McDonald's

This place has gone down hill since the past year (2019) they seemed to have a good manager back then. We came here & several vehicles left the drive thru because of the fact that they had you waiting for 5 minutes before saying hello (rudely at that fact).Then we pulled up and home dude swiped our card and said it was declined, we literally had to tell him to swipe it again cause he did it wrong, he then swiped it and what do you know, it worked. He handed the receipt with attitude and didn't even say anything.The night manager (who the employees acted like they didn't know their own managers name) seems to remain anonymous at the time. I get being over worked but they literally had several people in the back working, so how does it take 5 minutes to get someone to answer the drive thru? This is why I recommend the McDonald's on Jones rd, they always have better staff.I have worked minimum wage as well. however, I've never been a shit person to customers so idk, maybe it's a work ethic thing.

This place doesn't even deserve a full star, the workers are absolutely terrible. Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes just to finally get up to the window and be told that they're only taking cash at the moment. When I explained to the worker that information like that should be said before someone orders she replied with "ok so what?" I would recommend going to the Mcdonalds a mile and a half away near Willowbrook Mall, completely different service!

If you want to drive home with half you order missing this is your McDonald's. Such a shamE I was talking good on them for the frappe machine working. I had forgotten how good those are too much that it made me forget to check my order even though I felt it was light. I should of trusted my gut, and you should too. (The shake was poorly blended)

Had a quarter pounder, large fries, and chicken nuggets, and a small Dr. Pepper. It was quick service and the young lady was very polite and professional. I went in at 10 pm. I was craving some burgers and chicken nuggets and maaannnn they gave me more than enough buffalo sauce. Good place good people.

Went in to see if they had the latest happy meal toys for my children (of course they needed all of the Toy Story collection) and the wonderful ladies at the counter this afternoon were eager & happy to help. Customer service 100%! Thank you so very much for helping to make their day and mine! Wonderful employees you have working there. This will be my go to McDonald's from now on.

This location did the kids meal right finely one that know their job... the guy wish I had his name it was a younger guy should be in management !!

I literally had no wait when I ordered a drive-through. The man that handed me my drinks had the amazing personality. Then he asked me to park. I have waited 15 minutes for two double cheeseburgers and two small fries. To me this is beyond unacceptable it's called fast food for a reason not slow food

To only ay hello after not answering your drive thru for 2 solid minutes and get rude with my wife when she ask if your open??? Not smart. You didn't even earn the 1 star but required to click on it to tell you how horrid your customer service is. Fix the speaker no one answers and teach the. How to answer the 1 drive they speaker that works. And be real careful catching an attitude with anyone. Way to allow you employees to endanger their own welfare by not training basic customer service. Corporate should take this away from this lazy franchisee!!! I will drive further from home to not deal with complacent owners when so many are struggling to find business. Goodbye and enjoy your ride to the bottom.

We ordered them through door dash, ordered a 20 piece spicy chicken nugget, got ten regular nuggets and a grilled peach. Idk if their employees were trying to be funny, but this place needs to fire them or just shut down completely.
