McAlister's Deli

Nice to have fair prices ! Hubby and I was able to share without breaking the bank or our belly's ! Avacado-chicken-cheese and jalapeño sour dough bread-it was very good!!

The food is always excellent, I have been coming to McAllister's for many years and not only is the food fresh and delicious, the customer service is always great, which is huge for me. I also enjoy the atmosphere, it's relaxing and helps me to relieve stress

The ambiance is okay. The chili and hot sandwiches are very good. Salads have good variety. Their tea, or getting an Arnold Palmer version of it, really satisfies. Service just depends.

I hadn't been to a McAlister's in over a decade (literally) and so when we happened upon one while out and about shopping, we decided to stop in for a quick light lunch. I always remember loving their spuds, but opted for the grilled chicken caesar wrap so I wouldn't go into a food coma. Food quality was good; nothing stellar since it is a deli, but it definitely hit the spot and came out fast. We were able to hang around and enjoy the conversation because the place wasn't so busy that it drove you insane, and the staff did a nice job of keeping the space clean and inviting. All in all, would go back again.

Total epic fail! I hadn't been to McAlister's in years and when I did decide to try them again, it was a big disappointment. I ordered their Club Wrap. I like it because it comes wrapped in a wheat wrap; I can't have the white bread or a white wrap due to medical reasons. They took it upon themselves to totally change my order. I received a poorly put together "something" in a stale brittle-like white burrito wrap. There was hardly any meat in it; they had even left out the bacon. It was full of pieces of cheese and lots of Spring Mix (I guest this made up for the lack of meat). Whoever threw this mess together didn't care. Trying them again was a mistake I don't intend on repeating.

I went here around 1pm when the lunch crowd was leaving. The wait time to order was minimal and there were plenty seating options. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad with Gorgonzola and Avocado. It was huge! Despite not wanting to be a glutton and eat it all....I ate every bit of it. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I would have liked more avocado for the price I paid but I can understand the rationing due to high avocado prices. All in all I enjoyed my lunch!

One of my favorite sandwich restaurants. The potatoe soup and broccoli cheese is the absolute best.

It's been a while since I stopped at a McAlisters! But earlier, my mind was on a baked potato, and I wasn't near a McAlisters, so I went by another place. Well, let's just say nothing is like a Spud Potatoe at McAlister's Deli! So, I swung by to get myself one and had a nice conversation with the guy at the counter. But, let me tell you, I really like this location; it's cute! It's huge with the wood trim, a touch of moonlight yellow, and checker floors! It put me in the mind of the one in Mississippi I'm so fond of.

the roasted turkey was too processed,it didn't taste like turkey. I wont be eating there again.

Great food and friendly staff! These folks were hit hard by the pandemic and never skipped a beat. A must stop if you are in this part of Houston.
