Mandarin Express

Mandarin Express at the North Point Mall providws nice, fast food that meets the expectations. Shrimps and chicken were tasty, as well as spring rolls.

I kind of blame myself because the food already looked old but I decided to buy it anyway. It tasted disgusting old and I was turned off when the young lady made my drink. She used her same gloves that she came from the back to make my drink and also collect my money. After I sat down to eat my food I immediately informed her that it was old and asked for a refund. She said she couldn't find my receipt and is not her problem. I'll never eat her again. Poor tasting food and even poorer customer service.

I mean for the price at a mall, the quality of this Chinese food is legit! This is a real bargain for lunch and the food is really solid. The Mongolian Chicken is delicious and the green beans are like the real thing in China (I've been 70+ times so I've eaten a lot of Chinese food in my day). I'd recommend this for a lunch or dinner to go any day.

I ordered the lo mein noodles, bourbon chicken and honey shrimp. I've visited here in the past and the good tasted great! Today, however, everything was not ad flavorful as my previous visit. The staff is courteous and a plus side is you are allowed to taste test every item but the honey shrimp :(

This place is awful. I would recommend going to the Farmers Basket for chicken. They have a much better honey chicken that is actually good quality. There is a young lady that works here by the name is Ebru. Probably one of the rudest employees I've come across and that says something seeing as I was in retail for 10 years + a time ago. I asked for a small side of chicken for my son. I didn't realize they charge you for the whole meal even for 1 side of chicken so I said well, if I'm being charged for the whole meal I'll get the fried rice since it comes with it. I was thinking, great I'll eat the rice while my son eats chicken. She gave me the rudest look and said no, we can't do that you already ordered. Well, if I'm paying for it you should have mentioned that ... she kept wanting to go back and forth, then I asked her for her name and she was a complete smart ass and pointed to her name tag and proudly stated the name Ebru. I feel bad for this young lady seeing as I will probably see her several times in passing over the next 10 years as I shop the mall. With that attitude and poor personality, I see a bright future for her as a clerk in the mall food court. The food was lackluster as well. Typically I'd give a mall food court Chinese place maybe a 4 out of 10. This was probably a 2 ... and that's only because they have Diet Coke. Lol

The worst food. Mixing old food with new food on the top. Beware . Confronted the Chinese lady. She lied . Would not feed this to a dog. Nasty food nasty service. you will get yours in return by your little samples covered up by something that's been sitting out all day.

I was debating so hard if I should have canceled my order while ordering, I ended up ordering while the lady gave me attitude. When I received my food it was cold and unappetising, the food was clamy and dry. The chicken looked and tasted old. What made me write this review is the tiny portions they give even though it was a slow day and the food was there for hours.

RACIST. My family came for trick or treating . We stood in line, and the man refuse to acknowledge us, he completely ignored us, and whenever I try to talk to him, he refused to speak to me and redirected me to someone else. Then he told me that the candy is only for children after I saw him give candy to two white adults... All of my children are under six. The way we were ignored really hurt my children . This man is trash and I hope he knows that . In todays world , with everything going on ... all you have to do is be nice . Racist is literally the dumbest thing to be .

Received take out from them and ordered three chicken egg rolls. All of them had bad and raw chicken in them. The smell was horrific! They acted like they did not care and did nothing about it! Will never go back!

SO GOOD! Their grilled bourbon is the best! They really load up your plate with food so it's nearly impossible to finish it all. I only come to the mall to eat here, HIGHLY recommend!
