McDonald's

The overnight crew is very lazy, they constantly say their system is down even when you pay for the food through the app. Takes payment out of my bank account but because their system is down they cannot make the food? How much sense does that make. I do Uber eats every now and then and when I have to pick up from this location past midnight they hit you with system is down. Then the system is down for hours. (Between midnight and 5am you make more money doing Uber and throughout midnight I get orders from this McDonalds and same thing, SyStEm Is DoWn. Why work there if you don't want to work

7:42 in the morning and already everyone has an attitude including the manager all hispanics no type of customer service once i asked for the manager she comes to the drive through window and says "Que ??" With her eyes wide open first of all yes im hispanic but don't talk to me by saying "Que?" Like if im your daughter or family nothing professional about that And when i was clearly speaking to you in English 2nd that they got my order wrong and was trying to rush me when i was trying to order through drive through when there wasn't even a line to begin with.

If I could rate this a negative 10 I would. I ordered a Big Mac and it came with no hamburger patty. Do not go to this location.

The employees Dearing the late hours are amazing at this location. They can speed through a 15 car line in under 20 minutes. They are also very nice professional and courteous. They are also very informative thoughtful and patient. The crew at 11:40 PM Tuesday June the 15th are absolute badasses. Thank you guys I sure appreciate it and look forward to seeing you next time

Either close this place and put a Chicfila in its place or completely change the management. We should not wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before we can order our food. This happens each time I visit. I would stop coming but my son likes the happy meals sometimes. It's 2020. Do better!

Wednesday March 8, this location held an event for McFee Elementary and did an amazing job. You guys it was hectic with lots and lots of people showing up but the staff and on duty manager were very professional and kept up with the crowd. No orders were missing or incomplete and for as packed and loud as it got they executed the event with great attitude. The food was hot (Nuggets and fries) and did not taste like old oil. The service was decently fast considering the enormous crowd that showed up.Thank you for supporting our local school!

I have been to this exact McDonald's hundreds of times, and over that period of time, I have lost over 300 dollars of items. Just recently, I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and guess what, they forgot the patty. When I called to complain, they hung up! It's always a problem at this McDonald's every time you place a big order they always mess something up in the order and then when you ask to speak to the manager he rude asf and don't never wanna fix the wrong of their mistakes they made you spend money for nothing here. I also asked for hot food and they gave me the exact same thing

if i could give this a zero star i would, me and my sister always come late to this mcdonalds usually it's trashy and they don't even give us ranch dressing when we ask for it but what they did today was unacceptable they gave me two hot n spicy s and i asked for extra mayo and they gave me cheese, i am allergic to cheese. this is unacceptable and the man taking my order did it on purpose i know it
