Mama Juanita's

I came here for breakfast for the first time today. I can't say how many times I audibly praised this meal as I was eating it. The carne asada came out on a sizzling skillet and was cooked to absolute perfection. So juicy, so tender and the flavor was outstanding! I'm pretty picky and don't typically have experiences that make me wanna write a review, but hot damn. This was exceptional.

Next to Bogatoes off 1488. Same breakfast but faster service, more comfortable patio With contemporary Music!, and "American," menu items (pancakes, etc.) and finally BIG PLUS: away from traffic. Also free chips and salsa. My new Sunday breakfast destination.

This place is awesome food is outstanding nice menu killer service great outside seating you have to try it

We've lived here about a month and Mama Juanita's has become a regular spot for us. The service is always good. The margaritas are my favorite in the area. I wish they'd make the Queso with jalapeños already mixed in and thin it out just a little bit. Food is pretty good but a little more seasoning would be great.

It's been awhile since we've been here. However, the food, service, and margaritas were very good this evening! The free ice cream cone was an added treat to top off dinner!

Wanted to try a new restaurant and was disappointed. Order the top self margarita and it was far from top self. It was supposed to have grand marnier but the drink came out lime green. Then had a beerarita and apart from the beer there was no flavor to the frozen margarita.Dinner was good but the enchilada size seemed small. The highlight was the fajita steak meat in the enchilada which tasted great.Overall place ok but probably will not be back due to drinks.

Enjoyed a fun girls night out. I had the poblano enchiladas and my girlfriends enjoyed other menu items. All were tasty. Tasty chips, salsa, and green sauce are excellent as well.

Overall nice interior and environment, food is average , white queso Is good , good service and management, overall good experience, also there is free ice cream which is always nice.

Visited this place just after 5pm on a Sunday, because kids eat free on Sundays. 5 adults and 5 kids. It was not busy, maybe 5 other tables max were seated. The whole table asked for water, only half of them were served water. One of the kid's lemonades never came. 3 meal orders were either incorrect (different meal than what was ordered) or not made as advertised (ie raw vs sautéed onions, missing ingredients, etc). We ordered guacamole and didn't know there are two different guacamole orders - one "table side service" and one "house" guacamole, which is cheaper. The waiter chose the table side guacamole for us, it's $3 more expensive but we decided to let it slide. When we got the bill, none of the kids' orders were taken off the total price. We asked the waiter about it and he said, "oh yeah yeah yeah" without question and left to update the bill. When our waiter came back with the adjusted bill, he literally (no exaggeration) held it up an inch from my husband's nose and said, "see??" We let the manager Juan (I assume the Manager) know about this experience, but he didn't do anything or say anything other than, "Oh I see."We will not be returning. I'd rather pay full price for my kids to eat if it means I don't have to put up with this kind of sheistiness. We were treating family from out of town, too, which made the whole experience embarrassing.

Service was delicious and food out in a timely manner. Had the carne asada desayuno which was done perfectly! Kids had churro pancakes and tacos. Lovely decor and large space! Have a large menu, many options and excellent service! Highly recommend
