Memorial Tacos

I'm biased cause the Friday night estero cover band rocks this tiny house till midnight. Love the mixed drinks! the mixologist puts on an awesome show that competes with the band. Get here early on Friday night cause it's very small and gets packed quick. Tacos are life here so order up before 9pm. Kitchen closes at 10 but it stops taking orders at 9 if it's packed which usually is every Friday night. Every mixed drink I had here was damn it boy well done! I wish this place was just bigger and wished the restrooms were not directly behind the band. I don't care I will be back again and again

The ambiance of place seem to be thrown together. It doesn't shout "'memorial tacos" it definitely feels more like a bar. Anyways, we walked in and stood there for like an awkward minute mind you employees were looking at us behind the bar. There isn't any direction as to if we should sit ourselves or wait to be seated. We sat down and finally someone comes up to use after 10 minutes to take our drink order etc at least the waiter was nice to us. The service was definitely slow and mind you there wasn't even a lot of people there. When the food came out it was warm and it did taste good. Overall I rate it a 3 it could use better service since people love good service.

Tasty food and cheap and always empty - but beware horrible slow service by a kid that doesn't know how to make drinks or take an order in a timely manner. Come here if you want casual good food and don't mind how long it takes. Nice place but I don't see how they're in business.

Memorial Tacos is sooooo much fun! The Dancing the food all of it!! I was super impressed with the service and how everything is put together to enjoy a night of Dancing as well. Good times. I'll be back for sure!!

Good food, good drinks, good service.I ordered a house margarita and quesadillas w/picadillo. A bit pricey and they charge for chips and salsa. Those should always be complimentary.

Omg this place is sooooo slept on. GO EAT THERE. It is amazing. Margaritas are amazing, tacos are amazing, but the best part is the salsa. TO DIE FOR.

Excellent queso and chips. Very addictive. The friendly service combined with delicious tacos have well positioned Memorial Tacos as a favorite!

Food was surprisingly fresh, well made. Only 2 other patrons in the house. A couple starting early on their weekend drinking, or drinks after a late lunch; and another group having lunch - otherwise completely empty. Harried bartender / waitress took my order at the bar, as well as another to go order. Had the sense, can't confirm there was just one person in the kitchen. Hope they're able to hang on, boost marketing / advertising spend, because the seafood tacos were amazing. Even the sauces were seemingly made in house.

The piano says "wine", but this place is about the Ritas! Well...actually, it's more about the tacos! I arrived around 3:30 on a Monday and the place was dead. I was the first one in, and surprised at how dark the spot is overall. Note to self: happy hour starts at 4 not 3:30, but It's cool, I still got my Rita. I ordered the watermelon mint Rita to be exact, and watching it being made gave me club vibes (or maybe that was the Vegas bomb and Mexican Candy shots on the menu). Anyways, as far as the flavor- too artificial for my personal taste, but that doesn't mean it'd be a miss for someone else! The chips and queso were forgettable, just slight spiced yellow cheese. Luckily the tacos saved the day.The chipotle beef & brisket, the meats alone were fabulous, tender, and well seasoned. If you have a low heat tolerance know that the Chipotle beef is spicy, but I would personally found it to be perfectly spiced! If you're in the area, know that the whole the atmosphere and the ritas may not wow you, but the tacos certainly will! I'll be back for the tacos!
