The best meat in town! Always fresh, great marbling, and ooooh the flavor. The guys are super helpful and great to get to know. They also have Salmon which is fresh and not farmed. I've gone to HEB, Costco, Randals and all their meat is bland.

Awesome butcher shop. I'm so happy I found this place. Bone marrow is so hard to find, but they have it here! And great quality. I love that they can cut it anyway you desire and the pieces had quite a bit of marrow on them. I'll definitely be back to try more!

Meat Masters has the best selection of beef anywhere, & it was a pleasure shopping there Bought tenderloin, alligator & some buffalo

This is the place for fine cuts of meat that your local grocery stores may not have. My ribeye steaks were cut to my preferences instead of predetermined sizes sitting in a display case. The pork chops were as incredible as my steaks. The meat market sits in a small shopping plaza which could make it easy to miss. Meat Masters is a very clean small to moderate size shop with adequate staff. They are friendly and patient with first time customers with many questions. I'm already planning my next visit.

I went here looking for veal scaloppini, which they do not have unless you special order it. They did however carry Biltong. I took a lb home and spiced it myself to make peri peri biltong. Not a bad rendition of this South African food. Good selection of frozen meats.

I called ahead asking if they sold bones to make broth and they said they did. When I arrived in the afternoon, the man I spoke with on the phone remembered me and helped me get everything. He grabbed the bones, gave recommendations on how much to get, weighed and bagged them, and even cut them down smaller for me! All I had to do was tap my card and say thank you. Both men working were very kind and patient. The price was great. The customer service was awesome. The place smells so good when you walk in too. I will definitely be back!!

The quality hits just keep on coming at Meat Masters. This is THE shop to shop for meat in Katy.As for the Neggie McNegface review by the Mont Belview dude? The VAST majority of his reviews are 1 or 2 stars. You don't judge a meat shop by the website if you have half a brain. Stop in. Say hi. Talk to the guys and try the product. You'll be glad you did.
