Located inside of Pikes Market, this location offers a very tasty meal, but there is no table service. You order at the counter, and hope that one of the eight seats open up.When we arrived there was only one seat available. The person taking the orders said that he would move us when two seats opened up, which he did.We ordered two recommended items, the blacked salmon sandwich and the rock cod. Both were cooked fresh to order and tasted great.If I lived in the area, I would return.

Small stall inside the market for grilled-to-order fresh seafood. No seating but there are tables available within the market nearby. Service is friendly and fast.I ordered the blackened salmon sandwich which I recommend. The salmon was cooked really well and the bread and caramelized veggies and sauce were all tasty. I wish the fish itself was a bit more flavorful, but I'll definitely be trying out more of their menu

The servers here are super friendly, and they add a whole lot of positivity and energy to the experience of eating here. The shop itself may look small and not particularly unique in aesthetics, but don't underestimate it! My partner and I decided to sit down to eat and the close quarters, casual feeling of the restaurant with its stellar service made for a surprisingly intimate sit-down occasion.The blackened salmon and blackened rock cod we had was super tasty, and some of the flavor even seeped into the bed of rice. With this all was some grilled onions and fresh diced tomatoes, which made for a very balanced and wholesome meal.

This place is located in Pike Place Market. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, but are best known for their salmon sandwich. I ordered their famous salmon sandwich and thought it was okay. It comes with a good portion of fish. Overall, still worth trying if you're in the area and looking for seafood.

We had to stop here to try the iconic fish sandwiches! We ordered the blackened salmon and cod sandwiches. It was made fresh in front of us. Luckily there was no line when we came so we got our sandwiches quickly. They were delicious! Very flavorful and the fish was cooked well. Overall really good and very filling!

Just want to make my review current, but nothing has changed. Still the best sandwich (hands down) in the market, still the most personable staff and my favorite business owner as well. drew is the best. He's one of those humans that makes everyone feel like he's known them forever, when you stop by. 10/10 every time. I highly recommend!

Fast service and really good food. I only tried the shrimp cocktail and clam chowder. Both were fresh and flavorful. I actually think I prefer this clam chowder to the iconic pike one

Blackened Salmon Sandwich: The ratio between the bread, salmon, and vegetables was great. The salmon was delicious and flakey. Everything wrapped up very nicely with the perfect amount of mayo.By the time we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, several items on their menu were sold out--including their New England Clam Chowder. There are only several seats inside by their counter for indoor eating. The employee working out at the front gave us great service and made sure we were taken care of. The food took a little less than 20 minutes to come out, and was worth the wait.

Even as a local, I have always heard of the famous grilled blackened salmon sandwich at Market Grill in Pike Place Market. For many years, it was always too crowded, no seats left, or even sold out. After they remodeled adding outdoor seating, it was much easier to order and then grab a seat outside (reserved for Market Grill). The place is simple, café style where you order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. Service was swift. The staff has an amazing sense of remembering their customers. The Food: Blackened Salmon Sandwich, $19.95 - 4 StarsTheir signature sandwich didn't hit perfect for us. The bread was "very bread"; somewhere between doughy or possibly too much bread, it fought the salmon for attention and won. I want a more yielding bread that is happy to be the supporting actor. We opted to fix it by ordering... New England Style Clam Chowder, $8 - 4 StarsWe ordered the chowder to dip the sandwich into, or spoon a bit onto the bread to tame it. Hmm, good combination. Sandwich is tamed; chowder is good. I highly recommend ordering both sandwich and chowder as a pair.

Absolutely delicious chowder, salmon sandwich and side of rice. So freshly prepared and excellent service. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. So many places to choose from in this area... but this is THE ONE! Order at the cashier then eat at the counter. Get the market atmosphere and vibe.
