amazing. It will remind you of eating a regular strawberry shortcake."
"A very friendly establishment......cookie quality was great! I wish they could have more of a coffee shop experience!"
"My wife and I had a pretty rough morning after our 18 year old dog had just died. So, after leaving our veterinarian's office feeling hungry and saddened, per her suggestion, we settled on a late brunch here. This was my first time eating here, but my wife had visited here several times previously. We were cheerfully greeted and seated almost immediately. The menu had many, many different and delicious choices. In fact, I was really impressed that they even offered steel cut oats!I settled on the avocado toast, with poached eggs and cheese grits. Given how famished I was from missing my breakfast, I also ordered the vegetable scramble with the hash-brown casserole and biscuit. My wife opted for the two eggs and a cake, consisting of over-medium eggs, crispy bacon, hash-brown casserole, and French toast. I was pleased that I could order cold brew coffee here. I liked it so much that I quaffed two glasses of their delicious and robust brew. We were ably waited-on by Ms Taylor and Ms Spyce. They were both gracious, informative, friendly, and very attentive. I'd definitely ask to be seated again within their section! There were just two relatively minor flaws with what I ate. I found that the poached eggs on my avocado toast were slightly undercooked, but I readily devoured them anyway. I also didn't completely love the Velveeta-like cheese sauce that was on top of my vegetable scramble. But, again, I gladly ate it. I thoroughly enjoyed the cheese grits as well as all other aspects of my meals. Food therapy was what I definitely needed. My wife really liked her meal, and especially the bacon. So much so, that I'll have to wait until next time we visit before I get to sample any! The atmosphere was relaxed and leisurely. It was just what we needed after our tearful and stressful morning. I really liked this place, plan on returning again, and highly recommend it. I only wish that they had a customer loyalty program.I'd award this establishment a solid four-and-a-half stars, rounded up to five stars."
"The restaurant employees were so nice! They opened up a little early and even Tim it was before they officially opened they still offered to take my order and get my settled in.The restaurant itself is pretty big. It definitely has a brewery type vibe with the open space, board games, etc. I checked out the menu before I came in and it is definitely one of the more unique brunch menus I've seen. I loved the twists that they put in on traditional biscuit sandwiches. The Squacking Goat was a great combination of flavors and the goat cheese tasted so good and fresh. The smashbrowns definitely stole the show for me though. I've never had hashbrowns this crunchy and seasoned before. The only thing I was disappointed by was the bluegrass grits. It just tasted like grits mixed with grass and I wasn't too big of a fan."
"Truly a unique find in the Nations or even greater Nashville area. This cozy coffee shop is a "blink and you'll miss it" kind of spot. Nestled next to an antique shop, this small but mighty coffee spot boasts some awesome flavors and friendly staff. I came here to work on my laptop and was very surprised at how narrow this place is. There's only about 4-spots to sit not including a tiny bench for guest or the outdoor patio in the back. The menu here simple, but focused. I order a cold brew and a cherry scone. The cold brew was awesome! A strong cup with low acidity and a just touch of bitterness at the end, just how I like it! This paired great the cherry scone. The scone was the winner of the afternoon. Huge cherries baked into a dense crumbly pastry. The sweet flavor was a nice break from the flavor punch of my cold brew. I live in Mount Juliet, but if I found myself in the neighborhood again I would definitely make a pit stop here."
"Looking for a coffee fix while rambling around Memphis on a visit to family. It was a little later in the afternoon and some cafes were already shutting down, but we found The Hub open and easy to access! This coffee shop is located in a very large church. As such, there is a lot of parking! Like, a LOT of parking. Since it was a Saturday it wasn't crazy congested. I liked that they had spots reserved not just for handicapped folks, but also for families with small children, expectant mothers, first time visitors, etc. It made the vibe more welcoming. The church seems to have a fairly large campus and The Hub itself is housed in its own large section of the building. There are a few signs/decorations that remind you it's part of a church, but it feels fairly secular, which I thought was nice. The vibe is welcoming and sort of youthful. There's a lot of seating, both traditional tables and cushy couches and they were BUSY when I walked in. Still, the wait to order and grab my drink was brief. The two young lady baristas were nice and working diligently! I was happy to see they're still offering peppermint mochas even this late in the season. I love a peppermint mocha :)They have small snacks and pastries and such but I was still full from lunch so I only ordered a drink. I stood and sipped on some of the complimentary iced water. My iced peppermint mocha was really good! I could've actually done for a teeeny bit more coffee flavor for once, but the drink itself was smooth, nice amount of ice, and perfectly mint-chocolatey flavor. Thin Mint vibes!Definitely would recommend giving them a try if you're in the area."
"I ordered a latte with almond milk and my friend ordered a chai latte and we both liked our drinks. The atmosphere was great and its was a very social feel. The only thing I didn't like was the price. I got a medium and it was around $6.50, then after I tipped it was over $7. To me that is more than I want to pay on a regular basis. A once in a while treat is fine but I cannot make this a regular place to visit with those prices.* Note, if part of their proceeds regularly go to charitable foundations or causes, then I suppose I could justify the extra surcharge and it would be a great place to bring friends or work colleagues since you need to have a meeting somewhere anyway. I am certainly going to go here over the green Mermaid corporate giant that serves crud for coffee, especially for group orders! I'd rather support local every day of the week!"
"Visited recently and it's still a solid place. Definitely a go-to for me to get some work done and enjoy a good coffee and meal. Worth it just for the good coffee alone!"

If I could only use one word to describe this place, it would be "delicious." I'm not a biscuit fan, but the biscuit here is hands down the best biscuit I've ever had in my life. It was so good that I decided to order a half dozen frozen biscuit to go. I'm enjoying one as I write this from the comfort of my home in Iowa. Would I come back again? Most definitely! Not only do they have amazing biscuits, their other food options are also delicious. I got the brussels sprouts salad with egg and it was really good. I crushed it! I'm glad my husband and I stopped by this place because we both thoroughly enjoyed the food here.

This is such a cute place and great spot to work or gather with friends! I love stopping by any time I'm in town. Their coffee is exceptional, and their food is top notch. The service cannot be beat. I highly recommend visiting during the holiday season. It's like walking through a Hallmark movie. They've recently started making their own coffee beans like the ones pictured below. Soooo good!

The food is great. The specialty drinks (coffee, cappuccinos..etc) Are GREATLY over priced. The food is very expensive.. but good. I wouldn't go all the time. Only because of how expensive it is. Everyone was happy with the taste of their food. and portion size was huge. Hard to finish it. Maybe if I don't eat dinner the night before..and go for brunch.. maybe I could finish the food. The restaurant is VERY cute inside. I love the traditional soda fountain. We sat outside.. it was such a nice day.The service was good

This place has delightful butter cookies. In fact, they have many delicious varieties of baked goods as well. The Butter Pecan Cookies, for me, are where it is at though.... for real. I first came across this place at the Cooper-Young Festival some years back. I had sampled some of the edibles from Ounce of Hope tent, and the munchies had set in. As we got near her booth, I heard a lot of loud music, commotion, and I think there was even a bubble machine. The lady who owns this place is out there hooting, hollering, and legitimately screaming at people as they walked by. It was no doubt the liveliest booth at the festival. She was as pushy selling her stuff as the guy at the fair trying to guess your age and weight without the crackhead vibe. Needless to say, she got my attention. I step up and realize what she is selling. Immediately, I ask if they were as good as Makeda's, (as that is my gold standard for sugar cookies in Memphis). She quips back, "that's my Mommas place". Oh shit. Here we go!I tell her about my obsession with Makeda's and how it's part of my Orange Mound trio. It includes Makeda's, then either Paynes or Ball Hoggerz, and then a stop by Pop's Tamales on the way back. Her response.... "Oh, you know something, then". Damn right I do. Sorry for getting distracted by nostalgia of walking around CYF all high eating cookies. It's one of my favorite pass times. Needless to say, I love her, her mama, and her cookies. I stop by every chance I get. Pro Tip. There is a O.G. Central BBQ (not Kemmons Wilson owned trash) right in front of this place, and the National Civil Rights Museum is nearby as well. Pro. Pro Tip. If you are a tourist or a local, you can make a whole day of it right here and only park once. Wiseacre Brewery with Little Bettie's pizza inside is on the opposite corner. BBQ, butter cookies, history of the Lorraine Motel, local beer, and killer pizza. A Memphis dream date!'24 - 67/101

Second time coming to The Toasted Yolk Cafe! Jaylin F. Is 2 for 2 on our visits! He is an exceptional server and makes certain that every chance he gets he will come to the table. The ambiance is pretty laid back even with a packed house of people.

Very creative chicken biscuit sandwich! I was very impressed by all flavors exploding during every bite. I wasn't entirely sure it was the right choice for breakfast, but it was good. The hash-browns were actually my favorite part of breakfast. They were very good and much more flavor able than expected. The coffee was only average, it didn't blow me away. All in all, I'll be back for the another biscuit.

"Had this place looking for something new and it didn't disappoint I love a good smoke turkey leg then you take it up by stuffing it crazy good Just get there early they run out of menu items"
"Great Food & Amazing Menu Selections! Love the updated takes on meals and fresh ingredients!"
"Nice eclectic decor and vibe. Solid coffee. Good service.Great for conversation and a quick bite to eat.I think I got a blue berry muffin and it was great!"
"After visiting an exhibit at the Botanic Gardens, a group of us headed to 17Berkshire for afternoon tea. I am not a sweets person. Love candy, but desserts and the like have never been a fav. That said, I loved the food and experience! At $35 per person, each food set up includes tea sandwiches, scones, and assorted pastries. The scones were nothing to write home about but everything else made me sing. I don't recall ever trying a macaron and even if I did, it was only once. I'm glad I gave them a try during our visit because I found my new treat. To drink, we opted for the Heavenly Cream, Rouge Provence, and Chai teas. I had the latter two and both were amazing. The space is small but the windows make for great people watching on the square. The only downside to our experience was the wait time, and that was beyond anyone's control. We had a reservation but only one person was working, so she had to help every customer on her own. Keeping that in mind, please be patient with the staff"
"Best coffee, lemon and blueberry muffins warm and good, and the potato casserole is yummy. Cute space and nice staff too!"
"I've been to Inspire Community Cafe twice, both times to do a little networking or business collaboration. It is just a really neat place. The coffee has always been good. There are typically several people there in groups or by the singles. The vibe is fantastic. Small tables where 2 or 4 can gather, or pull them together for more. The decor is very casual and low key. Even children would love this. They have some toys and books within grabbing reach. The music is relaxing and not too loud to talk. Very helpful for meetings. There are also some tables and picnic tables outside. Today's too hot for that.Behind the counter is a huge chalkboard wall full of menu items. The food (breakfast , sandwiches, salads, smoothies) always look good walking by. I should try that sometime. If you want to meet up with folks somewhere between Bartlett, Midtown, and Downtown, this is it. You won't be disappointed."
"This place has some great food, ice cream and coffee! My daughter is very picky and found multiple things she enjoyed!"
"Pretty good coffee! I got a flavored latte with oatmilk and it was enjoyable - not too sweet. My father ordered an espresso and it came in the cutest to go cup! Plenty of seating inside as well."
"Stopped by late in the day, got a cappuccino - excellent flavor, bold, just the way I like it. Tried the orange cake omg beautiful texture, bold flavor, moist and fresh. This morning am eating this beautiful turkey pastry. Heating it up, cut open and all this yum inside. Dough is full of flavor. This places baked goods are all star. The price may appear high, but proportions are big, and WORTH it. Treat yourself to some of that yummmmmmmmm! Cheers"
"This location is so new, it still SMELLS new! Open only 3 days, we were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. The floral wallpaper & pink tile are adorable and there is ample seating in the dining area & outdoor patio. The music is at just the right volume & the entire dining area has an open, airy feel to it.After being tempted by everything on the menu, we decided on the S.E.C. (biscuit with sausage, cheddar & scrambled egg) with a side of their super flavorful sausage gravy, and the Southern Benny (biscuit, over-easy eggs & shaved country ham). Since this location does not yet have its liquor license (but will soon!), we chose the highly recommended (and much enjoyed) brown sugar lemonade & unsweet iced tea. Everything was delicious & came out super fast!Overall an amazing meal, and a place that I am looking forward to taking my kids back to for breakfast."
"Great staff, great coffee and the chess theme is unique! They talked with me about my options and gave me great suggestions!"
"I always have a great experience at Cheffie's where I walk away feeling full and refreshed. I opted for the Curry Chicken Salad and it did not disappoint. Very ample portions that were full of flavor. This location is so very bright and welcoming. I can't wait to return."
"This looks like the sort of place that might be very busy at weekday lunch or after work. But on Sunday afternoon, the wait was short, and there was plenty of room for our group to sit at table. Noodle soups were beautiful and orange chicken very good. Thanks, Apsara."
"Delicious food, clean atmosphere, great service! A nice oasis in Millington. Don't be fooled by the outside, whether take out of dining in, you'll love the experience and food! Enjoy!"
"I recently spent a few hours in The Recovery Room and was pleasantly surprised with the unique Martini drink menu. I enjoy a good Martini and the Drinkologist, that's also the proprietor, explained each during the process of ordering my first of a few. I admit that I've always been a creature of habit, ordering your standby Dirty Martini if a middle-top shelf vodka is available. But I wasn't disappointed with any of the selections that were recommended. Although, I doubt you'll find the same drink by the same name elsewhere, so you'll have to settle for something close or just come back to The Recovery Room for a repeat! The food selections are just as unique and probably better for you. At least they taste like they should be better for you by blending different food flavors and textures together. Then nicely presenting to you. And they serve their breakfast items all day long...that's a huge plus in my book! In summary, I will visit to eat and drink in this cozy little restaurant more regularly because it's just a good, out of the norm experience. The new owners are doing a great job with their new venture!"
"When I'm in a small town in rural Mississippi and discover an outstanding place never reviewed on YELP, I feel just like Lewis and Clark exploring undiscovered places. In the case of Jubilations Cheesecake, its not like anything new to us, we've been enjoying their cheesecake for 20 years since my son attended the Mississippi School for Math and Science at nearby Columbus, Mississippi. Jubilee Cheesecake started in Columbus and moved to this location in West Point around 5 years ago. At this location, they have a very nice coffee shop where you can enjoy coffee and sample their many flavors of cheesecake as well as watch through a large window into the production floor where the cakes are mixed, baked and packaged for distribution. This is an outstanding cheesecake. Their cheesecake supreme is an extraordinary New York style traditional cheesecake. They offer many variations, mostly toppings with the same basic cheesecake base. Their sugar free lemon and sugar free supreme are both outstanding selections if low sugar and low carbs, but not low calories, are your objective. My wife worked for years perfecting her own recipe for traditional New York cheesecake. It was outstanding. When we discovered Jubilations cheesecake, she seldom made cheesecake from scratch again because the Jubilations was so close to her own recipe and so much less work."
"Lovely coffee shop. There isn't the hustle and bustle and noise of Starbucks. Just a nice low key small business. We love the honey comb latte."
"Everyone is always super nice, but the drinks are too sweet for me and I'm not a fan of their cold brew. Breakfast croissant was really good."
"I saw this cute little cafe pop up in my feed and decided to give it a try when catching up with a friend for coffee. When I got there, it was just the two of us, and we had the place to ourselves for quite a while. It's designed beautifully and is perfectly tucked away, quite unassuming if you don't know it's there. My friend and I both had a stuffed date, peanut butter for her and mixed nuts for myself. I opted for the Qishr with honey and my friend got the Yemeni latte. The only drawback is there aren't any gluten free options and limited dairy free. I'm not counting that against them...it's not their fault my body has gotten old and started revolting against the things I love the most. They do have oat milk but advised that it would change the taste of their signature coffees. The food looked absolutely delicious and I have no doubt that it tastes amazing. Our server was kind, patient, and informative in helping us to navigate the menu. We sat and chatted and the server brought out orders out to us in chic glass mugs on a gold marbled tray. It was unexpected but on par with the impeccable service that I'd heard about. It will definitely go back and bring hubby back to try it out!"
"Walked in and the place was instantly welcoming. I ordered some garden toast and a Tea that was out of this world finished up chatting with the baristas and learning about the place and met the Roaster Riley. Everything was excellent and welcoming I'll be back!"
"Nice coffee shop that also offers a lovely selection of tea. The white chocolate mocha, double shot with raspberry was exceptional! I especially like the patio area, it's a good place for people watching!"
"After repeated visits, I'm impressed by the consistency of taste and texture of every drink ordered. The staff is always friendly and the feel of the place is mostly comfortable if not especially warm. Very good for a short chat or knocking out a few emails while caffeinating."
"I am so glad I found this spot! So fresh, so yummy, so much variety! I went in and was greeted with kindness and friendliness. The have such a huge selection of donuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and drink machines, and so much more! They have space for costumers to sit and and enjoy their food. Everything is neat and clean. I had a half dozen donut holes. I ate them so quickly lol! They were fresh and warm. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more when I am in the area. The price point is really good as well."
