I emailed a complaint about a drive through issue that occurred one evening. An employee was extremely rude and the manager Evelyn did an excellent job taking care of it. I quickly received a call from the general manager and was given an apology and offered a free meal. I was notified that the rude employee was fired as well. I'm never happy to hear that someone was fired however I doubt it was just that incident. Fortunately Evelyn was there again and took care of me to get my free meal. She was professional and kind as well as offered me an extra drink for free. I've had ups and downs at this location for 15 years but mostly good my biggest complaint of course is when they stop serving ice cream at night!

The service is the worst I've ever seen at a McDonald's. They should be embarrassed. Never use curb service. They won't bring your food to you.I've never seen a qualified manager there, as well. Totally pathetic.

They give you Old Food, the fries were hard and cold. I asked her for fresh fries i believe she dropped the same fries into the oil and called them fresh. The service was rude and careless. I recommend choosing a different location this one is a waste of money

What's the purpose of having hours of operation? I'm tired of pulling up 10,20,30 even 40 minutes before closing and getting a "sorry we're closed" message. The menu is pointless as well because they're always out of everything. I understand no milkshakes, but no nuggets? no sweet tea? do better mcdonald's. ridiculous.
