This is literally one of my favorite spots. The food is fast, tasty, and well made. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always friendly. There was a man with a bunch of earrings who was on staff that was a bit odd, but outside of that this place is 100% great.

I would give zero stars if I could. Will not go back here or any McAlisters Deli again. Asked for a baked potato with cheese, sour cream and EXTRA butter because their potatoes are extremely dry and being a sub teacher during Starr testing week, I wanted a nice baked potato with extra butter, cheese and bacon. Of course she informs me that's gonna be an extra four dollars because I want cheese and bacon. I'm like what??? Don't you have a potato that already comes with cheese and sour cream? No that's extra. So I order to go. $11.99 later and I get back to my desk at school and what I get is a slap in the face. I got extra butter. 2 packets and NONE on the potato it self. You're going to charge me $11.99 for a dried up potato with 2 teaspoons (NOT tablespoons) of butter on the side. A small thing of sour cream on the side is little bit of cheese and bacon for $12.00 and this is after I told her twice I didn't want a dry potato. I also had to wait over 10 min for my dry, expensive potato. Next time I will drive right down about 200 yards and go to Jason's Deli. In case y'all haven't figured out substitute teachers don't make a whole lot of money and this was a joke to have to pay hard earned money out of my pocket. Note: my picture compared to Business owners picture. The least they could have done was slap some greenery in mine so I didn't feel quite so bent over. I threw it away it was so unappetizing.

I find this place Deli-teful.It's a good Deli, and although it's not cheap, I like the service here. I have mixed feelings about the food, and it is of course a chain, but it's not a bad location of the chain. It's definitely somewhere I'd come back on a regular basis for lunch in Rosenberg.

Salads are typically tasty and filling. For health reasons, I struggle with only spring mix and romaine lettuce. Seem to be able to work with McAllisters without throwing half of it away!

Ate lunch here today at 12:30 , I will say first that the waitstaff are very polite and professional. The food was old, vobviously yesterday's or older bacon in my wife's club sandwich. The meat and cheese looked like it was old too.I had a SW chicken sandwich, that again, the chicken was days old and an odd flavor. Now stomach boiling, so won't go back.

Very bad customer service I had to keep repeating my ordering just for them to still get it wrong and the general manager has a bad attitude as well and she doesn't know how to talk to her employees with respect

Been a customer for eight years. Have reduced portions over the past couple of years while also raising prices, Meal last night included cup of soup / half sandwich and bowl of soup; cost over $22. Added cheese was not put on the sandwich, and the bread was not toasted (BLT). Soup was luke warm! Generally BAD experience. Don't recommend ! Suggest JASON's just two blocks away!

Have not been to McAlister since before Covid and this visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 harvest chicken salad sandwiches which came on a croissant.. the chicken salad was a small spoon that didn't cover the croissant, with a lot of greenery. The sandwich didn't look anything like the picture on the website that persuades us to order them. Also, I ordered it on online the status showed ready in 15 minutes but after a 30 minute wait with no update on the order I went in and still had to wait for the order? This was a waste of $28.00 that I could have used on something else. SMH in disappointment.
