Congratulations on the worst Big Mac I've had in 35 years. Our order was wrong and we got charged for items we didn't get including items not made correctly. Employee bringing food to car couldn't even walk right and fell in my car. Drive through line was also a 30 min wait. You guys have done great reviews here, keep up the amazing work clowns

This is disgusting! How do you serve this?? 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. I noticed floaters and strained the coffee. So disappointed that the manager did not bother to return my call. Someone needs to have a serious conversation with their staff. Retrain, retrain and for God's sakes - if you mess up say something. I would have waited for a fresh pot of coffee!

Since it's close by, I visit this McDonald's every day, but never in my life have I ever experienced someone bit into one of our patties? Why you would even serve this to us? Eat the entire meat if you're hungry, it's awful to have to put on someone else's burger. I'm not sure if the staff members are constantly fasting or hungry, but do not serve this to the customers. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place, they constantly misplace my orders and are disorganized, but this time I was unable to tolerate it. Very disappointed, my dad worked all day and was hungry, unable to enjoy his meals due this matter.

I ordered a hot and spicy with a large fry and sprite and I didn't get my fry's I just got the sandwich and the drink.I would like my refund

Absolutely the worst fast food location ever. Few people speak English, they can't count, serve expired food, they upcharge you without your knowledge, and then claim they can't refund you.I have repeatedly been charged upcharges that I did not ask for. The last time I was there, I asked the cashier what a 30 cent drink upcharge was and she said there wasn't one, I must just have seen the tax. I got my receipt and, sure enough, there's a 30 cent upcharge for the drink. So today, I ordered some breakfast and, like last time, I saw an upcharge. So I told the cashier that I was coming inside to speak to a manager about the repeat issue. I was charged $5.99 for a combo that is $5.69 on the menu and then I got charged 30 cents for "medium drink upcharge" on 3 combos, for a total of 90 cents in upcharges. I had to go back and forth with several employees that couldn't speak English until I got a manager trainee that could. He fixed the price of my meal to $5.69 but explained that the new policy for breakfast was that you only get a coffee with the combo and that fountain drinks are now a 30 cent upcharge. I said, fountain drinks are the standard drink for combos and no one said that the policy was changed or that I would be charged extra. He pointed to some fine print at the very top edge of the menu that explained the new policy. I said, ok well I don't want the drinks, I just get them because they come with the meal, so if I'm going to get charged for them then I want a refund and I'll take the included coffee instead. Then he tells me that they can't refund only 60 cents so he offers to give me 2 apple pies instead. I reluctantly agreed because I didn't really want the pies but I didn't want to deal with the issue anymore. So I get home to feed my family and 1 of my pancake platters has 2 pancakes instead of 3, which causes my sons to fight that one got more than the other. And then I pull the pies out of the bag and they are expired! So these were 2 pies that they were supposed to have thrown out already and he gave them to me, instead, as a way of fixing the fact that he "couldn't" refund me the money that they overcharged me. I couldn't believe it. These people are the absolute worst!

Horrible drive through service and traffic flow!!! Expect to waste 20-25 min on your lunch break just to get your food. I won't be back to this location; not such 'fast food' if you ask me. There's way too many McDonalds to deal with all that for a burger lol

I went to the Morton ranch location and I ordered $40.00 worth of food and they sent me to the drive threw parking spot for only a coffee and when I got home I opened the nuggets I was going to give my little sister which she is only 6 years old and when I opened it they were all bitten into.

let's update our hours before i waste 30 minutes worth of gas waiting in line me and 10 other cars in line were very upset when we found out no one was inside (all the lights inside were still on) after spending so much time there. would give a zero if i could

i left in such a good mood, there was a worker talking to me and actually conversating with me and even after i got my food i continued talking. it was great customer service! i was greeted and as i departed i was acknowledged as well. the food was very good i loved it! whoever was working at 12:30 was amazing!!

Terrible customer service. Employees don't pay attention to customers and just walk away. Lazy.
