I would definitely recommend this spot. Not only is the interior very nice and pleasing the food is delicious. I got steak tacos and the steak was seasoned wonderfully. And the rice and beans tasted great as well. My wife got the quesadilla birria and it tasted amazing. They also have this robot that plays Spanish music bring out your food.Which definitely made this experience unique. The service was great too.So if you're close to the area I would for sure check this place out.

After hearing a lot of recommendations for Mamacita's we were excited to finally get a chance to try it.Service was definitely lacking here. We came around 3 on a Saturday and the place was pretty dead. When we walked in the man at the counter didn't even look up or greet us for several minutes, finally seating us. Our waitress was clearly not in a good mood, and look. We're all human. We have our days, but it just did not leave a good first impression. We ordered the elote. I was really turned off by the poor quality of the piece of corn we were given. This appetizer is nearly $5 and they brought out the saddest ear of corn with tiny little nibs. Taste wise it was okay. For drinks we went with the margarita flight. It was good! The drinks were strong.Entree was the fajita quesadilla. Honestly fajitas is something I struggle with in general as I've yet to find any in the Raleigh area that are actually good. Always underwhelming and way under seasoned. These were no exception. The whole thing just lacked flavor. Rice also wasn't the best we've had, even for the area and the portion was so small.

A good friend invited me to Mamacita for lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I arrived a few minutes early and was seated right away. Several years ago, this location was Famous Toastery. They have made it their own and the ambiance is great. Plenty of greenery and color. The young lady at the host stand didn't seem particularly glad to be hosting, but I looked past that. Everyone else was pretty friendly and the service was great. JR took great care of us. We both ordered mango margaritas and the San Cabo burrito. I wanted something with steak at first, and everything looked so good, but I was told it was one of the best. I love that they have pictures and descriptions next to most of the menu items. There so much to choose from. The drinks are good. I felt they were a little pricey, but that seems to be the going rate ($14 & up) these days at the fancier Mexican restaurants. The drinks and the food were both good. The Pico was so fresh and flavorful that I ordered a side to finish off my meal. The burrito has so much queso, there's no need to order extra. I'd recommend Mamacita and go back. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Camarones a la Diabla, or "Diablo Shrimp," is a Mexican dish of shrimp in a spicy sauce. The dish is also known as Deviled ShrimpCamarones a LA Diabla, contained 8 medium shrimp cooked in a soupy sauce was a medium spicy sauce using ancho peppers, guajillo peppers and chile de arbol peppers for a rich spicy flavor from chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and cholula hot sauce for better Mexican food. They do not serve salsa verde.Produce. should include whole tomatoes without seeds and extra water, onion, garli, and serrano pepper for some extra heat.Extras. Apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil or olive oil, salt, and pepper.Shrimp. I would enjoy more by having the large shrimp or prawns in lieu of the medium shrimp.Guacamole was thin and watery. Maybe too much lime juice use.Tortilla chips were thick and cold but not crispy and esrm for some reason?Salsa roja, or roja sauce, is supposed to be a spicy, red Mexican condiment not this salsa was thin and watery without much spicy taste but more like tomato soup than a salsa picanteThey forgot my Queso Blanco but charged me for it.My two tortillas were very dry and fell into flakes because of the lack of moisture.Mamacita needs higher quality ingredients and recipes to succeed in this area to be more successful.

Parking: plenty of parking because it was in a shopping centerFood: food was flavor but the chicken enchiladas were a bit dry and the poblano relleno wasnt as spicy as expected. Service: to go order but they seemed confused with how to put the order in the system and took awhile for them to figure it out and actually place the order. Ambience : It was to go order but was decorated with pictures good photo prop in the front

Mamacita food, service, and overall experience were enjoyed. For food, we enjoyed the chorizo queso dip. I ordered the Parraillada (shareable if needed) came with steak, chicken, and shrimp. My entree had a side of rice and refried beans on the side. The menu indicated a stone bowl but it came on a plate. This entree was perfect for me as I was seeking a large serving, so I could have food to take home. The food was really good and the meats were cooked well. My steak wasn't exactly medium well as requested but still decent. The cocktail flight was a good choice and shareable.

I never thought a restaurant that is still in business could be this bad. I walked in the Morrisville location and ordered a pickup order of Mojatta Faritta (fried whole tilapia) and paid $20.00 for it. When I got home and settled to eat dinner what was served to me was hard rock skeleton of a fish that I couldn't access and if I did it could have chipped my tooth. I threw it in the garbage, not to mention the over salted fried beans. C'mon now; as a restaurant do you take pride in this garbage being served to your customers?

Mamacita's was a fantastic experience. Their food was so delicious and we got a ton of it. The service was quick and kind. They also have little robots that deliver your food! Finally, the restaurant itself is beautiful! I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be going back!!
