My go to Med food locale in the tunnels. I literally pass 2 other Mediterranean food places to come here. There's a good variety of items to choose from. Service here is friendly and fast. Get there at the right time and you're in and out quick, wrong time and look to stand in line, though still not that long of a wait. Fill up for ~ $12 which is entree, 2 sides and nice size pita. Besides being good, fast, and friendly they clean up after you. Eat and leave, no need finding where to drop the tray and figure out which pieces are trash and which are not. Guess this helps them also from digging plates out the trash. If you're in the tunnels and craving Mediterranean I would recommend this place.

Tasty shawarma and kabobs. Delicious lunch options.MGH used to be located inside the tunnel by Beck's Prime, but moved a short walk away to the Schlotsky's restaurant area of the tunnel. For the most part, you can order shawarma or kabobs, sandwich or platter, beef or chicken.I like to order the sandwich. You don't get the two sides, but a side salad is included for a little over $7. On my last visit, I had a beef kifta kabob sandwich. The bread was fresh and the meat was tasty.

Wow, what can I say! I got the chicken kebab plate with rice and hummus, and it was incredible. I don't easily say this, seeing as how I love mediterranean food and Houston has some amazing options for this cuisine. This was so good, that if this place was in a stand-alone location in an upscale area of town (and had actual silverware instead of the plastic crap I had to eat with... it was difficult to cut the chicken!)-- I guarantee people would rave about it and they could be open all day and night long. Okay, maybe not all night, but you get the picture.Yes, everything tasted this good. Even the rice. Certainly some of the best hummus in town. If you love mediterranean food and have time on the weekdays for lunch-- eat here! As someone already mentioned, this is a hidden gem in the tunnels.

Yeah its cheap but man did it suck.I felt like going back and getting my money back after ordering a chicken shawarma wrap.Should of took a photo; I think this place may be decent if you get the plate. The wrap was wack, to soggy, they wrapped it with two pieces of aluminum foil that did not hold any of the food in. Really messy and just unappetizing. Go to Arabella or Dimassi's for Chicken Shawarma or Gyro's.

Good and fast spot in the downtown tunnels for Mediterranean food. The plates come with very healthy portions of food, and everything I've had is very good. While Niko Niko's May have them a bit on the food taste front, this place has much more reasonable prices and bigger portions. Great spot for some quick Greek food.

The first time here ordered Chicken Shawarma Plate. Flavors are excellent, but chicken was a bit dry. Will try something else next time. Staff was extremely friendly and knew the regulars by name.

The Mediterranean Grill House is a hidden gem in the tunnel. They serve a lot of food for a decent price. We visited the location right before the line got too crazy. We enjoyed the:- Chicken Shawarma Plate- Hummus- Gyro Salad- Gyro Plate

Gyro plate. Best tasting gyro I've had and love the spicy sauce. The rice was however not fresh and I recommend they change to regular Mediterranean rice instead of the pilaf at this time which is more likely to go bad since the tunnel isn't being used much. Great food overall though. The service was good as well.

Went there for lunch for the first time. Had the beef schwerma plate. The food was "okay." The tabouli and pickles were delicious, but the beef and rice pilaf were average. This place is near work, so I may go back if I need a hit of Mediterranean food again, which is likely. I'll also keep an eye-out for other Mediterranean food joints in the area.
