So confused by the new reviews bc this McDonalds is always so great for us! Fries and food are always fresh and ready quickly. The play place is always clean and sanitized. Inside the establishment is always clean as well and the workers are so nice! Also up to date with the electronic/touchless ordering and app services. My only complaint is the sign (inside) for the play place is hanging off and looks like it'll fall any day now.

I dont normally review fast food because yk it's fast food, a mixed bag- but this location was so bad... the food tasted off and my friend found a piece of gum in his food. I've never seen that happen in 19 years of living even at the worst mcdonalds in houston (2017 south main 77002) please avoid this mcdonalds at all costs.

They put a used dirty napkin inside my kids meal right on top of the fries. The napkin was crumpled up and some some food? Idk but it had something on it. They sent someone outside to address the situation & I told her what happened but she just gives me some sauce & xtra napkins. No sorry no nothing. Am I over exaggerating.. maybe but i don't know what they've been touching and what they've been doing with their hands. That's very unsanitary and disgusting.

I wasn't sure if they even saw me standing there in front of them! I was at the register the lady behind the counter had her head down and didn't acknowledge or even try to state can I help you. They were just waiting for me to start saying my order.... I placed my order for 2 hash browns and a spicy chicken biscuit. When the attendant handed me the bag didn't say anything and I sat down to eat. No condiments , no napkins - just here ya go. Overall not a very good experience.

Just ordered a McDouble and got a single patty. This was part of a bigger order and the sauce for the nuggets was also wrong, but I didn't think to check the sauce or that the McDouble was actually a McDouble at the drive thru... Disappointing.
