The crawfish was great, the size of them were above average, and the flavor was out of this world! I've ordered from another place in bulk before and the way it was packed was really sloppy and messy! My order was put in a nice foam cooler and was STILL hot once we were all ready to eat! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for some dang good crawfish!"

I usually go with Beth's special of the day but have tried the menu items and you can not make a poor choice! We had my graduation party there in a private room and it was phenomenal. Julia S. "I have been to Flying Fish in Bentonville, AR and had a great time but the experience in Memphis seemed more fun and memorable. Maybe it's because I was dining with someone who loves food adventures just as much as I do.I love they have the flying fish mounted on the walls that helps create a very casual and carefree ambience. I would not come here for an intimate date but for fun, casual dining experience with family or friends, a group, or with someone that loves Cajun comfort food. There's a cost of flow of people aka line worthy restaurant. We luckily arrived before the dinner rush, which meant we had a smaller line to wait. After we ordered food and the cashier gave us a buzzer from when the food is ready, but the wait was short. The employees were very helpful and generous in keeping customers happy with the condiments for everyone's meal and willingness to help a customer choose what to get off their menu.I had ordered and shared the following items and honestly, we could have purchased more but we were too happy with what we had ordered. Next time, we'll order more and perhaps try other options.- Cajun Platter( served with rice, fried gator, crawfish jambalaya, and 2 pairs of frog legs),Before tonight, my wife swore that she did not like frog legs due to her belief. it was too much work for the amount of meat on the bones. Now, she believes that frog legs are pretty yummy with the legs here being tender and fall off the bone delish. The fried gator was so tender and delicious, and we savored every bite. We did add hot sauce to our crawfish jambalaya because it enhanced the deliciousness and we try not to eat it too fast to avoid the disappointment of it being gone.- Additional items/ sides( coleslaw, hush puppies, and pickled green tomatoesWe enjoyed each of our sides, but coleslaw was a little bland in our opinion. We needed to add salt and pepper to give it a little umph."

Each time I go the service is always great no matter how busy they are. I've gone during the week on a slow day and on Friday night when it's packed to capacity. The service is consistent. The servers are friendly and very attentive. The food is great! Each time I have visited, I got the same thing...the crab bag with shrimp, sausages, eggs, potatoes, and corn. The sauce I get is the Great Hunter special sauce spicy! It's always so good and the price point is great. They give you a lot of food. I'm always able to take some home. The drinks are just as good. The bartender takes pride in making drinks. Just an FYI, they do play music and have a DV on Fridays so if noise level is an issue for you don't go on those days."

Laura F. "A hidden gem from most people in Central AR, but if you know, you know. We went with 7 of our son's friends plus our son and the two of us. We went on a Saturday night. They do not take reservations, but they were very eager to help get us in as quickly as possible. We arrived at 5:30 and put our name on the list. We were seated around 6:30 - which a one hour wait on a Saturday night with 10 people isn't bad at all. There is room inside to wait but it's pretty crowded on a weekend so bundle up if you want to stand outside or just go to your car. When we were seated, the waiter was awesome. He wasn't frustrated by a large table of people. They weren't annoyed at having to pull tables together for us either. The food was amazing. Huge portions too. Even these college boys had leftovers to take home. I got the bacon wrapped shrimp which was delicious and the rice was great. I love their hush puppies. One of the boys got a shrimp po boy and it looked like the closest thing to the original I've seen outside of New Orleans. The bread was the original bread and the sandwich was huge and stuffed with plenty of shrimp. The service never wavered. They brought bread pudding for my son's birthday. Again, it was as good as any I've ever had in NOLA. Honestly, the prices are reasonable too. For 10 of us (all drinking water and 2 orders of Boudin Balls appetizers), our total bill with tip was less than $300. Good luck finding that price for that level of food and service in Little Rock. The atmosphere is rustic just as you'd want a Cajun restaurant to be. Oh, the Cajun Sirloin steak is massive. It's also the main reason our son asks to go there for his birthday."

Samantha B. "Best Burger EverThis place is super popular with my friends. It's close to the school we all used to work at together so we ended up here a lot. They have great food and magical margaritas that come in a cute little mason jar. One is always enough for me.The habanero chicken isn't spicy to me but the flavors were good enough it didn't matter. The rice bowl surprised me at first since that's usually an Asian thing but every one I've tried has been fabulous. Bring on the cultural mixing! They have burgers here that taste like what angels eat. I mean, seriously, I don't even like burgers and I would get another burger from here. They're legitimately juicy and tasy and goodness have mercy I am craving their burgers and that's pretty much never happened before. My favorite of all time is the Loco Moco, which is such an off-putting name (crazy booger) but it tastes so good I just ignore the gross name. Their Chipotle Burger also comes with really good sauce. The Jalapeno Burger was surprisingly my least favorite of them all.I didn't like the Seafood Fajita Dinner but I know I've had Mahi Mahi and liked it before. I guess I like it better with some kind of sauce or something. It was seasoned and grilled but didn't have much flavor. One was chewy and when I mentioned it (TMJ makes it difficult to eat chewy stuff) the manager was super cool about it and brought me some extra shrimp to fix it. I liked the shrimp a lot but the rest of the Shrimp Fajitas just didn't do it for me. I would get more things with shrimp in them but I think I am done with the fajitas. The Chimichurri Shrimp is amazing with dirty rice and pinto beans. I loved mixing those together. Their guac is ok (not chunky enough for me). I think I prefer the El Diablo chicken in enchiladas and the grilled chicken in quesadillas. I also really liked the tequila lime chicken in the rice bowl moreso than in the nachos but hubby liked it in his build your own burrito done Maria's Way. The cilantro-lime rice is not surprisingly pretty boring by itself. She explained that they were out of a few things but listed what they had. I got a pulled pork plate with coleslaw and baked beans. My husband got the grilled pork chop lunch plate. I asked for a cup of gumbo, just because it sounded good. When the plates came out they were FILLED and oh so tasty. Best coleslaw I've ever had and the pulled pork was tender and so tasty. They wanted to only charge my husband for the veggies, as they said the pork chop was small (and it was the size of both your hands!) but we insisted on paying. Then let me tell you about the gumbo! It was chock full of shrimp and sausage and so tasty. It wasn't peppery like some people think "Cajun" is, just a REALLY flavorful and generous portion!
