Mean Burger

Drove in from The Woodlands as a suggestion from my god daughter who Googled "5star burger" and I can say...I agree.You can taste the authenticity in the meat! Definitely NOT frozen or prepackaged! The fries are substantial & and nice complement to the flavorful burger! I normally remove the bun to reduce carb intake..but I decided this one deserved the full experience! Again...I was not disappointed! No fault of the establishment but they cannot give "knives" outside of the plastic ones offered! Thankfully they served their purpose! cut easily and made this beauty easier to manage! To finish it off we did the shakes as our drink! Mmmmmmm! I typically avoid milk products...well....lets just say it's not pretty after I do! This shake was worth the battle my stomach has with milk! Overall...yes...yes I enjoyed this outing and the cost was definitely manageable & not extravagant! I'd go back! The service was great..prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Absolutely the best turkey burger I've ever had...the taste was amazing...plenty of flavor...I got the Mean Shroom Burger with a side of Garlic Cajun Fries and onion rings...everything was absolutely delicious...the service was really good and fast...the inside was clean and roomy...I can't believe I've never eaten here before...but I'll guarantee you...this will not be the last time...my next burger will be the Mean Jalapeno Cream Cheese Burger

Why 5 stars? Because it perfectly hit the burger spot I needed. --- --- ---I was scouting indoor playgrounds in the region that I hadn't taken my son to yet and found one in Deerbrook Mall. The next thing I did was figure out where to eat in the area and Mean Burger was located practically next door (give a few hundred or thousand feet).I was really excited about the menu because pretty much all of the burgers and fries looked great. I opted for the Mean BBQ Burger, but held the mustard. I typically gravitate to BBQ burgers, but this one was a little different. Rather than just having BBQ sauce, it had what was described as almost a BBQ pico-like sauce with chopped beef mixed in. It was delicious. Messy, but delicious. The fries were also great. There are a ton to choose from and I opted for the Mean Garlic Cajun Fries. These were ideal because I love the flavor of garlic, but hate when things are caked so heavily in garlic that you taste it all day. This was right in that happy medium.After the meal, while waiting for my extremely slow eating son to finish, I was looking up coffee spots nearby, but then I happened to see a little sign at the register that said they sold coffee here! Amazing. I sipped on that while the kiddo ate his grilled cheese.I also probably interacted with 4-5 different staff members here and all of them were so nice and helpful. I'm sure that's a huge reason that the ratings are so great here, but it certainly doesn't hurt that the food is awesome too!

Recently I had lunch at Mean Burger while in the Humble area. I ordered at the counter the Mean Burger w/o onion for $7.19 and added the garlic cajun fries for $4.25 and a soft drink for $2.69. With tax the bill was $15.30. They don't offer combo's here.The food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The burger was served on a delicious sourdough bun with about a 1/2 lb. thick hand formed Angus beef patty. It was a hefty and solid burger that was tasty and enjoyed. It was very good and at a fair price. I didn't enjoy the fries as much due to the garlic flavor. That's my fault as they were delivered as advertised. No points deducted for this. Next time I would order the Cajun fries or maybe just go with plain fries.Parking is in a busy strip center.

This place is BOMB!!!! We are hear visiting from Maryland and saw this place. Decided it looked good and stopped in. The food selection is great and the service was very formative. It was clean and desirable. The food though..... this is probably one of the best burgers I have had in quite a few years. The fries were just as good. Highly recommended this location. Go get a burger and thank me later!!!!

We ended up in Houston overnight because of flight delays. This place showed 5 stars, and it deserves the rating. Their menu is huge, so we had a hard time choosing a burger. After we did, they made it to us very quickly, and they were awesome. A ranch BLT burger and a jalapeño burger with the appropriate sides. All fresh and piping hot. Add on a vanilla milk shake, and you've got a solid meal. The dining room is bright and clean. It's not fancy, but you don't need fancy for tasty burgers like this. The two owners spent time talking to us and made us feel welcome. If you've got a long stopover at IAH, it's not a long Uber ride over here.

The food was good. We took it to go. It was our first time and the lady at the counter was very helpful!

This is a nice little family run burger spot featuring a large selection of combinations or build what you like. Dine in or take out. Nice thick fresh quality beef and buns. The Chile Relleno Burger is amazing, grab a lot of napkns! Counter service, prompt and friendly. Well worth a visit. The Cajun Garlic fries were excellent too.

Had an hour to kill before friends flight arrived so stopped by since it is down the street from Bush airport. The service was great, cashier was super helpful and answered general questions I had. Always checking up on me to make sure I didn't need anything. The food was great, I got the Beyond Beef due to dietary restrictions and it was still amazing so I can only imagine what the regular one is like. Will definitely stop by if have time before/after flight.

I ordered online for pickup. I had an errand to run before picking up. My food was ready as promised. The burger was a smashed burger with a spicy sauce. It was like an old fashioned burger from back in the day. The bun was toasted in the middle and the toppings were plentiful. I had to cut it in half and couldn't finish it. I asked for medium well, it was cooked longer but it was fine. I could have used more spicy sauce on the burger too. The garlic fries were very good and flavorful. I enjoyed my meal and will go back. The packaging was nice and the guy at the counter was very pleasant.
