Mei Wei

Our go to Chinese restaurant got new managent and we decided to try something new. We have tried Mei Wei in our search for a new regular Chinese food fix. Although we have ordered here more than once, we are still looking. The chicken fried rice is a great choice as are the steamed dumplings. However, the egg drop soup had a strange consistency. The kung pao chicken lacked flavor but wasn't too spicy if you don't want your mouth on fire. Overall, it's good in a pinch.

Two words. AMAZING FOOD. My family and I have been dining here for 10 years or so and the service is always amazing. The store is clean and well kept with a quiet atmosphere. The owner is always in store and is super friendly. And the food speaks for itself. It is the best Chinese food in town by far. it is a must try. We went here today before sending my sister off to college and I'm glad she got one last bite of her favorite food.

I have no idea why this place is rated so low on here. Our family LOVES Mei Wei!! Their fried rice is fantastic, prices are fair, portions are generous, and we've always had great service whether dining in or getting delivery. Mei Wei forever!

This restaurant has improved dramatically over the years. I used to eat here because it was the closest place to my house but now it's my favorite Chinese place! The food and service are both great:)

Never again. Rude and plays Metallica, Alice Cooper, etc. Been here about 8 times only because it's convenient but yesterday was the last straw. The male Asian waiter is a complete @ss every single time. I'm not putting up with him anymore. The food is mediocre and yesterday they had 70's rock playing. Who wants to eat to that?!! There's bars to go to for that. Ugh! So done with this place. Not ever spending a penny here again.

I ordered the Kung Pao Triple Delight with fried rice and green tea. The Kung Pao Triple Delight was listed under "Chef Specialties" and consisted of shrimp, chicken, and beef in a spicy kung pau sauce with pepper and peanuts. The entree contained plenty of proteins with diced green peppers, diced carrots, mushrooms, celery. It was satisfying, but not inspiring. The presence of vegetables and other goodies in the fried rice was almost non-existent.The staff at this restaurant are friendly, attentive, and provide very good service. The food is a solid value, so I will continue to frequent this business.

Love this pace. Best Chinese in the area. We take our parents here weekly and they really enjoy it. The food is flavorful and the presentation is outstanding.
