This place rude as hellllll , the guy working in the drive thru was rushing our order and when we went to the window we said we had a coupon and he snatched up our card without even glancing at the coupon. Like are you serious right now. And then when we told the next window, the manager came and she didn't even do anything like bruh bffr. AnD tell me why they never gave us our damn drink even thought we bought the cactus plant happy meal. This place is ass, and the workers act like they got something up their ass.

Meh... I stopped by this McDonald's largely because it was on my route and I happened to be hungry. I was not impressed.The drive thru is surprisingly slow. They have two order lanes, one of which was completely unused, and they STILL couldn't keep up with the relatively short line (3 cars).The lady got my order wrong initially, then a second person got confused while trying to confirm it at the first window, and a third person ended up taking my card and processing the transaction.On the bright side, the food was fresh when I finally got it.

I will never go to this McDonald's again. I went inside ordered. My 4 year old needed to use the the restroom. It was an emergency, I asked if she could use the restroom and they said no. I had to drive all the way back home for her to use the restroom. I should of let her pee right there in her pants while we waited for our food. Then they would of had to clean it up. This was about 2 months ago.

This update is during CoVid19 pandemic. They renovated the entire building not too long ago. I just never thought to stop in. Because the traffic was horrendous and customers were very rude outside. I was here today because a sudden urge of all-American favorite burger popped in my head.While I was waiting for my food, a customer alerted 2 employees about a wet spot in the waiting area and a slimy looking substance in the middle. God, I hope I didn't step into it. Guess what? They just ignored his concern. This is unsanitary during CoVid19 pandemic. The staff completely social distancing from customers or ignoring what's happening beyond the clear shield.I was sizing up the supposed dining room made me think 7-minute eating for a border was fast. But quality was questionable, fries and cheeseburger were somewhat fresh but kind of cold. That poor quarter pounder burger was loaded with pickles. I felt really sick after eating.There was not much traffic during weekdays. But the line at drive thru window was kind of long. So, I decided to walk in. It was good that no sitting but the entrance to order takeout was too narrow. Social distancing became illogical. The parking lot was sticky, like people spilled soda every day since Hurricane Harvey.Bottomline is... unless all other restaurants are closed in the entire Houston area, then I'll come back.

I wish I could give a ZERO!!!! Horrible place.HelloI need to report a very bad experience I just had at your location with your management. I ordered a bundle Double Cheeseburger and a Happy Meal Cheeseburger total coming out to $8.87. Not a lot of money. I was asked to park because it was like 5 cars already waiting (super slow service). As I was waiting a young lady came out with just a Happy Meal I replied it wasn't mine because I didn't see the other bag with the bundle. So after a few more minutes another lady comes out with the same box and tells me everything is crammed into the Happy Meal box.. I told no that wasn't going to work for me because the meals are going to different locations and asked when did they start doing that? She just said she would let the manager know and walked off. By this time it has been almost 10 mins of me waiting and now the food I ordered had been passed through I don't know how many hands. After waiting a few more minutes the manager comes out and was like here and as I proceeded to try and speak with her she just walked off like I was bothering her. As someone who is a business owner I know how important customer service is. I stay in the area and have frequented that location several times and every time I see that manager she looks unprofessional as she did today shirt out no hat and no smiling face as if she doesn't want to be there. Her shift is always playing around (when my husband I sit on the inside) and we've had to ask them if someone was taking orders. I hope this is not how you expect your business to run with poor management. On another note, when we finally received the food it was cold fries burger made sloppy for both. I do not appreciate my business being taken for granted nor my money. A simple apology would have done, but since she disregarded me like trash as if I owe McDonalds to spend my money there. NO, not at all. I do hope you can do something about the people who are suppose to be the face of your business because they are doing a very good job. Laziness is not a good attribute when you are in Customer Service and you are "suppose" to be the example for the other workers. There needs to be a shake up or something. We went to get breakfast at 6am. When we went through drive through, no one was there at the speaker. We waited 3 minutes, constantly calling out for someone. Nobody answered, we got ignored until we came to the window. A young man saw us and continued to ignore us. He eventually opened the window, and tried to explain that they were switching shifts and it's taking much longer than usual. It shouldn't take that long to log-on a computer. He kept putting excuses, instead of explaining clearly what was happening. If I didn't drive to the window sooner, I would've been left talking to myself.When I told him that it shouldn't be taking more than 10 minutes to log in to take orders. He kept trying to argue that he shouldn't be told how to do his job. He got easily offended and called for a manager. She said that she doesn't approve of her workers being mistreated, when I was pointing out how slow and laidback his way of working was. I'm here to get a quick meal not wait more than I have to. I also saw the new edition of metal rails, I figure they had an encounter with a not so pleased gentleman, nobody has patience to wait around until they get served. They should try to quicken their way of logging in instead of protesting, making things worse for both parties. It seems that instead of improving their fast food service, they'd rather be hiding from the problem. They don't try to listen to the customers and act like they're the one having a problem themselves. It took me a while to understand what the young man said as he wasn't speaking clearly, they should hire people more adequate for the job.
