The employees at this location always doing amazing job. They deserve raises at the very least. I sure appreciate the professional and courteous service. I look forward to picking up another order next time.

The orders are always made wrong. I have had to return my food and drink repeatedly because I ask for no pickle or onion. I don't care for onions and am ALLERGIC TO PICKLES. Every time they leave one or both of these things in my sandwich. I also have problems when I order an UNSWEET iced tea and get sweet. I am a type one diabetic and that mistake could kill someone like me. This place needs a change of management if they can keep standards on par with other franchises!This place should be avoided!

I like listening to the workers talk smack about the people in drive through in Spanish,it's kinda interesting.the food is good but the drama is good,they had a family reunion in the lobby,it's nice inside the restaurant too.

I waited for about 5 min for them to bring out the food. Then when I got it and opened up the sandwich there was red blood all over it. I am so disgusted!!!! unbelievable.....You have to do wayyyy better than this!

They forgot a breakfast sandwich and I called to inquire about a refund and was told I still had to show up in person to receive a refund. Since I did not live close by, I asked the manager if she could make it worth the extra trip back and she said yes. upon arrival, I was told she could not offer me anything other than the sandwich because breakfast was over (15 mins over) and any additional breakfast items provided would be cold. After some back and forth I asked for my refund instead, to which she refused to provide without a receipt, even though it was a mobile order and I showed her the order in my app. The failure to resolve the issue, along with the unprofessional and argumentative nature of the management staff, is why they get this rating.

Stopped by around 4:20am for some breakfast before work and all the employees were hiding and refusing to work.

They continuously keep getting my order wrong and over charging me! I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, when I had gotten home and taken out my sandwich it was a regular chicken sandwich with no deluxe but I was charged a deluxe price! THAT'S NOT OK!

I usually never have issues at this location, but tonight was an exception. They had not completed my order so they told me to move up to the pick up part of the line. I was just waiting on a McFlurry. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes to the point where I had to go inside to pick up the rest of my order myself, but the McFlurry was just a cup of vanilla ice cream with the smallest bit of toppings. Not worth it.

I came thru the drive thru at 10:44 pm and they don't close till 11 so there was about 15 to 20 min for them to make a order but they said they where closed... McDonald's needs to make sure they have better employees..

I write this as I'm standing here in the restaurant, I'm in line I was behind a guy who was at the register he made his order and walked out the lady at the register looked me dead in my eyes and walked away .... Legit dead in my eyes and walked away I just wanted to order a coffee while I waited for the Uber eats order I'm picking up .... We'll now I'm standing here watching and not a single person has acknowledged me in any way at all . They are actually walking right past me and acting like I'm not even here . Running around like chickens with there heads cut off and it's not even busy ... WOW THIS PLACE IS A JOKE
