We came here at 10:52 and was waiting in the drive-through line but once we pulled up to order the system told us they were closed cuz it was already 11 pm. But their employee Laura was so great that she helped to order. That is a great gift and kindness we received during this festival season since we were so dried after the workout. Thank you so much Laura

If you would like to receive bad service look no further! Do yourself a favor and come here! The lady who appears to be a manager, is one of the loudest people you will ever meet. Perhaps even globally. She's a scream talker. That's probably why she doesn't wear a name tag. It literally must have disintegrated from sound waves emanating from her face. Imagine, it's through a mask! Truly remarkable. I don't expect much when I come to McDonald's but politeness is something that is free. Just make the food and be polite. It's pretty easy. If you own this place, you may consider mystery shopping it and pay more for better staff. Good luck.

Tried the new "Stroopwafel McFlurry from the Netherlands" from this location. Very disappointed. The dessert was nothing like the advertised photo in the chains National advertising or the drive-through kiosk. The photo attached to this review is tilted sideways. Nothing mixed in. No layers of crunchy cookie bits or caramel below the first quarter inch of the dessert. Basically, it was constructed like the usual $.99 sundae, added more ice cream, topped it with caramel sauce, added a few bits of crunchy cookie on top and charged $3.19.

Egg shells in mc. Muffin egg sandwiches. This is the third time this happens, the management need lots improvement

Had me pull to reserved spot for a cheeseburger! Like come on. That is absolutely ridiculous. Not during rush hour or anything.

This is probably the best location in the area. They never once have messed up my order, everything is always hot and fresh, and they're never out of anything.The only reason I can't give this location five stars is because there is definitely a language barrier with their staff from time to time. I circumvent that by just placing my orders online, though. I also wish there was a McDonald's nearer than Mason that was open 24-hours. Sometimes I just need an iced coffee in the wee hours of the night, you know?

It is really good. The people there were pretty cool. My one problem was the food was too good. I ordered a quadruple cheeseburger, a large soda, and they started playing "all star". I don't like this song and they thought it was a song for eating. it's a song for when I break into cars and steal their broken window pieces. Overall this restaurant was great!!

There's always something missing. ALWAYS! This is the closest location to me other than inside Walmart. I'd rather go to the Walmart location because this one ALWAYS FORGETS SOMETHJNG!

Went to McDonald today about the food received yesterday. Basically the answer was that would remake meal. Will never eat at this McDonald again.

Slowest drive thru in existence, no matter what time of the day you go , get ready to spend 20 minutes waiting in spot 1 for them to bring out your simple order
