The Açaí berry bowl is to die for! But what I couldn't stand was how the employees were treating each other. It appeared that one employee was being trained on the job but kept asking questions and the other more experienced worker kept making rude comments and belittling him. The food was great but I'm not a fan of people bullying others.

Great juice and smoothie bar located in Cypress! They have a wide variety of smoothies, açaí bowls, juices, and the employees are very friendly and helpful!

Fresh, delicious, and welcoming staff! A few dollars more expensive than the average chain smoothie spot, BUT the quality of ingredients and cleanliness of this location definitely prove your money is being put to great use. They even have free samples to try! My picky husband and toddler love this place, which says a lot.

Do Not Place Online OrdersThis location is frequently closed when they are supposedly open. 3 times (and never again) over the last year we experienced placing an online order during posted business hours and have been unable to retrieve our purchase. Generally the refund is quick, but seems like that's the only consistency they have. Food quality is good when you can get it, just do it in person. However, I'd call before you head over to make sure there is actually someone who can prepare what you are looking for. Unfortunately due to poor management we are done with this place. So many establishments actually want your business and are prepared to receive it in this area.Oh and note to management: immediate responses of you'll "make it right," aren't super helpful. Again it's not an isolated incident and real people's time and money is involved. Maybe don't allow ordering if your store isn't open? Seems like a simple fix. We ordered after the store was "open."

Best fresh cold pressed juices - the bowls are amazing/delicious and the service is amazing. I told them I was having a get together and they threw in few juices for being a host. They know it's hard to have a get together and knew I needed extra vitamins next day from hard work. I love the place

I ordered a 1 day cleanse for the first time from this company, once I had paid and gotten home with my juices I find out that 4 of the juices were expired. Employees need to be trained on checking the dates on products. I saw a sample of one of the juices that was 3 days past due.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a smoothie and when I received my drink it still had banana clumps in it, I asked if it could be blended more and I was told no I need to leave since there were lots of orders but nothing was on the screen by the blenders. Never will this company see my business ever again.

Smoothies are great but customer service needs some serious work. The young guy that works there is super unwelcoming.

Terrible service. I was in there with my teenage son and his friends, the owner didn't see me, and said "quit acting like little assholes" I turned around and said excuse me, is this how you talk to kids and asked for his name. He refused to give it to me and went to the back. Unacceptable.
