McDonald's

We have been to a fair amount of Mickey D's over the years. This is our neighborhood jaunt and they are great. Service is always good and sometimes it takes longer than other times but always polite and professional. I love the morning coffee (often) and an egg McMuffin every couple of weeks or so.

Lunch stop with HOT FRIES!!!!Nothing else matters. Lol Clean restrooms and friendly staff-- no complaints. Located near CyRanch High School.

This is my second time buying food from this location , both of those times they get my order wrong .. it's the only McDonald's close to my job so I decided to give it a second chance .. but after today not anymore. Do not recommend.

I don't visit McDonald's often, and generally don't expect much in the way of service. The younger male who took my payment was personable. The younger female who gave me my order clearly didn't love her job. This never used to happen at this location until a year or so ago now it's the norm. Lack of service with a smile or greeting or anything is exhausting. This is why if I do fast food I try to hit chic fil a, they get it.

I placed an order on the app and it was easy to pick up and get through the drive thru quickly. There were about five cars in front of me around 5:30 during the week. The order was correct and no issues.

Absolutely worst McDonalds location ever. Everything is messed up. Tremendously bad customer service, poor food quality (food undercooked), drive-thru line is slower than going to the grocery store, buying groceries, driving home, and cooking your own meal. Seriously! Not joking. This is the closest McD location to our home, but won't be returning ever! Wish I could leave less than 1 star

Horrible horrible service. Even for McDonald's it's bad. Your order guaranteed wrong. Guaranteed attitude from the children staff cause they got your order wrong 3 times ‍.

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. There's no sequence for orders. I waited for more than 20 mins. There are people behind me got meals and people in front me are still waiting.

Tried to use the app for a FREE Big Mac and the women did know how to deal with the app not her fault but the person she called over was rude about it she told me I couldn't use it I showed her she said it says free but I can't make any promises I can if shows up as close to 5 dollars then she just started to say hi to her friend and make weird squeaky noises and just saying it dose not work and said next in line terrible service from that women who I assume is the manager the person helping me previously was nice and helpful about it this women was just rude

Random older aged staff member knocking on tables for attention???? Inconsistent fries, one day it will be hot yet soggy somehow and salt less and some days perfect
