McDonald's

I've been to this McDonald's 4 times now and every time they manage to get my order COMPLETELY wrong. Like not even just one thing wrong. They get it so wrong that I correct them on like 2 things and they fix it and then I don't even notice the rest of the mistakes until I drive away. Like EVERY part of the order is ALWAYS wrong. It's like they do it on purpose idk how it happens. And my orders are not complicated, literally the only thing I ever get is a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal with a water. It's so simple. Why u so confused????Also, idk why it took me so long to learn to stop coming to this location. I hope this review helps u learn not to come here faster than I did.

Restaurant was mostly clean. Ordering w mobile app was processed fairly quickly. Did not get cups for drinks. Had to ask for them. Was quizzed didn't I already get them when I ordered. Um...you just called mobile order #, therefore you know that This is my first visit to the counter...clue, mobile order.Then tried the buttermilk chicken sandwich and added cheese. They forgot the cheese. The sandwich was so old n hard n cold, it must have been cooked for several hours. Very disappointing. Nothing like Chic filet.

First of all the drive thru and parking is the absolute worst! McDonald's sells itself so it's beside me why they would put it in this location. Only one lane so takes forever to get through the line. So far haven't had any issues with my orders. I never been inside so can't really rate it. I hope they consider moving locations there's so much space here in Rosenberg. Come on people!

Use to be 24hrs drive though but not any anymore. They could make a goal mind if their drive through was 24 hrs since is right off of 69.

This 5 Star review is for your Manager Shey, Chey. Not sure how to spell her name correctly because I called in. BUT anyways my order was wrong and found out when I got home, we all hate when that happens. So I called in to find out who the young man was that took my order etc. She answered the phone and I explained what happened, she was very professional and was gonna go out of her way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer! Love this! This is customer service! YALL GIVE HER A RAISE OR HAVE HER TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Or else I'm gonna steal her for my sales team!! THANK YOU AGAIN! I'll be sure to say hi next time in and see if you've been recognized by the company for doing a GREAT job!

I ordered a sweet tea online on the app and when it came it was unsweetened and when i called them they were extremely rude and did not want to take responsibility and said it was my fault? what?

Went to this McDonald's today and ordered a Big Mac and they gave it to me plain...never once did the words plain come out of my mouth...so disappointed

I had a HAIR! In my food ...I know it's not mine because I just recently cut my hair and I had it up in a hair mask wrapped with a towel ...as I opened the bag I found this long blonde hair and I was disgusted DO THEY NOT WEAR HAIR NETS? This is absolutely ridiculous.

Came at 940pm on sat 5/6/22.. door says dinner open till 12p.. like 5-6 employees sitting eating.. doors locked.. they just look at you and hear laughter .. sad sad sad.. question is where was the Mgr?
