McDonald's

I've been to McDonald's in 3rd ward and received better service. Knowing the owners, they need a new staff. They have been there too long and ruin the customer service aspect, yes it's fast food.. but it shows this franchise only cares to be a "McDonald's" that just makes money and "knows" it will have business regardless. Get a new staff asap. There are so many fast food places where people actually treat their shifts like it's a job they work at and not just one you helped with a felony case serving me cold fries. Everyone is so comfortable at this location it's almost a dread to have to go here seeing the same people it's almost like they all slack and have managers that don't care to back them up. Get new staff this is a 2 star McDonald's in a great area and that's only this franchise owners fault. They care about money and making the lobby look pretty that's all. When I'm REALITY nobody cares for a pretty lobby, it's FAST FOOD we want good fast service that is all. Do better, you're the reason McDonald's gets it's bad name.

This place is a disgrace, yes its fast food but that doesn't mean it has to be crap. I recently moved to the area and I enjoy a stake every now and again to go with my cheeseburger. However you can. Ever get a shake here. It's been broken for 2 months. Now I am being told they no longer sell shakes. This is a McDonald's staple. You are ruining the brand by not offering the selection it was founded on. I can only assume this is a franchise. I won't waste my money again

I like this location because they always give sauces and the food seems fresher than most. They're slow but it is what it is. I appreciate that they always have gloves on and the interior is very well kept. Good spot to grab some nuggies.

Qualities to describe this location: slow service, incorrect orders (4 out of 5 happy meals missing something - apples, sauce, toy), food is quality, service is inconsistent. Going to take a break from this location.

Whoever is on the drive thru to take orders tonight should not work in a customer-facing role. Total misery guts and very rude.

Shock to see all the low reviews. This is my favorite mcdonalds in the area. The service could be a little better but it is fine and the food is always very hot and fresh and delicious. The sandwiches are perfect and they don't use too much sauce like other locations in the area.

Environment : 4/5 , This location is clean and seems well maintained.Food: 1/5 , This is one of the slowest McDonald's in houston. Make sure on the wait time , because if they say two minutes it might mean twenty minutes. Also been here several times and this location is notorious for forgetting Some food item in your bag . Also make sure you have All your sauces in the bag.

I ordered a Deluxe Spicy McChicken, the chicken piece looked like slightly bigger than a disfigured chicken nugget, when I complained they got me another one with no lettuce, tomatoes or the sauce, I got a chicken with bun and two pickles as if they were doing me a favor.

Listen, I get it, a five-star review for McDonalds, but this one really earned it. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was prompt and friendly. Clearly a restaurant lead by people who take pride in their place of work. It has renewed my faith in one of America's iconic brands.

Stood at counter for over 10 minutes. Two mexicants running the place. Maybe they didn't want to take my order because I'm white. Asked if I could order he says yeah just a minute. Only to never take my order. Just kept taking care of the drive thru. Won't be back to this location. Maybe we should start shooting the illegals. That's the only way they won't come
