If I can give this place a 0 star I would omg worst service ever and also the manager does not acknowledge you after you have ask over and over again what happen to the order like it's curbside everyone been waiting for 45mins for the order like it was insane crazy. The manager just stare at you and say nothing and then they said my order might of got lost somewhere like wow I just want to know if I will get my food or not and other people from curbside was walking in like me asking the same question and once again the manager does not acknowledge you. Anyways this was my first and last time here won't be returning considering it's a fast food chain there will be better McDonald's near by.

I had an awesome experience at this location this evening! Randy definitely gave 5 star service!!! I really appreciate that! The food is yummy and hot!!

Always check your bag... They always forget things like the damn 2 big Macs I ordered today. I'm a regular customer here because my kids love their nuggets but service is slow with app orders as well.

App had issues when I tried to do pick up and used up the coupon. Went inside to have this worked out and the manager had an attitude with me. While yes they honored my request to use the coupon, I already felt uncomfortable to say anything else and make more trouble. By the time I got home with the food for my family they forgot sauces and other 10 nuggets I had ordered. I didn't want to drive back and make a fuss again after that knowing who I spoke to. The staff looked like they were running around without their heads and I smelled something burning while waiting for my food.

Extended waits in the restaurant would be acceptable if the drive through moved quickly. But this is my last drive thru wait time -- they move you to random parking spots so their drive thru wait time stays artificially low. Almost 20 minute wait for drive thru PLUS Horrific wait times in the store with no one attending the order line.

Literally the worst customer service, attention to detail and slowest McDonald's I've been to. Drive a little further and avoid this location. They're always slow and they don't mix their McFlurries at all. Just ice cream with syrup on top and oreos thrown on top.

I placed an order for 5 breakfast sandwiches, two of them meals with orange juices. And one strawberry shake. Easy enough. I waited 45 minutes. It was busy, so I could justify waiting 10 minutes. But 45 minutes at McDonald's? No. There was nobody tending to the front. All the workers were in the back. After 40 minutes, I decided to get a refund. It took another 5 minutes to finally get a staff member's attention to ask for a refund. Don't go to this location. It's a whole other level of incompetence. Seriously.

0 stars would even be too high. This is the slowest possible McDonalds EVER! No matter the time of day it takes a minimum of close to 15 minutes to just get your order (if there is no line). I understand how this place can't seem to get it together...

Worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Long waits and no one speaks English. Will not vent be back to this location.
