Got a disposable 3 days ago and I asked the guy what the most reliable one was. He recommended something called a rush max 5k. That thing was $30 and it just started auto firing and crapped out. Took it to the store to get it replaced and they just told me "tough luck". This was my first attempt at quitting smoking and the whole deal made me want to chain smoke a pack of reds. Their products are OVERPRICED and very low quality. Their customer service is worse. You'd be better off buying something cheaper at a gas station than going here. I'd avoid this place and just go to literally any other shop

Dear lord. One of the guys working there is lazy. Says he doesn't know where anything is, he will not stand up and help you if you don't tell him to. I asked for a 14mm bowl. He says "bowl? Oooh I don't know what those are." Minutes later I asked the fool if he works there, rhetorically. He answers with pride "I'm here ain't I?" lol. I found what I was looking for, partially. I also needed pipe cleaner. He said "he doesn't have, we move everything 'round, I don't know where they are." I'm paraphrasing. I found those on my own as well, but don't forget when I was looking, he had his back turned to me while he was facing the back wall acting to look. Mind you the back wall was full of trash that they don't know what to do with. Receipt rolls, wrappers. GrossFuck that place

don't go here!!!!they sell cracked bongs and don't replace them and sales person was aware of piece being cracked.
