I saw a shorter large hispanic woman who I believe is the manager pick her wedgie while making food and then TOUCH the food. I've also see the same person completely go out of her way to avoid helping customers. She leaves food sitting out while people are standing their waiting for it. If she is a manager she needs to be let go, There's people out there that can do that job a hell of a lot better.

Unfortunately this morning I had to deal with the worst stomach pain I've ever gotten in my life, not only due to the taste of expired whip cream on my caramel frappe but maybe the milk? Wherever It was I'm sure the health Inspector shouldn't allow this kind of Incident happen ,there's a reason why this store is only one star ! Don't ignore the red flags

I Ordered and received my food at 9:49PM Dine in, Carmen the manager, took my order and smiled. I reviewed my food, sat down,and ate. Then the employee Henry told us that we had to leave shortly since dine in is closing and he had to mop the floor. That was extremely rude of him, so I'm scuffing down my food. Few minutes later Henry comes back and told us we must leave since Dine is close. I was almost done with my meal, and came to Carmen. Carmen tried to justified and she told me that dine was closing in 4 minutes which was a lie. I asked for corporate's phone # and left a message. I've been going there many years since I live down the street. In fact I came there twice today. One for breakfast and the second time for late dinner. Never in my life have my friend and I ever been mistreated at at a restaurant, better yet, than a fast food restaurant. Wow!

This location is by far the worst. There is always a problem with the food and the staff can't even speak basic English. My fries were totally raw and after calling the location the "manager" couldn't even communicate with me regarding the fuck up. Slow drive thru as well. I hate that this is the closest location to me. I used to go to McDonald's at least 4 times a week now I go like once a month. Get it together. Smdh

Definitely the worst McDonalds I have ever visited! Customer service is terrible! Employees are on the phone but don't answer the store phone, I was calling them for 2 hours before I decided to drive back up there to get my order fixed. Employees are rude and the manager walked off to leave another employee to fix the problem. Just an awful store and experience.

Wow This McDonald's operates at a lower standard than any other McDonalds I have been too. I was there today at 2:45 p.m at the drive thru and was shocked to hear that I was so F...ing bad at ordering it has made the all of the employee upset. Is profanity ok from a cashier? To her credit, she mouthed it rather than say it out loud. When I asked for her name she said she wouldn't give to me... I wasn't even mad...yet. I am just going to keep doing bad reviews. I am guessing her manager is her friend or is part of the problem. Any competent manager would not allow an employee to be this rude to customers...she would be fired or coached up. I am sure I am not the first person she has spoken to this way. I have high regard for most Mc Donald's franchise owners... they know what makes their business work. It's service that keeps people coming back! I won't be back to this one.

Just left this restaurant because the worker was incapable of taking our order. The gas register was malfunctioning and locked up. The worker started working on the register as I waited. He eventually told me to go place my order manually at the screen. The food items I wanted were not available on the screen so questioned the worker and he refused to assist me and said he could not take my order. I suppose in hindsight I was lucky because upon leaving I noticed all the tables were filthy and the trash cans were overflowing. Horrible McDonald's and I'm not even certain the charge didn't go through.
