I came here with a friend on a midweek night so it was not too crowded. I ended up getting the Butternut Squash Agnolotti. I was pleasantly surprised with how soft and creamy the filling was. I also liked that the pasta was cooked al dente and still had a bit of that chew. My only complaint is that it does seem to be a bit on the pricier side for a food stall type environment but the food was delicious.

The best bolognese! I wasn't expecting anything too crazy here but every bite was delicious the portion size is great too, definitely more than it looks!

Mano Pastaria is one of the many concepts inside the Milk Market food court. They make fresh pastas which are available for purchase to take home; have a case of Italian sweets like Tiramisu and cannoli; and offer up their pastas and sauces for lunch or dinner. We were here on a Monday afternoon so they were doing $8 lunch specials (spaghetti and meatball/sausage, cacio e pepe and one more with red sauce that I don't remember); and a $12 special on beef stroganoff. Lunch seemed like a great time to try this place since their regular menu prices were more in the $15-20 range. I thought food was okay but expensive for what you get. I don't think I'd do a repeat visit. Details, details, details:I decided to try the beef stroganoff, with a side order of garlic bread ($3) and tiramisu ($5) for dessert. I sat at the counter watching a different guy make noodles which was fun. They're definitely made here! My lunch pasta came out warm, not hot, in a creamy stroganoff sauce with slices of beef. I don't know what it was supposed to taste like. I don't think I've ever had stroganoff before and for some reason thought it was in red sauce. Wikipedia cleared that up for me. The cream sauce was heavy. The beef was ok, not too dry but not super flavorful or seasoned either. The noodles were good. I don't think I'm a stroganoff person. It got kind of boring after a few bites. The garlic bread portion was huge. I could have used a lot more garlic but I guess it was your standard level of garlic on super soft Italian bread - like the cheap grocery store kind. The tiramisu was pretty small for $5. It looks like the girl slopped a half portion on the plate or something or lost part of it. Presentation was pretty awful but it was decent. Food was alright, but not good enough to justify higher prices. They were also out of meatballs by 1pm and completely out of red pepper flakes, which I can't fathom for a pizza/pasta place. The cashier who took my order also had no idea what the beef stroganoff special looked like and didn't have much to say about their cacio e pepe. Overall this was a mediocre experience that I would not care to repeat.

We ate here for the first time! Overall the flavors were really good! I got the bucatini and my hubs got the Campanella plus the garlic bread was good! The reason for the 3 stars is there was way too much parsley for garnish, my pancetta was not rendered therefore it seemed inedible, and my hubs found a sharp chicken bone while eating which stabbed the roof of his mouth ruining his appetite.

We haven't been to the milk market post-COVID - this was our first time back. Ordering etc. looks a bit different. There are paper menus that include offerings from all the restaurants. We sat down at the bar seats at Mano Pastaria - and there was a QR code to scan and order from (unique QR codes let the server know where to deliver food). The app was fairly user friendly and we were able to order our food fairly quickly. We ordered the spaghetti & marinara + chicken parm and extra cheese, the baked rigatoni (added mushrooms), and the cheesy garlic bread. We observed the two staff they had on (one on the pasta side, one on the pizza side) - they seemed a bit overwhelmed. Understanding COVID - and I think a lot of places are short staffed/understaffed. Our garlic bread came out first - and was pretty tasty.Next came the spaghetti & marinara - no chicken, no extra cheese. We brought it to the chef's attention - who immediately worked on correcting it. Next the baked ziti came out - and looked really good - but didn't have the mushrooms. We brought that to his attention as well and he quickly sautéed mushrooms and added them on. The chicken for my dish went into the pizza oven. I know chefs often check temperature of meats etc by touching them - but the pizza chef did this twice with no gloves on. It was added to my plate a few minutes later and was warm on the ends...and then cold through most of it, and no extra cheese was added. Overall flavor of both dishes was fantastic. Service (I think due to being understaffed) not quite as good. We took the leftovers home - and will note the chicken tasted much better when warm all the way through. We have eaten here pre-Covid and had a much better experience - so hoping as things 'return to normal' it will get better.

I was super excited to try a bunch of foods from the Milk Market, but was kind of disappointed. Everything was kind of overpriced ($15-20 per entree). We decided to go to this Italian restaurant and the way they cooked it looked delicious so why not? This entree is definitely worth a $15-20 portion, but I am afraid it wasn't as good as it looked. The chicken was undercooked to where you can see little pink bits and that ruined my appetite. The pasta itself was good with the broccoli! I would say it was an okay meal but I wouldn't go back again. Great customer service though, we were welcomed with smiles!

I had seen someone at the Milk Market with pasta in front of them, and felt so envious I knew I would have to visit one day.Over the weekend I finally decided to treat myself. Why the wait? At about $20 a plate this place is not a quick visit sort of spot. While I feel the price point is very high for grab-and-go, all of their pasta and sauce is handmade, and some of their cheeses, as well.I opted for the Rigatoni based on a recommendation from the person working the counter. The price for this is $19, so comes to over $20 with tax and tip. It took about 15 minutes to come out, and I saw them cooking the pasta once ordered, which is nice versus having it pre-prepared.The dish was absolutely beautiful. It tasted pretty dang good, as well. I do think there could have been more flavor, though. I don't know what was missing, but it could have made a stronger impression. Regardless of that feedback, I really enjoyed it and finished the whole bowl. I even found myself craving it the next morning. Overall, I was impressed with the pasta here, and would love to eat it again. My hesitation from rushing back is purely price, but if you're already in the Milk Market it is definitely a spot worth trying!

Loved every part of my experience here. The ordering was really seamless with the QR code which made it so much more relaxing than my prior times here. I used to feel overwhelmed at Milk Market when it first opened. The pasta was delicious and home made. Perfectly al dente, high quality ingredients, delightful spice level. Good quality shrimp as well! Didn't taste "fishy" or gross in any way.

We stopped by on a busy Saturday night and managed to grab a table - self seating. Once seated, you scan the QR code and actually place your order from your seat. Talk about convenient - no need to worry about splitting the tab with your group of friends. I ordered the mushroom truffle pasta and it was AH-MAZING. The truffle wasn't too overpowering and it was just enough pasta to get me full and offer leftovers for the next meal. My fiancé also got the French dip and it was delicious. We would come back!
