Margaritaville - Miami Bayside

Food: Did eat here only grabbed Miami vice frozen drink. Refreshing Service: Awesome Ambience: Perfect

Its very difficult to review this place without having the option for negative number of stars because I would've loved to rate it -5We started by asking the server lets please place the kids order first and he says no we will start with drinks order! He brings the watered down drinks with sour mix! And walks away without taking the kids order!The guy did not bring forks, knives or napkins, he then decided to bring half the number of plates we needed!The kids food come and the mac and cheese is a microwaved craft mac and cheese.The rest of the order takes way too long! And when it comes the food taste like a warmed up frozen food! One of the people in our company had ordered coconut shrimp! They bring it with spoiled sauce, when she tells him its spoiled he says he cant do anything about it! He takes it away to try it in the kitchen! Then he comes back saying yes we confirmed the sauce is spoiled we will throw it away.We finish, very un happy, he does not even over to take the dish with spoiled sauce that the person had already tried and felt disgusted and on too of that he says, the tip included is only 18% can you leave more? I can not believe such place is even allowed to operate! Dirty, smells bad! Common!

We stopped by after having had a special dinner of celebration of my daughter's promotion at work. We haven't been to this location before. It's the typical Margaritaville ambiance decorated in beach style.We each had a Perfect Margarita, which was delicious. It was close to 10 pm and there weren't very many people there on a Sunday evening. It didn't matter. Our server was friendly and attentive. We relaxed and enjoyed the evening.

Service was quick and friendly for my late night group, and was even kind enough to split checks. Having a shellfish allergy I was able to navigate the menu and the server had good knowledge and descriptions of how things were cooked etc. I ended up with a bowl of Mac and a cheeseburger and they were decent. Everyone else ate with not complaints as well.

Well. I give stars for food and the food was not appetizing whatsoever. I ordered the Mahi tacos and well, I was nervous to eat. Service was great. Trent was our server and be was very kind and helpful. We also ordered Mango margaritas. However, I think I might become diabetic after drinking two of those. They were extremely too sweet. I have never been to a Margaritaville, even thought the food was not good, the experience was.

First time here and wondered why it wasn't packed like all the other restaurants here. Trey is a fabulous server. Fun ocean decor and lively music. Food is average (good) and you can eat inside, outside or at the bar. Beware if you sit and chat too long after your meal is eaten. The server will assume you want dessert and won't give you your check until you keep asking, if you can find him. He disappeared for quite a while.

Average service. Not many healthier food options. Bad drinks. Roaches (photo of one a guy killed while we were waiting for the one bathroom). Broken bathrooms. The one bathroom opened had no soap or paper. My friends wife chose not to go because of the condition. Ambiance is corporately laid back / key westy. Location is great, right by water and on bayside. But they were already closing the ideal outdoor sitting as we got there. A pity they don't manage it better. Low star rating for lack of cleanliness, average service, drinks people didn't like, pricey for what it is. Best part of the spot is their ideal location. I wouldn't return or recommend.

To be fully transparent I did not have high expectations for this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The food was good for what it was. We ordered an Appetizer Trio to start along with cheeseburgers in paradise & Cajun seafood pasta. My stepmother's burger came out overdone and needed to be sent back but other than that the experience was fine. Service was moderate & the view of the marina was a nice touch but it wouldn't have been my first choice.

You wouldn't expect that much from a chain restaurant in a very touristy mall, but I will defend Margaritaville to the bitter end. If you're going here, you're probably already a Parrothead and know what to expect, but if tiki trop-rock vibes are your scene, this is it. We were sitting outside but moved inside when it started to rain, and honestly the bay view windows on the second floor make a strong case for sitting inside. I actually think the food here is pretty good, and the Cheeseburger in Paradise is a pretty solid burger. You'd of course be remiss not to get a margarita here and there are plenty to choose from. Only hiccup has been the Margaritaville rewards program (yes, I'm a member of the Margaritaville rewards program) can be a little confusing to use, but our waiter was very friendly and figured it out for us.

I am disappointed. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. To start, we had a terrible waiter Carolina. I assume it was because there is an automatic 20% gratuity, so she gets paid anyways and doesn't care. Plus, they wanted us to add another gratuity. no way I would do that to such a snotty person. Adding on, the food wasn't even good. Like it took SO LONG to come out and it was cold. my son asked for one ranch, and she gave two which is absurd because she then charged for two even though we never asked. The most absurd thing ever though was that they added a tourist tax... What the heck even is a tourist tax? Personally, I'm not even a tourist . None of us are tourist and I don't know how she could think it. I don't know any tourist that would want to go to that garbage restaurant. overall, don't go there and especially request to not be seated with Carolina. Plus, she lied to us about the size of the ranch. I never even got a refill for my drink, even though I asked many times.
