This is our new favorite place in RiNo! We stopped in for an early dinner and had yummy bubble tea cocktails and beers and the most delicious and fresh Pho. The service was attentive and staff was very friendly. Can't wait to come again.

Really impressed by this new ramen bar in Rino! We happened to be walking by and decided to pop in and we are so glad we did. We started with hand rolls - crab and tofu and both were delicious and unique. The sauces were so tasty! The mushroom miso dumplings were something we've never had before but are already craving. I can't even begin to express how delicious these were. The arugula was also such a nice touch. The ramen itself was really tasty, too! But I must say the appetizers/starters were the star of the show. The space was vibey and the staff was attentive and efficient. We're adding this to our rooster and we can't wait to go back to try other menu items!

I wanted to love this place but the food just fell short. The service however, was amazing and attentive. The ambience was really nice and was super trendy. I think the drinks are worth the visit as they are super unique and taste good too! I tried the pho and ramen and it was pretty standard and flavorful.I would not recommend the spicy tuna hand roll as the rice was hard and cold and the spicy tuna itself was not fresh tasting and had an overpowering unappealing flavor. If you want authentic boba I would pass but the tea on its own was good as well as their vietnamese coffee.

Food: Beef meatball Pho: Delicate and complex flavor, huge portions Short ribs: Perfect tart sticky sauce and crispy ribs. Edamame: This is the best edamame I have ever eaten. Rosemary and thyme harmonize into a perfect crispy topping with umami flavor. The portions are huge and are worth the price. Service: The service was great. The waitress was very patient and knowledgeable. Furthermore, she talked to my young nieces. Ambiance: The decor is hip and unique, with a tv playing anime/manga in the background. Overall, the food is phenomenal. Additionally, the portions are huge and the prices are worth it. This is a must stop in Denver.

BIG FAN. This is a family owned chain of sorts with a new location in the neighborhood of RiNo in Denver. In addition to being very cute with neon signs, approachable advertising and imagery and wooden elements, the service is very prompt and the food is delicious. We tried lots of things including bao buns, the boozy boba teas, edamame, chili oil dumplings and noodles! The boa buns are a bit like street tacos in the sense that they charge per the bun vs an order of buns. I got the general tso's shrimp as my entree and it was incredibly tasty with short grain rice that was chonky and well sauced. Really looking forward to coming back.

They hail from the East Coast and just opened in RiNo next to Corsica and in the former Stem Cider location. This is actually a much welcomed addition to the Asian food scene in the area without being Hop Alley prices. You can actually come here multiple times a week - especially during their M/F 3-6pm HH with 50% their munchies (lots of good apps) and sake. The music is slightly loud if you are bringing your kids but you can entertain them with Naruto playing in the background. The Pros:1) Bar Seating, lots of room for groups and I hope they will have outdoor seating soon? 2) Very good service bc I always had water 3) The Red Oil Dumpling with pork and shrimp was my favorite. The huge amounts of herbs and spices were great. 4) Mushroom Miso Dumplings are a must for all the carnivores please 5) Bao Buns were good and I got the Soft Shell Crab but maybe the batter was slightly heavy. They should be on HH too!6) Kale Salad was a Kale Salad but helped cut the saltiness of some of the food and the sauces7) Lots of mocktails and cocktails and sake offerings. The drink menu is larger than the food menu. The Cons:1) OMG. They have the off-brand fake sriracha sauce. You know what I'm talking about when the original OG rooster sauce with the green cap was like MIA bc they had a supply chain issue. It's no longer an issue and they use the off-brand stuff here. I saw it on the shelves bc they put their sauces in smaller bottles but that is foul. How you have Pho without the OG sauce? So skip that - ask for the hot chilli oil. 2) Hard Hard Past on the Tuna Handroll. It was totally not really fresh and mushy and the rice was hard. It is not the Source Hotel handroll Temaki joint. 3) So - I actually liked the ramen broth, but the noodles weren't the ramen springy noodles. So Osaka is still better here. They were like the thin Loi Mein noodles. I knew they are still working out their service and being that this is walkable for me.. I will def be back for HH to try their wings and Pho offerings with brisket and Marrow. Don't expect federal Blvd Asian authentic food and vibes but I always welcome this Asian fusion date night spot to RiNo. Actually - I hope they do well and I'll be back.

Ohhh love a new food spot in Rino! Their menu has a little bit of everything from sushi to ramen to bubble tea, I love the variety. I got the beef noodle bowl, it's a lot of food! So delicious, it was a tiny bit salty for me but still very good! My friend got one of the ramen bowls and loved it. The interior is fun with all the wood and I can't wait to come back!

The interior of this place is really nice! It's comfortable and bright. They had some anime going on in the background, so that was very cool. Ample seating, and the service workers were quite nice! Onto the food, the red oil dumplings were delicious! Very very delicious! So highly recommend. The Pho is pretty good, but I don't care for any of their sauce options (outside of the typical Sriracha choice). The boba spiked drinks... they aren't very good. I think the drink by itself could be great if they were to use fruit jellies rather than tapioca pearls with the fruitier drinks. Also, the tapioca pearls had 0 flavor, so it's not worth it. Overall pretty cool place and I could see myself coming back here!

The vibe of the restaurant is very trendy! It is somewhat Japanese video game themed which I appreciate being pretty unique. The service was very attentive and friendly. All the food was quite good but also quite pricey. The spare ribs were so good! They were my favorite thing we had. Overall, it is a nice spot for variety of solid Asian cuisine.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try Mecha Noodle Bar pre-opening during a friends and family type experience, and while that makes this review undoubtedly biased, you should still trust me when I say it's definitely worth checking out. Mecha's menu could be described as a modern fusion blend of eastern Asian cuisines; these aren't authentic mom and pop type dishes, and (for the most part) they're not trying to be. There are a lot of creative spins on classic flavors with the introduction of new elements. The cocktail menu was particularly inspired. We ordered a whole variety of food items, but focused primarily on the snacks and bites that made for easy sharing (read: no pho or ramen). We had the spareribs, KFC bao, soft shell crab bao, tuna and eel hand rolls, kale salad, mushroom dumplings, spring rolls, beef noodle bowl, and general tso shrimp. I most enjoyed the soft shell crab bao, mushroom dumplings (yum!) and spring rolls (which given how I feel about white pepper is a true testament to their tastiness). We liked the kale salad with crispy tempura kale bits a lot (note there were some raisins in it, if they're not your jam.) The spare rib sauce was a winner with the table, but a piece or two were a little tough. The hand rolls were tasty, but note they're not done in the typical style (more of a taco fold than a roll). The general tso shrimp were coconut batter and generously portioned. The "beef noodle" (aka Vietnamese Bun Bo Xao), contained really tender pieces of beef and was plentiful. I liked that Mecha had so many cocktail and beverage choices including low and no ABV options. I think the Smoke Show was probably the table favorite of what we sampled. (I probably wouldn't revisit the Island in the Sun, but that's entirely my fault for believing I'm a fan of pandan when all evidence points to the contrary.) The lotus flower bomb reminded me of a mulled wine sort of sangria given the warming flavors of five spice. The vibe inside is hip and fun. The servers we interacted with were friendly and upbeat. As with any new restaurant, it takes some time to get up to speed and in stride. But I'm looking forward to checking Mecha out again soon!
