Manatawny Still Works Fishtown

What a great spot. Not only a cocktail bar that REALLY gives a crap about quality, but also a distillery. Drinks as good as any great bar in the city along with excellent service.

Great little distillery. Nice selection of spirits and cocktails. They have some snacks you can purchase as well. Awesome bartender.

Stumbled upon this bar while waiting for my reservations at Pizzeria Beddia. So glad I stopped by because this cocktail bar was a 10/10!Looks like a garage and it is very small inside. Drinks are fancy, great prices and the bartenders/mixologists are all professionals. My whiskey sour was amazing. Highly recommend this bar and will definitely return!

Crafty Cocktails, great vibes and BYO Food, how can you beat that ? Manatawny Still Works Fishtown , is inconspicuously located across another not so easy to find pizza spot (pizzeria beddia) on Lee street. I got there at opening on Saturday (2pm) and the bartender Jennifer was welcoming, fun and made great drink recommendations. SB: she also host $55 cocktail classes at Manatawny's; interactive session with 3 cocktails per person. The options are plentiful, and the drinks are boozy! They were also offering Wooder Ice-y's adult slushies for the hot summer days! Definitely a must visit, can't wait to go back.

We truly stumbled upon this when walking to Pizzeria Beddia, but we're glad we stopped in! The cocktails were fun and fresh, and the bartenders were so knowledgeable! They had a few frozen cocktails and i definitely regret not ordering one. I had a sample and they were FRESH! Would come back for one of those alone. I really like how this was secluded and just outside the hustle of Frankford ave on a Saturday.

Manatawny still works is a small, BYO-food, cocktail bar with multiple locations in the city and their distillery located in Pottstown, PA. We obviously went to the fishtown location which is tucked in a little alley right across from Pizzeria Beddia. The drinks are fabulous, affordable and STRONG we also love that they use all their own branded alcohol which tasted great in the cocktails. We sat at the bar where we learned they have a bar pet at the Fishtown (a beta fish) and South Philly (a tarantula) locations and bartenders were very nice and personable. We definitely recommend this spot to bring your own dinner and grab some great drinks or get dinner and stop by afterwards.

Great cocktails and tasting flights. Friendly service. Picked up a bottle of white whiskey to take home with me.

Adam was an amazing server this evening and the atmosphere was great. He explained each drink and absolutely so patient with us. We will be coming back for happy hour
