Maharaja Indian Cuisine

Found this food truck/stand and had to give it a shot. Manu the owner was very friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. He clearly has a passion cooking and it shows in his food. Ordered the Chana Masala and Chicken Biryani and both were arguably the best iterations of both I've ever had. Also got the Mango Lassi after Manu's suggestion and that was delicious and refreshing as well. Food was so good I didn't get a chance to take any photos before I devoured everything. Will definitely come back and try some more.

Good was delicious and hot, even at 1:00 AM on a Wednesday. This was some of the best Indian food I've had in Miami. So worth every penny. The folks running the truck were very courteous and even made fantastic suggestions on what we'd enjoy, which we then very much did. 100% will be back and 100% suggest for others looking for some fresh and delicious Indian food in the area.

Noticed this low key white food truck with Indian Cuisine on the side of the truck. It's on the corner of Biscayne and 79th so it's easy to miss but plenty of parking in that tiny lot. We just tried the samosa and it was really good! It had fresh bite to it and got a spicy kick.

I was really impressed by the food here. A friend brought me and did the ordering. Not even sure what the dishes were all called, but everything I tried was really good. The garlic naan was awesome. We had a chicken and a lamb dish, and both were great. The sauces are really delicious with lots of different flavors. Be patient, as they make everything fresh to order. Worth the wait! Manu is a really nice guy too!

I ordered the lamb vindaloo. It was amazing. The flavors were there. Not an ordinary food truck but one that has elevated the standard of Indian cooking. Great stuff!

The best chicken tikka masala ever !!! Told me about all the different Indian food I should try and was in general fantastic! Will be coming back
