THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR HOURS. And the staff attitude. It shows they closed @10pm and they were rushing us I didn't know why. Finally I asked what was the deal and one of the waitresses said they closed @9pm. No need to be rude I obviously don't work there and don't know their schedule. They should have told us from the bugging they were going to close soon ( at 9pm)

We've had numerous items on the menu, and everything is TASTY. Portions in restaurants are important, price, freshness, BUT you can't support anyof those positives with bland food. Even the refried beans are just plain 'ol pleasant!! I truly enjoy coming to eat here because I never have to guess if I'm going to enjoy myself. Mole- as in HOLY MOLE that's f*cking delicious!!! I couldLiterally use it as a dip for the chips. It's incredible- highly recommend with the shredded chicken. It was good with the chicken fajita, but the shredded has more flavor that pairs so well with all the spices of mole.

Mama Juanita's has been a part of my life for the past 15 years. I grew up going there after church or after sports games. I love this particular location and have spent multiple birthdays here. I always order the combo fajitas and a margarita on the rocks. The staff are so friendly and knows my family well. Every time you go here, you will be welcomed with open arms and part of the family.

My humans say Mama J's used to be really awesome. Unfortunately there was a change in management and the service has gotten really hit or miss. the servers are all very nice and this is unfair to them. After waiting excessively my humans and their two friends decided to close out after the guacamole and leave. the guacamole was very tasty but we said we could wait no longer. they quickly brought the check , that payment was made and then on the way out the new manager argued with them about the length of time. Instead of just saying, so sorry we are short staffed tonight, please come back again... But no.... the couple at the table next to us warned us as we walked in saying service was very slow. there were probably 4 out of 20 tables occupied. The waitress that worked the table said there were lots of to go orders and thats why we had to wait. Please!!!!!!! done with Mama J's and headed back to El Palenque or one of the many very good TexMex places in the area!... either way my humans never give me any left overs....

Had a dinner for our daughter's graduation here. The food was fantastic, margaritas were a huge hit and the staff was incredible. Special thank you to Brandon who went out of his way and helped make a great evening even better.

First time here. Everything was very good. The service was great! We will be back to try the fajitas!

service is pretty good the other reviews were last year, but the waiter they were talking about probably got fired. The food is great, and perfectly cooked. The place is great for kids, and very colorful, and cultural. Definitely recommend!

Went to this restaurant for a to go order. The lady had a complete attitude and we were the only ones there !!!! She was real jittery and seemed she hated her job. Ordered enchiladas with ground beef took 7 minutes when I got home the meat was pink and not cooked (figured how quick it was made) Called the restaurant about it some lady answered the phone and tried to say it was the seasoning as an excuse. I was not having it it is RAW MEAT that can cause food poisoning!!!! Asked to speak to a manager said it would be an hour. The lady that took my order when I walked in answered before the manager came back so she wouldn't hear about it. WOULD NOT GO BACK!!!!!!

FOR ANYONE WANTING TO GO THEY CLOSE AT 9. I drove from a while away to come eat here because my mom likes it and the doors were locked and finally someone came up to it telling us they close at 9 from the reviews it seems like an ongoing issue so i don't know why they haven't changed the hours online.

First time at Mama Juanita's and we were pleasantly surprised! My husband and I started with a large frozen Rita with salt and a large on the rocks Rita with salt and a yellow Queso. Our starters were really good, with one exception, the Rita's were not that strong. We ended up ordering 2 more with a shot of Tequila each. For dinner, the special Fajitas for 2 combination beef and chicken with grilled shrimp and rice with charro beans. Each portion came with pico and the best restaurant guacamole I've ever had!!! We finished dinner off with Tres Leches and Banana Flan with Kahlua! Both deserts were very very very good!!!Overall, we give it a 4.5 out 5 stars and we are only dinging the meal due to the weak Rita's. Oh the service was fantastic and ambiance was very nice!!! We will definitely be heading back!
