I have never been to the physical location; but this pizzeria is a 5-star takeout spot for our family.The highlights:* Excellent food* Large portions* Reasonable prices* They have NEVER given us a wrong order - even when I request my "spinach calzone with grilled chicken, mushrooms, and three marinara on the side". They nail it every time.* Speedy delivery* Consistent quality - we've been ordering from them for over 6 years now.Recommendations:* Calzones! Our go to.* Stromboli is solid.* Wings! My favorite place for wings.* Tiramisu is da bomb!* Cheesecake is good too!* The Mega Cheese Pizza is HUGE! Two of them for a kids birthday party was enough for us.* Subs are solid.* Kids love the garlic knots!Give them a try!

I'll say this for them. Your order will be correct. We had lunch for 30 with lots of alterations and these guys don't miss.Quality just wasn't there. The pizza is extremely mediocre and their chicken Alfredo gave two of us food poisoning. Dessert is really good.

Mega Pizza is sort of a crap shoot when it comes to service. It is run by a father-son duo, and the father is more accommodating to customized orders than the son is. Normally, when I customize an order, the father will gladly customize, but the last time I called in an order with a customization, the son acted like he couldn't do it, or he didn't know how to charge me for it, or some other such nonsense. I order from there sparingly because I never know what I'm going to get. Either I get outstanding service, or I get the bare minimum. I've gotten their steak and cheese sandwiches on a couple of occasions, and they were run-of-the-mill good, but God forbid you want to tweak it a little.

Only order from here in the event of an emergency. It's just not good at all. It's under cooked, soggy, pizza that lacks flavor. Actually, if an emergency, go next door to the Food Lion and pick up a frozen pizza instead.

My initial review was 3 stars, but I had an experience with Mega just the other day that warrants 5 stars for the outstanding customer service I received! I called in a large order for cheesesteaks, most of them customized orders. The young lady that took my order was so pleasant and accommodating! I told her I really appreciated her taking all the orders, and she read all of them back to me perfectly, including the names of the people each sandwich was for! All the sandwiches were customized to perfection and absolutely delicious! I had the sandwiches picked up by my coworker and gave him extra cash to give to her specifically for her outstanding service. I was so impressed that I had to leave a stellar review for this young lady. Thanks so much for a job well done!
