I placed my order went to the window paid pulled forward got my drinks they had me pull forward and wait in spot number 3 and then they brought me the whole wrong ass order not was what I ordered I got home and was kissed. If I could give a rating less then 1 I would. They always fuck up when they ask you to pull forward

Well I am just overjoyed at the service I received from this location at midnight. I placed an order on DoorDash and I had specific instruction and everything was followed correctly Chicken nuggets two sauces and they were included and not hard. They were fresh and hot French fries no salt and they were not old but fresh Ice tea and ice cream was in a holder sealed in the bag. You talks about safe and sanitary to the best degree Cookies were freshly baked and hot Then the icing on the cake was mints to freshen my breath after eating. I was very impressed with this Location. I don't know who the team or manager is but WELL DONE WITH YOUR STAFF. It speaks volumes when you can treat a customer at midnight with fresh food like it is daytime. GREAT JOB AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could I'd give it 0 stars, what's the point of taking my order and making me wait 30+ mins and then coming to the window and it was a completely wrong order. I almost drove off multiple times but I was hungry. But it's a hella Knaw to come back to this McDonald's. I think the workers were doing crack.

I'm currently in my last week of pregnancy but I eat ice as a craving and I noticed that this piece in my cup looked funny so I fished it out and i don't know if that's slime or what type of funk is in there but I am truly disgusted and worried if I ate any pieces with this crap in it! WTF! If I get sick I'm going to lose my shit this is unacceptable and disgusting.

This is a consistently shitty McDonald's. I gave 2 stars for the occasional times I've gotten a decent quick breakfast and the rare occasion my fries were hot & fresh and not sitting under the light forever.Today we got what appeared to be a drink holder pulled out of the trash.There's a man who claims to be the Manger, who has been there for several years, he's the older Hispanic man in his 80's who always wears a suit. He is the single most unprofessional rude individual I've ever met in a customer service role. He was not there today, however I hope for a day when there is new management and higher standards, seeing as how this particular MD's is closest to home.

If you think this corporation is kind of stupid, then it's McDumbalds.We're happy with their new dollar menu, which offers some good dollar items, and a fries+burger combo for $3 which is right up our alley. They still have the best fries, though their burgers taste more average than ever.However, unfortunately, it's a bad location of McDonalds. The other reviews are right. Service is bad and wait times are long, and you would think with three drive-through lanes that they would take things more seriously, but it's just a total nightmare and feels like you're being herded around a farm before slaughter. Sad analogy.

i love how the food is always hot and never had issues with the staff however, everytime i come whether it be afternoon or late night, i never get my plain cheeseburger. it always comes loaded with stuff and even after you remove it the pickles and mustard leave a taste on it so it doesn't taste the same. i've tried not to let it be an everytime thing and just thought maybe they forgot! but there hasn't been one time i've been here and got a plain burger like i ordered

love this location, its the closest to my house. but there's someone in the kitchen that's so loud and she's just always yelling and her voice annoys me... she speaks spanish. i speak jt too but her voice is so annoying it makes me leave fast cuz i can't stand it. just someone tell her to stop talking so loud jesus.everything else is perfect. great food and service keep it up yall

THE MANAGER OF THE MIDNIGHT SUCKKKKKKKKKKYesterday i went to McDonalds around 2:45AM and i place a order over there, first of all when she speaking in the drive thru was so f***king rude and disrespectful digesting ma'am instead sir, the only thing she wants make is finish the order because "they will close soon", the person who gives me the order was so friendly, BUT when they give my orden is everything WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And also they don't get me napkins, ketchups, straws and others stuff to can eat without highlighting they didn't put extra caramel dizzel when i really did appear in my order. I came back to only ask them if they are so friendly as they said to give me the stuff to can eat, and the only argument she told me is "The store is closed, come back to 4am to give the things to eat" and i told her to they didn't give me straws, napkins, ketchup and pepper in my order (thing i told them and they have already). After so long to fought with that b*llsh*t manager, the worker who was friendly with me, she hear me and passed to the second window to give my stuff. So disrespectful and the thing i should know is don't give more hours to that manager or look a solution because in any moment we aren't rude with her. So bad experience and disgusted with that awful personnnn!!!!!!!!!!!

Shalanda or what ever her name was, was of no help at all. Order got charged and she told me she couldn't give it to me and told me to leave. What a scam, what a joke of employees
