I'm always welcomed quickly. There was an issue with the app for a while, but that's been fixed with the new app. The discounts are excellent!!The food...it's just the best pizza. I used to eat dominos, papa John's, and other mom and pop places. Nothing beats Marco's....you gotta try it if you haven't.

I came in for lunch on Tuesday 12pm got a small which came with 6 slices but my kiddos were starving they grabbed their slices before I could take the photo .Order took 10-15 min of wait .There are outside tables on the other side but I'm not sure if that's just for the other restaurant or for all the little restaurant. However, we took ours on the go since there was just one bench with no table in front of theirs .Pizza was really good I could have taken a better photo but it is what it is . Will definitely go back next time I'm at the doctors for my kids .

On Friday, 9/13/24, I ordered 2 Pizzolis & a Crustless Pizza Bowl. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told they were "our of bowls". After driving 15 miles out of my way to pick it up and having to wait 45 minutes for my order, I was very frustrated. I waited for my order despite having called it in ahead. There's no excuse to run out of bowls. Have you ever run out of pizza boxes? If you advertise selling bowls & pizzas, you should make sure to have the items needed to make them. Especially since I was not informed you were out of bowls until after I had been waiting 45 minutes. It's very unprofessional & a waste of my time. I paid for the Pizzolis and tipped, even after being disappointed. The food I did receive was good. I understand things happen sometimes but I should have been informed of this prior to me getting there. I wouldn't have ordered anything and could have saved myself some time & money. I tried to complete the online survey, but it won't allow me too because there isn't a survey code on my receipt.......the reason there isn't a survey code on the receipt I was given is because I was given the "Merchant Copy" instead of the "Customer Receipt". Hopefully this was am isolated incident.

Marcos pizza gives out the best pizza and costumer service I have ever seen. Every time I come they have my pizza ready and I have fun conversations with the employees. I love their cheese pizza and cheese bread. Picking up that pizza makes my day better and I hope I return the favor. Shout out to the bald guy, (don't know your name) you're a real one!

We have been ordering from Marco's for about a year now. The pizza and wings are consistently delicious, our order is always correct and the staff when I pick up are sweet, efficient and always pleasant. I love this pizza place. Our favorite pizza is the works. It has meat and vegetables on it. The bacon is cooked perfectly as are the mushrooms. To me they are the stars. But the combination of all the flavors is perfect. Also I order the Parmesan crust and that is the secret to the crust tasting amazing. In the past my husband would give me his crusts because he didn't feel they were worth eating from other pizzas. Not this crust. It is delicious and daughter loves to dip it in the garlic sauce. We also get the sweet teriyaki wings. They are so good. In general you can order on the app and your order is ready in 10 minutes or less and it is amazing.

We'e had Marco's numerous times now and it is pretty good ! Very reasonable prices and good pizza crust/toppings. Take out is quick and great for an easy meal...

I ordered a pie online for delivery. Long story short. Order was cancelled and no refund was issued. The manager could find the order. I showed him my bank statement where the money was deducted. He didn't care and was insulted about it. In his defense we didn't seem very bright.

Deluxe Pizza, Service was condescending at order & pickup. Then they added two allergens, to our pizza, that we did not order. I Walked back in for a refund.When I asked if I could get a coupon to get my husband to want to come back to this Marco's location. The Employee laughed at me & said, "You're good." Thing was we were not good. We've been loyal customers for 5 years spending 1,000's of $$$ at this Falls River location. Manager Ron always gave great service & customer satisfaction. Love their pizza! Every pizza I've ever ordered from the store # 360 in Whispering Pines is perfect. I love the employees too they are all so wonderful and helpful. Cole is a total professional and Lisa is awesome too. Today when I called in my order it came to 27.00 but Lisa found that if I went with their Deal for the day 2 medium pizzas, crazy bread and a 2 liter for 21.99 plus tax would give me more food for less money.Great work guys you have a fan for life!!!
