McDonald's

I'm a regular drive through customer at this location. Food here has been consistently good, unlike some other McD locations. Fries has always been crispy and fried to the right point. I've seen may burnt or undercooked fries in other locations. Their sandwiches are fresh not soggy. Moreover, their food are not greasy, thats what I like the most. As for the service, I've had encountered several situations where they couldn't provide the best of the customer service. From what I understand, they may have new staff members who are not well trained. If the customer doesn't follow their process from end to end, then they usually aren't able to go ahead and resolve the issue. For instance, I installed the McD app on my phone and saw that I got some rewards. I did their drive through and showed them the reward that I wanted to use. However, they couldn't as I've to place the order through the app to claim the reward. Not a big deal however Unlike good customer service, they weren't able to take care of such a small matter. After that incident, I've been ordering through their app, following their process end to end, and so there has been no problem with that since then.I keep returning because their food quality is good. And if I follow their process, I really don't have much to do with how their service is.

This location is the absolute worst!!! Terrible customer service!! Placed a mobile order for breakfast for 4 people 02/13/2021 at 10:55am. The local McDonald's cancelled all items except for one muffin and would not honor the order stating it was 11:03am after breakfast! At 11:05 am they emailed me a receipt with only 1 muffin. If order is placed and finalized prior to breakfast, the full order should be ready for pick up! Woman at the location was yelling at my husband that "it's after breakfast!" This ignorant woman had absolutely no customer service! Instead if diffusing an upset customer she chose to yell and take it to another level. Which my husband never yells and was not going to argue further. He left the location and picked up donuts instead. McDonalds I'd think twice before employing ignorant people such as these in your location. You should want keep your customers! Especially the ones that enjoy picking up McDonalds on a Saturday morning for their kids as a treat. Always fast, always friendly and Hot food. Fast to correct any errors.They do a great job at this location

Ordered the spicy chicken .. bread was old, chicken Patty was over cooked French fries were cold ...

So. This evening I came after work and used their drive thru. They didn't return my credit card, but I didn't notice until after they closed. No biggie, I'll get it back in the morning, right? Totally wrong. The cashier stole my credit card and charged 170 dollars at some 24 hr restaurant not even an hour later. Absolutely disrespectful. No regard for another person and their finances. Be careful coming here.

Although McDeath has stepped up their adult meals game. Their kids meals quadrupled in price and the quality is what it is. There must be some sweet licensing deals for these toys kids seem to enjoy. What I find more annoying the shrinkflation is just the bad attitude of the staff. Slow, demotivated, and don't even add the basics like ketchup. I'd give it a 3 but the service end-to-end was just so bad. And it was sloppily made even when they clearly don't rush for anything else.

I have been here multiple times, and the service is never good. The workers are rude and disrespectful and have no respect. All they have are attitudes. The food is all good though.

Worst service imaginable, probably because it's the late night shift and they just dont care about customer service but they declined to take any more orders even though I placed one online. After I told them it was a pickup order they claimed their computer just went down.

Not to be trusted, they didn't put the top on my frappe and it spilled over my car and me they took there time giving me anything to wipe it up and sure were cheap on the napkins not enough to do anything and a dirty wet rag the manager possibly the owner said for me to give him my number and he would get back to me on help getting it cleaned up but never a call maybe he just forgot or didn't care about a customer. There are other McDonald's close by probably a wise choice to stay clear of this one

I have been to this location multiple times because it's the closest location to me, but after having several issues with my orders, I think I'll just drive the extra mile to the other locations, multiple items have been forgotten from my orders before, and today like other times before, I ordered all my burguers with no pickles and they all came with pickles!!!
