- I did not expect this establishment to be an IHop-style fast-food eatery. That disappointed me. 3 stars- Coffee: delicious. 5 stars- Biscuit & Gravy: It tasted ok. But gravy was mayo-based. 3 stars- Smashbrowns (aka potato hash browns): It tasted ok, but it looked GMO / artificial food. 2 star- Eggs: Standard eggs. But they don't make omelettes. 3 stars.- Toast: They don't off any toast. 1 star- Environment: clean and well-maintained: 5 stars- Service: friendly and warm. 5 starsOverall: 3 stars

Service is not bad for being semi-made to order dishes. The location is nice. Reasonable amount of indoor/outdoor seating. The food is good. However a little odd. For example. I ordered a fried chicken biscuit sandwich thing. The cheese was barely melted and the chicken was room temp. So I assume they fry all the chicken bits and have them off to the side and just stack the sandwich. Having fried chicken prepared and tossed been the buns is normal but usually the chicken still has some cooked temp. So that's one reason they're missing a start. Overall we tried several items on the menu. All of which good but nothing that knocked my socks off. The bacon is good. The biscuits and gravy is well seasoned and good. The biscuits obviously the high point on being fresh and tasty. The waffles are on the bland and underwhelming so say the least. Like if you had this and then the major waffle chain most would lean toward the waffle chain. The meatballs are okay. But have that "just out of the freezer" texture. But again overall everything was good.

Chicken was really good. Accidentally gave me someone else's 4 piece and had to give me a third sauce and extra chicken. Really nice looking.

My first time here. Ordered online for pick up for 3 of us. My order was the Extreme B&G, they didn't add the sausage patty, it was missing so it was just the one biscuit with two eggs (gravy on the side) for $12.50, pretty pricey. Menu reads "Two flaky biscuits served with two over easy egg and a maple sausage smash patty." I didn't get two biscuits or the maple sausage patty. I was told the Cowboy was salty. The retro was enjoyed and we all liked the cinnamon biscuits, not overly sweet. Place looks alright inside, they have an outdoor area. I didn't spend a lot of time inside, my order was ready when I walked in. Weekday late morning so it wasn't busy at all.

We didn't have tons of expectation but was pleasantly surprised! We were new- ish to the area and wanted to scope out brunch places. Read some review and decide to try this place. It is a fast casual setting where you order at the counter and they call out your order to be picked up. Drinks : We ordered an Americano and a Maple Latte (?) the Latte was a little on the sweeter side and I'd personally prefer more coffee. Food: we ordered a kid chocolate chip waffle, chicken fried steak biscuit and with sausage gravy and a biscuit gravy with scrambled eggs. The plates were HUGE. We were not expecting that but thought we could definitely have shared one order as adults. The chicken fried steak was tender and flavorful , the biscuits were soft-- not quite the flaky biscuit but more like soft tender and more doughy biscuit but good with gravy cause they absorb all the goodies! The waffle was light and airy. My kid definitely enjoyed it.Overall, decent place for brunch and is somewhere we will return.

Who doesn't like biscuits and gravy for breakfast?Maple Street Biscuit company has awesome biscuits and gravy. They also offer chicken strips for lunch.I decided to try the "Five and Dime", which is a biscuit with bacon, a fried egg and chicken strips. MSBC offers two different types of gravies. I opted for the shiitake pepper gravy, which is still creamy, but has just a little kick. The other gravy is the standard sausage gravy.I tried the house and dark roast coffee. The dark was my favorite, very good and not watered-down.One thing I really didn't understand was the difference between the sandwiches and standard biscuit and gravy offerings on the menu. The "five and dime" is considered a sandwich, however it is doused in gravy. We will return. Great breakfast.

Entering Maple Street, I was immediately greeted with a friendly "welcome!" The order station is directly in front of the main door. The menu is fairly simple and not too overwhelming. I ordered the five and dime. Instead of asking for your name for the order they ask what is your favorite candy. When my food was ready, I went to pick it up, finding it weird why they didn't put it on a tray since I had two items. The five and dime looked delicious and fattening! It is massive and there is no way I could have eaten this normal like a burger. I had to use a fork and knife! The first bite was amazing! The gravy was thick and creamy with lots of umami flavor. The chicken was moist and crunchy. Bacon was crispy. Ironically, the biscuit was the only downfall in my opinion. I wish I had a huge country biscuit. Instead, the biscuit was small when paired with the five and dime (check the picture). The side of potatoes had like a Cajun seasoning which I liked. Total was around $16

Biscuits + coffee = the best brunch combo! Came on Sunday for brunch. Maple Street Biscuit Company is nestled in a shopping center, and has plenty of parking on site. You walk in and place your order before finding your seat. Very casual environment. They also have a separate lunch taco menu if biscuits aren't something you want. They have their own brewed coffee in several roasts: light amber, dark bark, maple tap. They provide you in house mugs to grab your coffee (love that). They also have other coffee curated drinks, a coffee club opportunity, and fresh orange juice via a huge juicer! We ordered the Five and Dime biscuit and it was hearty! Full of different flavors and toppings. The Retro Plate was also a nice option with two eggs your way, smashbrowns, side of bacon, and a biscuit with jam.The jam is made in house and so tasty. The smash browns also were so crispy, and also seemed like they were filled with a potato & cream cheese combo. Full of flavor. We left satisfied, and stuffed for a majority of our Sunday!!

On Sunday, May 12, 2024 I placed an online order for my family and I. I went to pick up my order around 10:45am and I noticed that the restaurant was extremely crowded, almost uncomfortably crowded. I stood in line to pick up my order for about 8 minutes. When I got to the front of the line, the woman behind the counter (maybe the kitchen expeditor) asked for my name. She asked me to repeat my name and then said, "It looks like your order isn't ready yet." I pointed to the upper shelf right next to her and said, "I think that's my order right there." It was the only to-go order on the shelf at the time. And she replied "yeah I think that's your order.." She turned her attention to something else and left me standing there, and didn't even hand me my order. I had to retrieve my order from the shelf myself, and I would've done that initially if I knew she was going to be so unpleasant about it. She saw me standing there waiting and then repeated, "Yeah that's your order right there." As far as the food is concerned, it was overall decent but lacked seasoning and flavor. The cinnamon biscuit was the best tasting item we ordered. In my opinion, the restaurant had an overwhelming crowd and maybe that was the reason for this employee's poor attitude. She seemed stressed and spread thin like she needed help. Hopefully, my review is considered, and steps are taken to provide her with what she needs to feel more supported going forward.
