First time ordering tonight. I've tried Orginal Italian (food) all the chains (meh) and Joe's Italian (good but further away).I had a choice tonight. I had a Digiorno pizza in the freezer but thought I would try Marco's... wrong choice. Digiorno would have been better.The crust was check and tasteless like cardboard. The pizza was the greasiest I've ever seen. I guess that's why their cheap.There was a bright side. Great, timely service. I guess there is a market in there somewhere for Marco's just not on my future dollars.

Honestly, since they opened the quality continues to go downhill. Used to live in Toledo and other franchise locations where the extra $ is worth it. Ordered three pizzas over past week and even with coupons was not worth it. Pepperonis not cooked the Marcos way. Crust was shockingly worse than any competitor.

pizza was raw in the middle. I called and the manager she just simply stated that the oven goes up to 500 degrees and that it wasn't possible for it to be raw. well it's raw karen. I decided to just heat it up in my own oven. if you dont mind some raw pizza and some super mid wings then Marcos is your place.

They have a drive thru!!! Order on the app, select curbside and pull up in their drive thru to pick up! $8 LRG pizza deal when you order pickup/curbside! We haven't had pizza at home from any other place since discovering Marcos!

I don't often choose round pizza, but I make an exception for Marco's. Love the old world pepperoni with romasean garlic crust and the cheesy bread is top notch. This is a new location so it's shiny and clean inside and the staff is super friendly!

This is a new location in Willis. We've eaten at Marcos a couple times a month for years, it was nice to have one closer to home. Our first order wasn't exactly what we expected. When I submitted the survey, Mr. Encarnado reached out about our experience and worked with me to make sure we were satisfied with a resolution to the problem. He is fully committed to customer service and building his new customer base. They will take care of you, more than just pizza, they stand by the brand at this location. I highly suggest giving your business to people who still value customer service!

First time I ordered delivery, they forgot the lettuce on my sandwich. The second time I ordered delivery, my pizza did not have the Romesan crust topper on it. The pizza still tasted wonderful, but sad they can't get my order correct. The cheesy bread isn't great... needs more cheese.

Willis, .. we finally have Marcos Pizza ! Pizza was super hot and delicious. Delivery was lightning fast ! Garden pizza with cauliflower crust is a must try. Tasty and healthy ! Way better than the other "mega-chain" pizza places. Keep up the great work and don't change a thing... please !!
