McDonald's

I have a Gluten and Dairy allergy so I order the Double Quarter Pounder no cheese and no bun. It's always hot, it's always tasty, and I have no problems because the cooks know what they're doing. I also primarily make my stops at night so it's impressive that they're always so quick and straight up fresh. Nothing better than hot food and a crispy sprite!

The ice-cream machine is always broke and the service is horrible. No hi, no thank you, the bags are handed to you and the window is shut..that's it. I return for the chicken nuggets for my son but the service is the same all the time. A little smile doesn't hurt, they should try it.

This guy was great such a nice man was so respectful and great wow amazing service and the food was great

The service was absolutely awful. I pulled up to the drive thru and had to wait for nearly 5 minutes before somebody even said anything. I only frequent this location because Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays. Absolutely terrible experience and mediocre food.

While trying to place order in drive thru employee was laughing and talking with another employee and couldn't even hear me so had to repeat my order multiple times. Then employee at first window was on FaceTime with someone. I remember when this McDonalds was actually really good. But no so much anymore. Not sure what's being trained here now, but I would recommend making a few changes. Thanks for reading.

The employees are constantly forgetting things and have horrible customer service. The food is usually mediocre at best. I honestly think the only reason this McDonald's has business is because it's the only one in this area.

I'd give zero stars if it were an option. I'm not sure why this place is even remaining open. I understand the difficulties with staffing right now, but this place has been poorly ran for many years. I can't even get someone on the phone without calling several times. I pull into the drive though to order and in the last year I've had to either call them to take my order in the drive though or just leave and go to another McDonald's location. It's gotten to the point where we drove across town now to go to McDonald's and don't even use the local one to our house because sadly it's this one.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE:Guy at window looks ever as least thrilled to be there, hands us drinks with like 4 ice cubes in it and scoffs when we ask for moreWe get our food from the same lifeless punk that took our order just to get MOLDY bread on our burgers. Call in and get free ones right? WRONG! They literally sat there like deer in headlights and hung up on me. Disgusting place full of disgusting people. You get what you pay for!

I would give less stars if I could. I got two meals with milkshakes at this location because it's right by my house. I went to go to add some root beer to the shake I had just purchased over by their refill station only to be confronted by the "manager" who condescendingly asked me if I had paid for the soda. I simply replied with "no" but explained to her that I was just partially refilling the $3 beverage I had just bought with my meal. (With McDonald's free refill policy in mind, I saw no issue with doing this as I have been doing so for many years at plenty McDonald's locations without complications.) She then had the nerve to call me "broke-ass", well aware of the fact that I had just spent well over $20 at the counter. She proceeded with threats to call the police and have me trespassed over me "stealing fountain drinks". This juvenile manager appeared to be just over 20 but had the attitude of a 15 year old. Never have I encountered such disrespect and hostility from any McDonald's MANAGER in my experience. Completely unprofessional. This location also completely ignored my request of NOT to put mayo on my sandwich due to my egg allergy that I was very specific about. If I hadn't noticed their mistake, I would've likely broke out in hives or had an asthma attack. I now drive 5 miles out of my way every time I want McDonald's because I refuse to give my hard earned money to such undeserving, pompous pricks.

I come to this location a lot and for the most part they are super friendly and fast. The food always taste fresh, but I will warm if you get a breakfast meal always check that they put the hash browns in the bag, they are supper bad about that
