Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe with extra meat did not get what I paid for today

Ordered a quarter pound with bacon and cheese meal. Burger was too pink inside so I couldn't eat it. The only way to fix it is to go back to the restaurant the same day, but I was already home and didn't want to waste more money on gas. Also, I usually go to the drive thru but they almost always have me pull to the side to wait on my food. It's annoying.

This review went from one star to five stars in a matter of minutes. Not surprising that you are going to encounter the terrible attitudes and possibly a long wait, even though you are the only one in the line at night... But after receiving our meal through the window, a nice gentleman quickly made up for the attitude of the other workers and asked if we needed anything extra such as napkins or sauce? Not to mentioned, he addressed hubby as sir, which was a huge turnaround of its own!Food was amazing! I can't remember when was the last time I had a fresh made to order hot and spicy, and fresh crunchy nuggets! That quickly made me regret not getting fries! Hubby enjoyed his Big Mac, however felt that it could use more Big Mac sauce. Regardless, he thought everything else was great. He thought they deserved 4/5 stars.

I ordered on Uber eats and they gave the driver the wrong food. My fiancé went back up there with the wrong food and they refused to do anything . The manager (3/38 at 11pm) was extremely rude and didn't care. Said it wasn't there problem even though THEY messed up by giving the driver a completely wrong order . I've had issues with this location and it's ALWAYS the super late night shift . You can tell they don't care since the general manager isn't there.

This location is trash just like their managers. Waited 40 minutes on curb pickup only to find out they handed my order to another car. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to redo it. Go somewhere else please.

never gets my order right, chicken nuggets are soggy and gross AND they don't respond to you at the drive through for some reason don't go here it's horrible.

DO NOT EAT HERE 06/25/22the three people working between 2:45 am to 3:00 am handed me someone else's food as I am checking the food I notice it's not mine when I was handing it back to the boy at the window he dropped the food outside on the nasty concrete. He stood there in his entitlement like I had to pick up his mess.I pick it up and hand it to him thinking he was going to throw it away, he gives me my correct food. Him and the two girls start re bagging the food they not only gave me but dropped and when they noticed I was watching them they looked like a deer caught in headlights because they knew they were wrong and then tried to serve that same food to the person that was behind me in line and got mad at me for letting him know what happened. That could've been an easy lawsuit shi I might just even contact the health department since they wanna play and mess around with my energy.

Very competent people that I encountered at the drive through. I thought it was easier to just give them the deal code at the drive thru and pay cash but they said my deal wasn't working cause I ordered a "happy meal" and not a "combo". On the app you could choose a happy meal and a combo and get the second free. They wouldn't honor it. And said I would have to place it on the app, and that I would have to get back in the long a$$ line again! fine, I just went to another location and no problem.

Always has a long a$$ line, because they're short on staff. Maybe y'all should've hired me when I applied. They never make my order right. When i say NO PICKLES , they always give me my food with pickles.

Came through the drive-thru to place 2 separate orders. My order was not understood right because I asked for unsweetened iced tea. I paid for the 2 orders and I did not look at the ticket. I got to the window and asked the lady to make sure I was getting unsweetened iced tea. I asked if I wanted sweet tea I told her no I wanted unsweet and she said ok and handed me the tea and other order. I drove off and got down the street took a sip and it was sweet tea. I called back and told the manager what happened. She told me she would give me my money back if I came in the next day. I said I would come back the same day once I finished some other things I needed to do and return. The manager told me she would also give me another iced tea for my inconvenience. But when I returned another manager had come on shift and did not want to uphold the previous manager's decision. The previous manager had not left yet and told me she couldn't do anything about the new manager's decision. My take is that communication is surely needed for all parties. When a customer expresses her wish and pays she should get it. Both managers should agree and stick to the inconvenience adjustment of the 1st management. I went to Mcdonald's and received 1 wrong order. I returned to get it straightened out but it was a waste of my time and gas to get what was promised. I think it was a power show for the second manager to say not to give me something for my return. I've noticed this same lack of communication, lack of understanding, and lack of caring in different places I've gone to the last couple weeks. People from other countries not wanting to take responsibility for their own short coming.
