Like what are yall doing?! Yall got drive thru looking the fool, because yall can't get it together with the speaker. Then have us pull up & have to say the order again. Just giving us a blank stare . The food we had to wait on our food. Just despicable

1.23.23 I had to give 1 star but did not want too. This location need some help. This location is not consistent on anything; the food or service. I was in a hurry so I stopped to pick up lunch for me and my hubby. Very simple order. 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 double cheeseburger, basket of fries no salt, HAMBURGER add max sauce. I paid and was told to go park in a space while they cooked the fries. (So far everything is good) I asked for 4 hot mustard, no ketchup. The nice lady brought me my order and I asked was there hot mustard in the bag, she said, no they told me to tell you it's .30 for each sauce I want. WHAT...The poor lady said I know if it was me, I would just give it to you but, they said you have to pay. I was shocked. And I could see this lady felt bad having to tell me this. I took $2.00 out and asked for 6 sauces. She came back and handed me my change and apologized for being charged. I get home and my hamburger with Mac sauce (I paid extra for the Mac sauce) was a cheeseburger with no Mac sauce. And more ridiculous - it had a sticker on it saying my order was double checked. (What lie!)And McDonald's wonders why people are not eating there anymore. Get it together McD's. and don't charge me for the sauce.

This location needs an adult running it. They were packed and some kid that I'm assuming worked there walked in waving money around and just acting a fool. Like mimicking a wanna be gangster, all of the employees suddenly changed their professionalism to hoodlism and they were all just acting dumb, being loud and obnoxious. The entire time people were waiting on food and it was taking forever. This was around 6 pm on a Wednesday. Service is seriously lacking

Order @ 8:23pm inside. " I would like a large ice coffee plain, nothing in it. Also 2 sausage patties on the side." The receipt shows no modification to the ice coffee...Why? One other customer was ahead of me who had ordered one item, a burger with several modifications. He recieved it in 3minutes, where as my order was placed at roughly the same time but was not received till almost 8 minutes later. I am fully aware that breakfast items take time in evening hours now that breakfast is served all day, however this is unexcusable. I was not offered my receipt and had to retrieve it after I had received my order just in-case further issues arose. Upon receiving the ice coffee I noticed it contained cream (but I specifically told them "nothing in it")...it was understandable that there was cream inside although it wasn't wanted, so I brushed it off and left. When I drove off from the store I tasted my drink and had vanilla in it...TF man!!!! . This time I went through the drive-thru because I did not want to run into the same issue of having to wait inside. I told the lady, "please make one large ice coffee nothing in it just ice and coffee". She politely directed me to the second window, The funny thing was the man serving me my drink was holding an ice coffee with cream inside. And again I repeated just ice and coffee. At this point in time it is almost 8:50. I was highly dissatisfied with the service tonight. Typically I am not a picky person and I don't correct the situations in this manner. My biggest issue with this store is that I've been here multiple times, four to be exact with in a month to 2 months span where my order has been incorrect (closest McDonald's within a mile). I order the simplest of items and come out with the biggest problems. i've been put in your holding Lane three out of those four times, I only order breakfast so it's understandable. The last time I came I ordered one sausage McMuffin and it was cold (cheese wasn't even slightly melted) and the bread untoasted. The time before that I ordered two plain chicken breast, and they forgot about us in the reserved parking spot. This is a brand-new store in a high-traffic location next to a fairly up class neighborhood....why are these issues occurring? From this point forward I will be filling out every single receipt I received from this particular store. This is truly upsetting. Again I understand things happen and I can forgive almost anything but this is becoming too much. Today i went to this location again, horrible service all workers are teenagers with no attention spans. Three people were at the counter waiting to ask questions, all employees were talking to each other extremely loud, nothing about business just gossiping about school and social media. Ordered at 7:13 and didnt get my food till 7:40 . Waited at the counter to ask how much longer and they were confused when i gave them an order number and looked visibly embarrassed because they clearly forgot about the order. The bag with the order number was right there for 10 minutes and somehow forgot about it. THE JANITOR came up to me and asked what was wrong before the employees even noticed me. Have new employers they are all teens without a care in the world

Why do McDonalds workers act like one sauce is $100? This is crazy when you all the other locations have different "policies" of you get 1 sauce then you have to pay extra for the rest. I paid the extra 30 cents, whatever. He brings me a dirty ranch with I do not know what what on it and hair. Excuse me, that is disgusting. Do better.

Save your time and AVOID this location. You'll thank me later. Is there an option to rate less than 1?!We decided to pick up two soft drinks and a burger ordering curbside to avoid the crazy long drive thru lines at this location. All the curbside spots had cones blocking them off. So, after waiting approximately 35 -40 mins in drive thru, we asked to speak to the manager. After a while, a lady comes to the window running her mouth at the worker who called her over. We explained how we optioned for curbside to avoid this long line and how we got stuck in a slow and inefficient line instead. Our tone is calm the entire time. She quickly yells back that the online system is not working and we would never be served if we stood in those curbside spots. My husband asks her to show some responsibility and deactivate the option on the app. and report this malfunction. She claims the app is run by corporate and they don't have any control of hiccups like this. After we tell her the drive thru is not very efficient and we are very disappointed by how this is handled, she increases her negative tone. Keep in mind she's not any bit apologetic or sympathetic. The young boy brings us the rest of our order. My husband asks her to return again as she quickly tries to run away. She sees and knows we are waiting, with several cars waiting in line behind but stalls on purpose. When she does come she argues more when my husband asks her why are we getting attitude from her for asking a question about their inefficiency. She continues yelling in an annoying manner. He asks her for her name and her title, and she says one second turns and walks away. One of the young female employees comes after a minute with a name written down on a paper slip without a title. We ask the young boy for her again. Another gentleman, a young East Asian asks how he can help us. He claims he's a manager too. We ask for her title which she fails to mention on the paper. There's no title. She returns to the window after stalling again and acting preoccupied, while the line behind us is not moving. She says the paper has the information we need and if we do not leave she will call the police and slams the window still showing attitude. Keep in mind, we never received any receipt for our two orders even if we paid by the app. We were asked by her and her worker several times what was our order. A simple apology or recognition of their inconveniences was all we were hoping she would recognize, instead we just got attitude. Her young workers are watching the drama unfold by her unprofessionalism. They are laughing and smirking at how she doesn't want to solve or end the situation. She has no shame as a leader (aka manager) of how to deescalate this situation and move forward. After a minute, a young girl comes to window to help us as the manager apparently walks away again. She reassured the lady is the manager as well as the younger East Asian gentleman. We decide to leave since we can assume the correct name was given to us in the slip of paper, Maria Lopez, so we can handle it by higher management or owners that might care for their establishment and it's reputation. Makes me think... was our order that important after sitting in more than 40 mins of wasted time due to an inefficient service line? Non functional curbside? Unprofessional and rude manager who threatens to call the police because she doesn't share her information? A manager that cannot handle a concern or act as a leader among her employees? I wouldn't waste my time writing this review, but I hope you see this and don't sit in their drive thru to deal with lack of quality leadership and a poor example of a role model hired to lead to all these young kids trying to just do a job. Do you notice a pattern with my review rating and others below? This establishment needs to shut down and not be a disgrace to our neighborhood in Cypress if it continues to serve the public in this manner.
